【背景技术】
2016年3月17日公开的美国专利申请第US20160079689号揭示了一种线缆连接器组件。所述线缆连接器组件包括对接头、与对接头连接的内部电路板、与电路板电性连接的线缆、包覆电路板及部分对接头的第一金属壳体、包覆部分第一金属壳体及线缆的第二金属壳体、及设置在第一金属壳体及第二金属壳体外的外壳体。所述线缆连接器组件,零件多且结构复杂,线缆连接器整体结构大,很难满足现在小型化的需求。
是以,需要一种改进的线缆连接器组件来克服现有技术的不足。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种结构简单且稳固的线缆连接器组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包对接头、与对接头电性连接的线缆及包围所述对接头及至少部分所述线缆的外壳,所述外壳的内尺寸大于所述线缆的外尺寸,所述线缆连接器组件还包括设置在所述外壳和所述线缆之间的塑胶件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还可以采用如下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括对接头、与对接头连接的线缆及外壳,所述对接头包括绝缘本体及设置在绝缘本体中的多个导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有在前后方向上连通的对接端,所述导电端子暴露于所述对接端中,所述线缆包括沿垂直于前后方向的横向方向上依次排列的多个芯线,所述芯线沿前后方向连接到所述对接头的后侧,所述外壳沿前后方向延伸,并至少包围所述绝缘本体的后部和所述线缆的前部,所述线缆连接器组件还包括一对塑胶件,所述线缆在横向方向上的尺寸小于对所述接头在横向方向上的尺寸,一对所述塑胶件在横向上夹在所述外壳和所述线缆之间作为填充。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还可以采用如下技术方案:其包括对接头、与对接头连接的线缆及外壳,所述对接头包括绝缘本体及设置在绝缘本体中的多个导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有在前后方向上连通的对接端,所述导电端子暴露于所述对接端中,所述线缆包括沿垂直于前后方向的横向方向上依次排列的多个芯线,所述芯线沿前后方向连接到所述对接头的后侧,所述外壳沿前后方向延伸,并至少包围所述绝缘本体的后部和所述线缆的前部,所述线缆连接器组件还包括一对塑胶件,所述一对塑胶件在横向上夹在外壳和线缆之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明线缆连接器组件通过在线缆与外壳之间增加塑胶件,以增强线缆整体的抗拉强度。

如图1-9所示,本发明线缆连接器组件100,其可沿相反的两个方向与对接连接器配合,所述线缆连接器组件100包括对接头1、与所述对接头1直接电性连接的线缆2、压接在所述线缆2外侧的压接件3、包覆于部分对接头1及部分线缆2的内模(未图示)及套设在对接头1及线缆2前端外侧的设有收容腔60的金属外壳6。
对接头1包括绝缘本体11及收容于绝缘本体11内的导电端子12与锁扣件13。导电端子12包括一排第一端子121及一排第二端子122。所述锁扣件13夹持于所述第一端子121与第二端子122之间。所述绝缘本体11包括固定所述第一端子121的第一本体111、固定第二端子122的第二本体112及组装于第一本体111与第二本体112前端的前本体113。所述前本体113作为对接端在前后方向上连通,所述导电端子暴露于所述对接端中。绝缘本体11上设有固定所述压接件3的加强件33的定位块116。所述导电端子12包括若干接地端子1211,在本实施例中,所述第一端子121与第二端子122的两侧均为接地端子1211,在其他实施例中,所述接地端子1211也可以设置于导电端子12中的其他位置。所述接地端子1211的后端设有焊接部1212。所述锁扣件13包括两间隔设置的锁扣臂131及连接两锁扣臂131的连接臂132。所述两锁扣臂131的前端均设有与对接连接器相锁扣的锁扣部1311,两锁扣臂131的后端均设有固定部1312。
压接件3包括压接在线缆2外侧的压接环31,固定于所述对接头1的尾部的加强件33及连接所述压接环31与所述加强件33的连接部32。本实施例中,所述压接环31包覆于所述线缆2外侧,所述连接部32自所述压接环31的四壁的一个壁向前延伸形成,所述加强件33自所述连接部32的左右两侧向前延伸形成,所述加强件33包括两个分别自所述连接部32左右两侧向前延伸形成的固定片331。固定片331上设有定位孔3310。定位孔3310与定位块116相配合进行限位。在其他实施例中,所述压接件3的具体结构可以依实际情况而定。
本实施例中,线缆2为扁线,其包括若干芯线21及包覆于所述芯线21外侧的外被层22。所述芯线在垂直于前后方向的横向方向上依次排列。所述芯线21包括包括第一芯线与第二芯线。所述每根芯线都包括导体2111,所述每根第一芯线为裸露的导体2111,每根第一芯线的导体2111被直接包覆于所述外被层22内。每根第二芯线均包括包覆在相应导体2111外的绝缘层2121。本实施例中,所述芯线21包括一对相邻设置的电源线210、一对相邻设置的接地线211、设置于所述电源线210与所述接地线211之间的信号线212与侦测线213。所述两根电源线210彼此相邻且共同传输同一电源信号,所述两根接地线211也彼此相邻且共同传输同一接地信号。信号线212中设有一根地线25,地线25向上翻折贴覆于所述线缆2的外侧。所述一对接地线211与所述一对电源线210为第一芯线,所述信号线212与侦测线213为第二芯线。本实施例中,每根导体2111中心均设有一根防弹丝214,以提高线缆2本身的弯折性能。本实施例中,通过将第一芯线设置为裸露的导体2111,在保证外被层厚度的情况下,最大限度减少线材厚度。本实施例中,全部导体2111采用超细铜合金结构,加强线缆2本身弯折性能。在其他实施例中,线缆2也可以为圆线,所述线缆2的内部结构也可以根据实际情况设置。
组装时,所述导电端子12收容于所述绝缘本体11内。所述锁扣件13夹持于所述第一端子121与第二端子122之间。在本实施例中,将锁扣件13的两个固定部1312分别与对应的一根或两根接地端子1211的焊接部1212焊接在一起,实现接地。所述线缆2的地线25向上翻折贴覆于所述线缆2的外侧,线缆2电性连接于导电端子12的后端,压接环31铆压于线缆2的外侧,将地线25压固于其中以实现两者间电性接触,加强件33的固定片331的定位孔3310与绝缘本体11的定位块116相限位,再将固定片331与接地端子1211的焊接部1212焊接固定在一起。在其他实施例中,加强件33也可以直接与锁扣件13的固定部1312焊接固定在一起或者通过其他固定方式,实现固定与电性连接即可。在另一实施例中,所述加强件33的固定片331、接地端子1211的焊接部1212及锁扣件13的固定部1312可以直接通过镭射焊接或者其他方式,将三者一次性同时既固定又电性连接在一起。再将内模包覆成型与线缆2与对接头1对接处。最后将金属外壳6自前向后组装于对接头1及线缆2前端的外侧。所述金属外壳6在长度方向上具有恒定的横截面。所述金属外壳6的内尺寸大于所述线缆2的外尺寸。金属外壳6的前段通过胶水与内模粘合,金属外壳6的后端与压接环31的上、下壁311过盈抵持进而实现压接件3接地,使得信号线212中的杂讯通过金属外壳6导入地。在具体实施过程中,所述线缆2在横向方向的尺寸小于对接头1在横向方向的尺寸,可以通过在金属外壳6与压接环31之间增设塑胶件7,所述塑胶件7包括一对,分别设置在环绕线缆2的压接环31的两侧,使得金属外壳6与压接环31接触紧密,避免两个金属件之间接触有缝隙,导致结构容易松动。每个所述塑胶件7包括与所述压接环31的外表面相对应的内表面及与所述金属外壳6的内表面相对应的外表面。本发明中,通过在压接件3中增设与对接头1固定的加强件33,一方面,使得本发明线缆连接器组件100的整体结构更坚固,避免线缆2与对接头1连接的地方出现断头现象,加强整条线缆连接器组件100的抗拉强度;另一方面,因加强件33与接地端子1211直接或者间接的接触,实现两者电性连接,加强件33通过接地端子1211实现接地,使得即使压接环31与金属外壳6抵持不良,压接件3无法通过压接环31接地时,压接件3依旧可以通过加强件33实现接地,降低讯号干扰。
Claims (10)
1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括对接头、与对接头电性连接的线缆及包围所述对接头及至少部分所述线缆的外壳,所述外壳的内尺寸大于所述线缆的外尺寸,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件还包括设置在所述外壳和所述线缆之间的塑胶件。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述塑胶件包括一对,分别设置在所述线缆的相对两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述对接头包括绝缘本体,所述外壳在长度方向上完全包围所述绝缘本体,所述外壳的前部用于插入对接连接器中。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述外壳在长度方向上具有恒定的横截面,并沿前后方向套在绝缘本体上。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:进一步包括压接在所述线缆外侧的压接环,每个所述塑胶件包括与所述压接环的外表面相对应的内表面及与所述外壳的内表面相对应的外表面。
6.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆与所述对接头通过焊接连接在一起。
7.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括对接头、与对接头连接的线缆及外壳,所述对接头包括绝缘本体及设置在绝缘本体中的多个导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有在前后方向上连通的对接端,所述导电端子暴露于所述对接端中,所述线缆包括沿垂直于前后方向的横向方向上依次排列的多个芯线,所述芯线沿前后方向连接到所述对接头的后侧,所述外壳沿前后方向延伸,并至少包围所述绝缘本体的后部和所述线缆的前部,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件还包括一对塑胶件,所述线缆在横向方向上的尺寸小于对所述接头在横向方向上的尺寸,一对所述塑胶件在横向上夹在所述外壳和所述线缆之间作为填充。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述外壳在长度方向上具有恒定的横截面。
9.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括对接头、与对接头连接的线缆及外壳,所述对接头包括绝缘本体及设置在绝缘本体中的多个导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有在前后方向上连通的对接端,所述导电端子暴露于所述对接端中,所述线缆包括沿垂直于前后方向的横向方向上依次排列的多个芯线,所述芯线沿前后方向连接到所述对接头的后侧,所述外壳沿前后方向延伸,并至少包围所述绝缘本体的后部和所述线缆的前部,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件还包括一对塑胶件,所述一对塑胶件在横向上夹在外壳和线缆之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:进一步包括压接环,所述压接环环绕所述线缆,并且在横向方向上夹在所述线缆和一对所述塑胶件之间。
