Abstract

本发明涉及一种羊剪绒低液比染色方法,包括以下步骤:1)复鞣,将皮张投入转鼓中,先加入回水助剂;转动一段时间后,再加入回水助剂、鞣剂、加脂剂;转动一段时间后,再加入甲酸;转动一段时间后,再加入铬粉;2)染毛,向转鼓中先加入65℃水,再加入匀染剂、硝、氨水,转动一段时间后,调节pH=6.2,再加入染毛染料,转动一段时间后,加入加脂剂;转动一段时间后,分步加入甲酸,转动一段时间后,调节PH至3.9;3)染板,向转鼓中加入25℃水,加入甲酸钠和氨水,调节pH=8.5,转动一段时间后,加入染料渗透剂,转动一段时间后,加入染板染料。本发明可以节约染色用水量,提高染色质量。

一种羊剪绒低液比染色方法
技术领域
本发明属于制革技术领域,具体涉及一种羊剪绒低液比染色方法。
背景技术
皮革染色是一个复杂的物理化学过程,是染料分子对革纤维的渗透和结合过程,是物理和化学作用的总效应。生产时,将皮张投入含有染料的大量染色浴液中,通过转鼓的转动、搅拌,使皮张与染色浴液完全结合,由于皮张和染色浴液中染料的浓度差,在一定温度和pH值下,皮张将染料逐步吸收,与皮张内的胶原分子结合,达到染色目的。传统的皮革染色工艺中依然存在着较大的缺陷,首先是染色污水,在皮革染色中,尤其是毛皮染色中,会用到大量的水,用水量为皮张重量的12倍到20倍,大量的染色废液排放,对环境造成很大压力。另外,按照传统的染色工艺,如果降低液比,染料渗透性降低,将导致产品色牢度降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种羊剪绒低液比染色方法,以解决上述问题。本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种羊剪绒低液比染色方法,包括以下步骤:
1)复鞣,将皮张投入转鼓中,先加入回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂和乙二醇单丁醚等混合物;转动一段时间后,再加入回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂、鞣剂TFL、加脂剂氧化亚硫酸化油脂和加脂剂亚硫酸化油脂;转动一段时间后,再加入甲酸;转动一段时间后,再加入铬粉;转动一段时间后,再加入甲酸钠,转动一段时间后,排水并进行清洗;复鞣时的液比为1:10,温度为38℃;
2)染毛,向转鼓中先加入65℃水,再加入匀染剂阴离子表面活性剂、硝、氨水,转动一段时间后,调节pH=6.2,再加入染毛染料,转动一段时间后,加入加脂剂磺酸脂鱼油衍生物型加脂剂、加脂剂酚类磺酸盐与乙氧基加成物;转动一段时间后,分步加入甲酸,转动一段时间后,调节PH至3.9;排水并进行清洗;染毛时的液比为1:10,温度为65℃;
3)染板,向转鼓中加入25℃水,加入甲酸钠和氨水,调节pH=8.5,转动一段时间后,加入染料渗透剂萘磺酸衍生物合成单宁,转动一段时间后,加入染板染料,转动一段时间后,分步加入甲酸,排水并进行清洗;染板时的液比为1:10,温度为65℃。
进一步的,步骤1)至3)中所述的转鼓为倾斜式转鼓。
进一步的,步骤1)中各化料的加入量为:回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂和乙二醇单丁醚等混合物 0.5g/l、回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂 0.5g/l、鞣剂TFL 1g/L、加脂剂氧化亚硫酸化油脂 0.5g/l、加脂剂亚硫酸化油脂 3g/L、铬粉6g/l、甲酸钠2g/l。
进一步的,步骤2)中各化料的加入量为:匀染剂阴离子表面活性剂 2.5g/l、硝3g/l、氨水2 g/l、加脂剂磺酸脂鱼油衍生物型加脂剂 0.5g/l,加脂剂酚类磺酸盐与乙氧基加成物 1g/l。
进一步的,步骤2)中各化料的加入量为:甲酸钠2g/l 、氨水1g/l、染料渗透剂萘磺酸衍生物合成单宁1g/l。
本发明通过对传统染色工艺和染色配方进行改进,降低羊剪绒染色液比,提高染色质量,具有以下优点:
1)用水量减少为原来的65%,大大降低了成本。
2)产品色泽饱满,颜色均匀,满足客户需求。
3)化料及染料的用量均减少了原来的20%,降低成本。
4)降低染色液比以后,产品仍具有较高的色牢度,在本发明的实施例中,产品色牢度检测值为干擦:2.5,湿擦:2.0。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种羊剪绒低液比染色方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将皮投入倾斜式转鼓中,液比1:10,温度38℃,调节压力,加入0.5g/l 回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂和乙二醇单丁醚等混合物,转动30分钟,加入0.5g/L回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂、1g/L鞣剂TFL、0.5g/l 加脂剂氧化亚硫酸化油脂和3g/L 加脂剂亚硫酸化油脂转动60分钟,加入甲酸1g/l,转动20分钟,加入铬粉6g/l,转动90分钟,然后加入甲酸钠2g/l,转动30分钟。排水。
2)向倾斜式转鼓中加入25℃水,液比1:10,加入甲酸0.5g/l,清洗10分钟,排水。
3)向倾斜式转鼓中加入25℃水,液比1:10,清洗10分钟,排水。
4)向倾斜式转鼓中加入65℃水,液比1:10,加入匀染剂阴离子表面活性剂 2.5g/l硝3g/l,氨水2 g/l转动60分钟,调节pH=6.2,加入染毛染料,转动60分钟,加入加脂剂磺酸脂鱼油衍生物型加脂剂 0.5g/l,加脂剂酚类磺酸盐与乙氧基加成物 1g/l转动30分钟,加入甲酸0.5g/l,转动20分钟,加入甲酸0.5g/l,转动30分钟调节PH至3.9。
5)向倾斜式转鼓中加入25℃水,液比1:10,清洗10分钟,排水。
6)向倾斜式转鼓中加入25℃水,液比1:10,清洗10分钟,排水。
7)向倾斜式转鼓中加入25℃水,液比1:10,加入甲酸钠2g/l 和氨水1g/l,调节pH=8.5,转动30分钟,加入染料渗透剂萘磺酸衍生物合成单宁1g/l,转动20分钟,加入染板染料转动60分钟,然后每20分钟加入甲酸0.5g/l,共加四次甲酸。排水。
8)向倾斜式转鼓中加入25℃水,液比1:10,清洗10分钟,排水。
9)向倾斜式转鼓中加入25℃水,液比1:10,加入甲酸0.5g/l,清洗10分钟,排水。
按本方法染色的羊剪绒产品按GB/T3920-2008进行色牢度检测,检测结果为干擦:2.5,湿擦:2.0。

Claims (5)

1.一种羊剪绒低液比染色方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)复鞣,将皮张投入转鼓中,先加入回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂和乙二醇单丁醚混合物;转动一段时间后,再加入回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂、鞣剂TFL、加脂剂氧化亚硫酸化油脂和加脂剂亚硫酸化油脂;转动一段时间后,再加入甲酸;转动一段时间后,再加入铬粉;转动一段时间后,再加入甲酸钠,转动一段时间后,排水并进行清洗;复鞣时的液比为1:10,温度为38℃;
2)染毛,向转鼓中先加入65℃水,再加入匀染剂阴离子表面活性剂、硝、氨水,转动一段时间后,调节pH=6.2,再加入染毛染料,转动一段时间后,加入加脂剂磺酸脂鱼油衍生物型加脂剂、加脂剂酚类磺酸盐与乙氧基加成物;转动一段时间后,分步加入甲酸,转动一段时间后,调节PH至3.9;排水并进行清洗;染毛时的液比为1:10,温度为65℃;
3)染板,向转鼓中加入25℃水,加入甲酸钠和氨水,调节pH=8.5,转动一段时间后,加入染料渗透剂萘磺酸衍生物合成单宁,转动一段时间后,加入染板染料,转动一段时间后,分步加入甲酸,排水并进行清洗;染板时的液比为1:10,温度为25℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊剪绒低液比染色方法,其特征在于:步骤1)至3)中所述的转鼓为倾斜式转鼓。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊剪绒低液比染色方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中各化料的加入量为:回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂和乙二醇单丁醚混合物0.5g/l、回水助剂阴离子表面活性剂0.5g/l、鞣剂TFL1g/L、加脂剂氧化亚硫酸化油脂0.5g/l、加脂剂亚硫酸化油脂3g/L、铬粉6g/l、甲酸钠2g/l。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊剪绒低液比染色方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中各化料的加入量为:匀染剂阴离子表面活性剂2.5g/l、硝3g/l、氨水2 g/l、加脂剂磺酸脂鱼油衍生物型加脂剂0.5g/l,加脂剂酚类磺酸盐与乙氧基加成物1g/l。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊剪绒低液比染色方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中各化料的加入量为:甲酸钠2g/l 、氨水1g/l、染料渗透剂萘磺酸衍生物合成单宁1g/l。
