本发明涉及一种复鞣染色方法，尤其是一种绵羊半植鞣服装革的复鞣染色方法；本发明的目的是提供一种节省时间和材料且染色效果好的一种绵羊半植鞣服装革的复鞣染色方法；第一步，先进行削匀处理，削匀厚度双层为1.0mm；第二步，其次再进行脱脂和漂洗处理，然后水洗干净；第三步，再进行中和处理，且pH值控制在6；第四步，将10～12%的栲胶、3～4%的蛋白填料、4～6%的酚类单宁和3～4%的合成单宁混合之后，进行2小时的复鞣处理等；本发明所设计的一种羊皮的复鞣染色方法，不仅节省了染色时间，降低了加工成本，且还使得植鞣皮质效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复鞣染色方法，尤其是一种绵羊半植鞣服装革的复鞣染色方法。
背景技术
目前，在绵羊半植鞣服装革的复鞣工艺中，存在复鞣染色时间较长、材料浪费严重和染色效果不好的缺点。
针对以上问题，急需我们解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种节省时间和材料且染色效果好的一种绵羊半植鞣服装革的复鞣染色方法。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种绵羊半植鞣服装革的复鞣染色方法，步骤如下：
第一步，先进行削匀处理，削匀厚度双层为1.0mm；
第二步，其次再进行脱脂和漂洗处理，然后水洗干净；
第三步，再进行中和处理，且pH值控制在6；
第四步，将10～12%的栲胶、3～4%的蛋白填料、4～6%的酚类单宁和3～4%的合成单宁混合之后，进行2小时的复鞣处理；
第五步，将4%的染料和1%的匀染剂混合，进行染色处理；将16%的加脂剂和2%的固色剂混合，再进行换浴和套染处理，使得颜色鲜艳和亮丽，出鼓静止；
第六步，进行伸展挂晾干燥，回水处理，然后在50℃的加温转锅内进行摔软处理，使皮手感柔软，皮纹细腻；
第七步，将60%的水、10%的树脂和30%的油蜡混合，进行轻喷涂处理；
第八步，然后依次按照摔软和烫皮的处理方式进行处理。
根据以上所述，本发明所设计的一种羊皮的复鞣染色方法，不仅节省了染色时间，降低了加工成本，且还使得植鞣皮质效果更好。
