一种鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:海泡石10‑20%、聚醚多元醇4‑8%、二异氰酸酯8‑16%、聚酯多元醇4‑8%、二甲苯50‑60%、苯并三氮唑0.5‑2.0%、竹炭粉2‑4%。其制备简单,有效增强PU革的吸水透气性,同时本发明能够在保持PU革的手感的前提下,有效提高PU革的耐磨性及环保性,且具有抗菌性。

技术领域
本发明涉及PU树脂制备领域,尤其涉及一种鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法。
背景技术
PU革就是聚氨酯成份的表皮。现在广泛适用于做箱包、服装、鞋、车辆和家具的装饰,它已日益得到市场的肯定,其应用范围之广,数量之大,品种之多,是传统的天然皮革无法满足的。人造革、合成革是塑料工业的一个重要组成部分,在国民经济各行业被广泛使用。人造革、合成革生产在国际上已有60多年发展历史,中国自1958年开始研制生产人造革,它在中国塑料工业中是发展较早的行业。近几年来,中国人造革、合成革行业的发展不仅是生产企业装备生产线的增长、产品产量连年增长、品种花色年年增加,而且行业发展过程中有了自己的行业组织,有相当的凝聚力,从而能把中国人造革、合成革企业,包括相关行业组织在一起,发展成一个有相当实力的行业。
申请号为CN201010516209.5的专利公开了一种环保型PU树脂,原料包括低聚物多元醇、二异氰酸酯、二甲基亚砜及碳酸二甲酯;一种以所述环保型PU树脂为原料的环保型PU革,包括面层、中层和底层,所述各层原料均由质量百分比为40-60%的PU树脂、2-10%的调色剂、30-50%的溶剂组成;一种制备所述环保型PU革的方法,将面层原料组合物涂覆在离型纸上烘干冷却,将中层的原料组合物涂覆在面层上烘干冷却,将所述底层的原料组合物涂覆在中层上,与底布粘接后烘干冷却将离型纸剥离,进行二次烘干。该发明解决了现有技术中PU树脂中有机溶剂毒性大、PU革成品中残留毒性有机溶剂,TVOC含量过高的技术问题。特别适用于生产环保型PU树脂、环保型PU革。
但是现有的PU革产品中,由于基材表面涂有较厚的涂层,使得PU革的透气性、吸湿性大大降低,因此有必要开发一款具有透气吸水性能的PU革。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法,其制备简单,有效增强PU革的吸水透气性,同时本发明能够在保持PU革的手感的前提下,有效提高PU革的耐磨性及环保性,且具有抗菌性。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:海泡石10-20%、聚醚多元醇4-8%、二异氰酸酯8-16%、聚酯多元醇4-8%、二甲苯50-60%、苯并三氮唑 0.5-2.0%、竹炭粉2-4%。
进一步,所述鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)海泡石预处理:将提纯后的海泡石在500-800℃进行5-9h的热处理;
(2)海泡石的还原:将步骤(1)所得海泡石配制成2-20%的原浆液,原浆液调pH值至10-12,降温至60-90℃,然后加入硫酸钠溶液,反应1-3h,调节pH为3-6;
(3)反应液的络合:向步骤(2)所得反应液中加入草酸,反应1-3h;
(4)反应液的后处理:搅拌熟化,洗涤至中性,烘干,制得一次改性海泡石;
(5)将聚醚多元醇、、聚酯多元醇混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入二异氰酸酯,加热反应,制得聚氨酯树脂;
(6)取适量步骤(5)中的聚氨酯树脂,添加苯并三氮唑,配得湿法浆料,将湿法浆料涂于基材上,然后将基材浸入二甲苯溶液中凝固,最后取出依次水洗、干燥,制得湿法贝斯;
(7)取适量步骤(5)中的聚氨酯树脂,添加二甲苯、竹炭粉和苯并三氮唑后,配得干法浆料,将干法浆料涂于离型纸上,依次烘干、冷却后,制得干法贴面;
(8)将步骤(6)制得的湿法贝斯与步骤(7)制得的干法贴面贴合,依次经过烘干、冷却后,剥除离型纸,制得成品。
本发明的有益效果为:
其制备简单,有效增强PU革的吸水透气性,同时本发明能够在保持PU革的手感的前提下,有效提高PU革的耐磨性及环保性,且具有抗菌性。

实施例1:一种鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:海泡石10-%、聚醚多元醇4%、二异氰酸酯8%、聚酯多元醇4%、二甲苯50%、苯并三氮唑 1%、竹炭粉2%。
所述鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)海泡石预处理:将提纯后的海泡石在600℃进行7h的热处理;
(2)海泡石的还原:将步骤(1)所得海泡石配制成2%的原浆液,原浆液调pH值至10,降温至70℃,然后加入硫酸钠溶液,反应1h,调节pH为4;
(3)反应液的络合:向步骤(2)所得反应液中加入草酸,反应1h;
(4)反应液的后处理:搅拌熟化,洗涤至中性,烘干,制得一次改性海泡石;
(5)将聚醚多元醇、、聚酯多元醇混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入二异氰酸酯,加热反应,制得聚氨酯树脂;
(6)取适量步骤(5)中的聚氨酯树脂,添加苯并三氮唑,配得湿法浆料,将湿法浆料涂于基材上,然后将基材浸入二甲苯溶液中凝固,最后取出依次水洗、干燥,制得湿法贝斯;
(7)取适量步骤(5)中的聚氨酯树脂,添加二甲苯、竹炭粉和苯并三氮唑后,配得干法浆料,将干法浆料涂于离型纸上,依次烘干、冷却后,制得干法贴面;
(8)将步骤(6)制得的湿法贝斯与步骤(7)制得的干法贴面贴合,依次经过烘干、冷却后,剥除离型纸,制得成品。
实施例2:一种鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:海泡石15%、聚醚多元醇7%、二异氰酸酯14%、聚酯多元醇7%、二甲苯55%、苯并三氮唑 1.5%、竹炭粉3%。
所述鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)海泡石预处理:将提纯后的海泡石在700℃进行8h的热处理;
(2)海泡石的还原:将步骤(1)所得海泡石配制成11%的原浆液,原浆液调pH值至11,降温至80℃,然后加入硫酸钠溶液,反应2h,调节pH为5;
(3)反应液的络合:向步骤(2)所得反应液中加入草酸,反应2h;
(4)反应液的后处理:搅拌熟化,洗涤至中性,烘干,制得一次改性海泡石;
(5)将聚醚多元醇、、聚酯多元醇混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入二异氰酸酯,加热反应,制得聚氨酯树脂;
(6)取适量步骤(5)中的聚氨酯树脂,添加苯并三氮唑,配得湿法浆料,将湿法浆料涂于基材上,然后将基材浸入二甲苯溶液中凝固,最后取出依次水洗、干燥,制得湿法贝斯;
(7)取适量步骤(5)中的聚氨酯树脂,添加二甲苯、竹炭粉和苯并三氮唑后,配得干法浆料,将干法浆料涂于离型纸上,依次烘干、冷却后,制得干法贴面;
(8)将步骤(6)制得的湿法贝斯与步骤(7)制得的干法贴面贴合,依次经过烘干、冷却后,剥除离型纸,制得成品。
实施例3:一种鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:海泡石20%、聚醚多元醇8%、二异氰酸酯16%、聚酯多元醇8%、二甲苯60%、苯并三氮唑2.0%、竹炭粉4%。
所述鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)海泡石预处理:将提纯后的海泡石在800℃进行9h的热处理;
(2)海泡石的还原:将步骤(1)所得海泡石配制成20%的原浆液,原浆液调pH值至12,降温至90℃,然后加入硫酸钠溶液,反应3h,调节pH为6;
(3)反应液的络合:向步骤(2)所得反应液中加入草酸,反应1-3h;
(4)反应液的后处理:搅拌熟化,洗涤至中性,烘干,制得一次改性海泡石;
(5)将聚醚多元醇、、聚酯多元醇混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入二异氰酸酯,加热反应,制得聚氨酯树脂;
(6)取适量步骤(5)中的聚氨酯树脂,添加苯并三氮唑,配得湿法浆料,将湿法浆料涂于基材上,然后将基材浸入二甲苯溶液中凝固,最后取出依次水洗、干燥,制得湿法贝斯;
(7)取适量步骤(5)中的聚氨酯树脂,添加二甲苯、竹炭粉和苯并三氮唑后,配得干法浆料,将干法浆料涂于离型纸上,依次烘干、冷却后,制得干法贴面;
(8)将步骤(6)制得的湿法贝斯与步骤(7)制得的干法贴面贴合,依次经过烘干、冷却后,剥除离型纸,制得成品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述鞋底用透气吸水性PU树脂的制备方法包括以下几个步骤:
(1)海泡石预处理:将提纯后的海泡石在500-800℃进行5-9h的热处理;
(2)海泡石的还原:将步骤(1)所得海泡石配制成2-20%的原浆液,原浆液调pH值至10-12,降温至60-90℃,然后加入硫酸钠溶液,反应1-3h,调节pH为3-6;
(3)反应液的络合:向步骤(2)所得反应液中加入草酸,反应1-3h;
(4)反应液的后处理:搅拌熟化,洗涤至中性,烘干,制得一次改性海泡石;
(5)将聚醚多元醇、、聚酯多元醇混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入二异氰酸酯,加热反应,制得聚氨酯树脂;

(8)将步骤(6)制得的湿法贝斯与步骤(7)制得的干法贴面贴合,依次经过烘干、冷却后,剥除离型纸,制得成品。
