Abstract
本发明公开了一种层状彩色水晶PU合成革的生产工艺,包括将离型纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层刮刀浆料,再通过二号涂布头在刮刀料的上面涂布一层中层刮刀浆料,再通过三号涂布头在中层的上面涂布一层底料,经过预热后将基布与底料复合再进行烘干处理制得干法半成品;其次,将镜面纸依次通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层面层,通过二号涂布头在面层上面涂布一层底层;最后,经过烘干至2‑3成干时将干法半成品和底料压合再进行烘干制得成品。烘干至2‑3成干时的面层刮刀料处于一种收缩状态,使得中层刮刀料则可以渗透至面层刮刀料的收缩孔内,从而提高了层与层之间复合时的自然过渡,避免浮层感。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮革技术领域,尤其涉及一种层状彩色水晶PU合成革的生产工艺。
背景技术
合成革在服装、运动鞋、沙发、箱包等领域应用越来越度广泛,在很大程度上弥补了动物皮的紧缺给制造业带来了影响,但现在的水晶革颜色比较整体性、而多层次的水晶革正好弥补了水晶单一性颜色,从外表感观上给予人多层次的美感。从而可以影响到运动鞋的美观。现有的多层次的水晶革各层之间不能很好的结合在一起,层与层之间有浮感,不饱满,容易分层水解和发生裂纹。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种色彩层次感好,层与层之间自然过渡,不具有浮感的层状彩色水晶PU合成革的生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案,一种层状彩色水晶PU合成革的生产工艺,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将离型纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为2200—2500cps的刮刀料,其涂布量大约为30—35g/㎡;所述刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:60—80:1—3的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;
(2)烘干至2-3成干时,将离型纸通过二号涂布头在刮刀料的上面涂布一层粘度为3000—3500cps的中层刮刀料;所述中层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:55—70:4—6的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;
(3)烘干至2-3成干时,将离型纸通过三号涂布头在中层的上面涂布一层粘度为5000—5500cps的底层刮刀料;所述步骤(3)的底层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:40—60:10—20的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;
(4)将涂布有中层和底层刮刀料的离型纸进行预热处理,预热温度为60—80℃,2-3成干时,将基布与底层刮刀料相互复合,再经过经温度为140℃-160℃烘箱进行烘干处理制得干法半成品;
(5)用镜面纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为3000—3500cps的面层刮刀料;所述面层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺组成,其重量比为100:50—70的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺;
(6)烘干至2-3成干时,用镜面纸通过二号涂布头在面层上面涂布一层粘度为8000—10000cps的底层刮刀料;所述步骤(6)的底层刮刀料由pu树脂和二甲基甲酰胺或丁酮组成,其重量比为100:30—40的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺;
(7)将涂布有面层和底层刮刀料的镜面纸进行预热处理,预热温度为70—80℃,待镜面纸底层刮刀料2-3成干时,然后将干法半成品与镜面纸底层刮刀料相互压合,可进行洒水处理压合,再经过100—120℃的烘箱进行烘干处理制得成品。
进一步改进的是:所述PU树脂包括下述重量百分比的原料组成: 由异氰酸酯与多元醇及其配合助剂合成的聚氨酯材料8%-10%;多元醇化合混合物17%-22%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠 0.4%-0.9%;扩链剂2.2%-3.7%;二甲基甲酰胺溶剂58%-72%;
进一步改进的是:所述多元醇化合混合物由巯基乙醇、环氧氯丙烷与聚乙二醇多元醇以任一混合比在碱性溶液中进行多醇化反应而得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明多层次的亮丽水晶产品,弥补了单一产品的不足,控制在2-3分干的面层刮刀料处于一种收缩状态,这个时候在刮刀料上涂布中层刮刀料,则能很好的复合中层刮刀料与面层刮刀料,中层刮刀料则可以渗透至面层刮刀料的收缩孔内,从而提高了层与层之间复合时的自然过渡,避免浮层感,提高合成革的色彩层次品质。
将离型纸上的底层刮刀料进行加温预热处理后,底层刮刀料也处于一种收缩状态,在此时将其与基布复合,基布能很好的与底层刮刀料牢固粘结在一起,提高合成革的立体仿真效果。
进一步改进的是:本发明的另一创新点是加入了十二烷基苯磺酸钠, 十二烷基苯磺酸钠与聚氨酯材料结合会发生反应并连接到树脂结构中。由于十二烷基苯磺酸钠的界面活作用,在凝固过程中会改善树脂泡孔结构;它能使树脂泡孔结构均匀且细腻,提高树脂的成膜成肌性,还能大大缓解了树脂表面凝固的速度,使其形成条状的泡孔,使得成型后的合成革树脂具有优异的透气排湿性能。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一:
一种层状彩色水晶PU合成革的生产工艺,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将离型纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为2200—2500cps的刮刀料,其涂布量大约为30—35g/㎡;所述刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:60—80:1—3的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;
(2)烘干至2-3成干时,将离型纸通过二号涂布头在刮刀料的上面涂布一层粘度为3000—3500cps的中层刮刀料;所述中层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:55—70:4—6的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;烘干至2-3成干时的面层刮刀料处于一种收缩状态,这个时候在刮刀料上涂布中层刮刀料,则能很好的复合中层刮刀料与面层刮刀料,中层刮刀料则可以渗透至面层刮刀料的收缩孔内,从而提高了层与层之间复合时的自然过渡,避免浮层感,提高合成革的色彩层次品质。
(3)烘干至2-3成干时,将离型纸通过三号涂布头在中层的上面涂布一层粘度为5000—5500cps的底层刮刀料;所述步骤(3)的底层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:40—60:10—20的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;
(4)将涂布有中层和底层刮刀料的离型纸进行预热处理,预热温度为60—80℃,2-3成干时,将基布与底层刮刀料相互复合,再经过经温度为140℃-160℃烘箱进行烘干处理制得干法半成品;将离型纸上的底层刮刀料进行加温预热处理后,此时的底层刮刀料也处于一种收缩状态,在此时将其与基布复合,基布能很好的与底层刮刀料牢固粘结在一起,提高合成革的立体仿真效果。
(5)用镜面纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为3000—3500cps的面层刮刀料;所述面层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺组成,其重量比为100:50—70的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺;
(6)烘干至2-3成干时,用镜面纸通过二号涂布头在面层上面涂布一层粘度为8000—10000cps的底层刮刀料;所述步骤(6)的底层刮刀料由pu树脂和二甲基甲酰胺或丁酮组成,其重量比为100:30—40的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺;
(7)将涂布有面层和底层刮刀料的镜面纸进行预热处理,预热温度为70—80℃,待镜面纸底层刮刀料2-3成干时,然后将干法半成品与镜面纸底层刮刀料相互压合,可进行洒水处理压合,再经过100—120℃的烘箱进行烘干处理制得成品。

1.一种层状彩色水晶PU合成革的生产工艺,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
(1)将离型纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为2200—2500cps的刮刀料,其涂布量大约为30—35g/㎡;所述刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:60—80:1—3的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;
(2)烘干至2-3成干时,将离型纸通过二号涂布头在刮刀料的上面涂布一层粘度为3000—3500cps的中层刮刀料;所述中层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:55—70:4—6的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;
(3)烘干至2-3成干时,将离型纸通过三号涂布头在中层的上面涂布一层粘度为5000—5500cps的底层刮刀料;所述步骤(3)的底层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、色料组成,其重量比为100:40—60:10—20的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料;
(4)将涂布有中层和底层刮刀料的离型纸进行预热处理,预热温度为60—80℃,2-3成干时,将基布与底层刮刀料相互复合,再经过经温度为140℃-160℃烘箱进行烘干处理制得干法半成品;
(5)用镜面纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为3000—3500cps的面层刮刀料;所述面层刮刀料由pu树脂、二甲基甲酰胺组成,其重量比为100:50—70的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺;
(6)烘干至2-3成干时,用镜面纸通过二号涂布头在面层上面涂布一层粘度为8000—10000cps的底层刮刀料;所述步骤(6)的底层刮刀料由pu树脂和二甲基甲酰胺或丁酮组成,其重量比为100:30—40的pu树脂:二甲基甲酰胺;
(7)将涂布有面层和底层刮刀料的镜面纸进行预热处理,预热温度为70—80℃,待镜面纸底层刮刀料2-3成干时,然后将干法半成品与镜面纸底层刮刀料相互压合,可进行洒水处理压合,再经过100—120℃的烘箱进行烘干处理制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层状彩色水晶PU合成革的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述PU树脂包括下述重量百分比的原料组成: 由异氰酸酯与多元醇及其配合助剂合成的聚氨酯材料8%-10%;多元醇化合混合物17%-22%;十二烷基苯磺酸钠 0.4%-0.9%;扩链剂2.2%-3.7%;二甲基甲酰胺溶剂58%-72%。
