AF(anti finger)膜也称作防指纹膜,是一种含氟材料,一般称作全氟聚醚,其表面张力极低,具有疏水、疏油特性。AF膜可让触摸屏不易沾染指纹油污等,保持手机屏幕的顺滑与干净。因此,玻璃表面镀AF膜技术在触摸屏制造领域被广泛使用。
工业生产中,玻璃镀AF膜后,在进行下一个加工工序前,需要先洗净表面的脏污和富余的AF油,清洗方法一般是将清洗剂用水稀释后进行喷淋滚刷清洗,但清洗后会出现白斑,影响后序加工。

本发明实施例还公开了所述抑泡剂为乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、磷酸三丁酯中的一种或两种。
本发明实施例还公开了所述表面活性剂为异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合物,且异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的比例为8:2到5:5。
其中,分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠、水解聚马来酸酐、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠中至少两种的混合物。此混合物具有良好的分散效果,能有效的剥离污垢,具有优良的絮凝、分散及反应性乳化效果。

本发明实施例特种表面活性剂为含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂,表面张力小于18mN·m,具有极高的清洗能力,有效避免了清洗后白斑问题,解决了现有清洗剂清洗后会出现白斑,影响后序加工的技术问题。

本申请实施例通过提供一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,解决了现有清洗剂清洗后会出现白斑,影响后序加工的技术问题。本发明实施例清洗剂实现了有效避免清洗后出现白斑的技术效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供技术方案的总体思路如下:
本申请提供一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,该清洗剂包括下列重量份的原料:络合剂2-5份,分散剂10-15份,表面活性剂2-8份,抑泡剂0.05-1份,特种表面活性剂1-3份,补足去离子水至100份。
为本发明的特种表面活性剂为含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂,表面张力小于18mN·m,具有极高的清洗能力,有效避免了清洗后白斑问题,解决了现有清洗剂清洗后会出现白斑,影响后序加工的技术问题。
为了更好的理解上述技术方案,下面通过具体的实施方式对上述技术方案进行详细说明,应当理解本发明实施例以及实施例中的具体特征是对本申请技术方案的详细的说明,而不是对本申请技术方案的限定,在不冲突的情况下,本申请实施例以及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合。
清洗剂制备方法:在配方体系的80%的去离子水中加入络合剂,搅拌至无色透明状态,然后依次加入分散剂、表面活性剂、特种表面活性剂和抑泡剂,搅拌均匀并补足水即可。
实施例1用上述方法制备清洗剂原料投放量(重量份)如下:
乙二胺四乙酸1份,二乙基三胺五乙酸1份,聚丙烯酸钠5份,水解聚马来酸酐5份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚1份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份,且异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的比例为8:2,乙二醇单丁醚0.05份,含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂1份,其结构通式为:
R1R2Me2SiO(Me(R2R1)SiO)(Me2SiO)aSiMe2R2R1

实施例2用上述方法制备清洗剂原料投放量(重量份)如下:
络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸2份,亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠3份,聚丙烯酸钠5份,水解聚马来酸酐10份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚4份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份,且异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的比例为5:5,抑泡剂为乙二醇单甲醚1份,含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂3份,其结构通式为:
R1R2Me2SiO(Me(R2R1)SiO)(Me2SiO)aSiMe2R2R1

实施例3用上述方法制备清洗剂原料投放量(重量份)如下:
络合剂为二乙烯三胺五乙酸1.5份,次氮基三乙酸钠1份,亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠1份,水解聚马来酸酐2.5份,聚苯乙烯磺酸钠10份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚4份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份,且异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的比例为7:3,磷酸三丁酯0.5份,含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂2份,其结构通式为:
R1R2Me2SiO(Me(R2R1)SiO)(Me2SiO)aSiMe2R2R1
其中,Me为甲基,a为10,R1为—C4F9,R2为—(CH2)3O(EO)p(PO)q,E0为环氧乙烷,PO为环氧丙烷,p为75,q为75,补足去离子水至100份。
实施例4用上述方法制备清洗剂原料投放量(重量份)如下:
二乙烯三胺五乙酸1份,次氮基三乙酸钠1份,亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠1份,分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠3份,水解聚马来酸酐4份,聚苯乙烯磺酸钠4份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚1份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份,且异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的比例为6:4,磷酸三丁酯0.1份,含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂1.5份,其结构通式为:
R1R2Me2SiO(Me(R2R1)SiO)(Me2SiO)aSiMe2R2R1
其中,Me为甲基,a为5,R1为—C4F9,R2为—(CH2)3O(EO)p(PO)q,EO为环氧乙烷,PO为环氧丙烷,p为5;q为0,补足去离子水至100份。
实施例5用上述方法制备清洗剂原料投放量(重量份)如下:
乙二胺四乙酸2份,二乙基三胺五乙酸2份,水解聚马来酸酐7份,聚苯乙烯磺酸钠7份,异构醇聚氧乙烯醚3份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份,且异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的比例为6:4,二乙二醇单甲醚0.4份,二乙二醇单丁醚0.4份,含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂2.5份,其结构通式为:
R1R2Me2SiO(Me(R2R1)SiO)(Me2SiO)aSiMe2R2R1
其中,Me为甲基,a为20,R1为—C4F9,R2为—(CH2)3O(EO)p(PO)q,EO为环氧乙烷,PO为环氧丙烷,p为15;q为10,补足去离子水至100份。
测试方法:取镀膜后的手机盖板玻璃,在同等工艺条件下在超声波清洗槽中清洗,并经过5道纯水洗后,热风吹干,观察表面状态。并按照以下等级区分(其中腐蚀情况以玻璃表面以及摄像头小孔观察),见下表1:
将上述实施例得到的产品进行测试。
测试结果见下表2:

从表2可得出含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂,表面张力小于18mN·m,具有极高的清洗能力,有效避免了清洗后白斑问题。
本产品抑泡剂为乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、磷酸三丁酯中的一种或两种作为消泡成分,既不腐蚀玻璃表面的抗指纹膜层,又能够抑制泡沫产生,有效避免了含硅类消泡剂残留的现象,达到无残留、低泡、易漂洗的效果。
得到的产品中性,复配高效的分散剂,达到了碱性的清洗效果,同时避免损伤抗指纹膜层,对其水滴角和耐磨性等无破坏作用。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,该清洗剂包括下列重量份的原料:络合剂2-5 份,分散剂10-15份,表面活性剂2-8份,抑泡剂0.05-1份,特种表面活性剂1-3份,补足去离子水至100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,该清洗剂包括下列重量份的原料: 络合剂2份,分散剂10份,表面活性剂2份,抑泡剂0.05份,特种表面活性剂1份,补足去离子水至100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,该清洗剂包括下列重量份的原料: 络合剂5 份,分散剂15份,表面活性剂8份,抑泡剂1份,特种表面活性剂3份,补足去离子水至100份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,该清洗剂包括下列重量份的原料: 络合剂3.5 份,分散剂12.5份,表面活性剂5份,抑泡剂0.5份,特种表面活性剂2份,补足去离子水至100份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,所述特种表面活性剂为含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂,其结构通式为:
R1R2Me2SiO(Me(R2R1)SiO) (Me2SiO)aSiMe2R2R1
其中,Me为甲基, a为1-20的整数,R1为—C4F9,R2为—(CH2)3O(EO)p(PO)q,E0为环氧乙烷,PO为环氧丙烷,p为0~150的整数,q为0~150的整数。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,所述含氟-聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂结构通式为:
R1R2Me2SiO(Me(R2R1)SiO) (Me2SiO)aSiMe2R2R1
其中,Me为甲基, a为5-20的整数,R1为—C4F9,R2为—(CH2)3O(EO)p(PO)q,EO为环氧乙烷,PO为环氧丙烷,p为5-15;q为0-10的整数。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,所述络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸、二乙基三胺五乙酸或二乙烯三胺五乙酸、次氮基三乙酸钠、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠中至少两种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠、水解聚马来酸酐、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠中至少两种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抑泡剂为乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、磷酸三丁酯中的一种或两种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种用于手机盖板玻璃的中性清洗剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合物,且异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的比例为8:2到5:5。
