本发明属于工业清洗领域,具体公开了一种镀膜玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法与应用;尤其是在镀AF膜玻璃上的清洗应用。该清洗剂包括络合剂、助洗剂、助溶剂、缓冲剂、表面活性剂以及水配制,应用时采用喷淋滚刷的方式进行清洗,工作液的浓度为5~10%,温度为40~50℃,清洗时间为30~60s。本发明对镀AF膜玻璃具有优良的清洗效果而不伤AF膜,喷淋时泡沫很少且消泡迅速,清洗过程中无异味产生,避免了对操作人员的危害,大大提高了工业生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于工业清洗领域,具体涉及一种镀AF膜玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
AF(anti finger)膜也称作防指纹膜,是一种含氟材料,一般称作全氟聚醚,其表面张力极低,具有疏水、疏油特性。AF膜可让触摸屏不易沾染指纹油污等,保持手机屏幕的顺滑与干净。因此,玻璃表面镀AF膜技术在触摸屏制造领域被广泛使用。
工业生产中,玻璃镀AF膜后,在进行下一个加工工序前,需要先洗净表面的脏污和富余的AF油,清洗方法一般是将清洗剂用水稀释后进行喷淋滚刷清洗。而现在的清洗工艺存在以下问题:1)为了防止喷淋过程中泡沫太多,清洗剂中均加有消泡剂,但消泡剂会在使用过程中消泡效果越来越差,直至基本没有消泡效果;2)为了达到较好的清洗效果,清洗剂的PH值一般较高,返洗时会损伤AF膜;3)清洗剂中一般含有溶剂,喷淋过程中的气味很大,危害操作人员健康。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种快速高效清洗镀AF膜玻璃的清洗剂。
本发明的目的之二是提供了所述清洗剂的制备方法,该方法简单易控,易于产业化。
本发明的目的之三是提供了所述清洗剂的应用和具体应用方法,尤其是应用在清洗镀AF膜玻璃技术领域中,快速洗净玻璃工件上富余的AF油及其它脏污。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种镀AF膜玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分;5~11份络合剂、7~12份助洗剂、6~10份助溶剂、2~4份缓冲剂、6~10份表面活性剂以及60~67份去离子水。
进一步地,所述络合剂为二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、氨三乙酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠、六偏磷酸纳、二乙醇胺中至少两种的组合物。
进一步地,所述助洗剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、水解聚马来酸酐、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠中至少两种的组合物。聚丙烯酰胺能有效地降低流体的摩擦阻力,能使悬浮物质通过电中和,架桥吸附作用而絮凝;聚丙烯酸钠具有良好的增稠,分散效果;水解聚马来酸酐能有效的剥离污垢并阻垢;聚苯乙烯磺酸钠具有优良的絮凝、分散及反应性乳化效果。
进一步地,所述助溶剂为苯甲酸钠,水杨酸钠,对氨基苯甲酸钠中一种或几种的组合物。苯甲酸钠,水杨酸钠,对氨基苯甲酸均可提高本发明中表面活性剂在水中的溶解度,可有效的提高所述清洗剂的浊点。
进一步地,所述缓冲剂为碳酸钠—碳酸氢钠、磷酸二氢钠—磷酸氢二钠、磷酸氢二钠-二水柠檬酸钠中的一种。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为氧化胺、聚醚L-61、聚醚L-64、烷基糖苷FC-06、油醇聚氧乙烯(5)醚中至少两种的组合物。所述表面活性剂均为具有良好清洗效果的低泡型表面活性剂,尤其是在40℃以上时,其水溶液泡沫很少。
所述清洗剂的配制方法,先将按清洗剂计量五分之四的水加入到容器中,接着依次加入所述络合剂、助洗剂、助溶剂、缓冲剂、表面活性剂,前一种物质溶解后再加入后一种物质,待完全溶解后用水补充至计量值,完成制备,制得所述清洗剂。先加络合剂可以软化水,防止水中的金属离子对所加的药剂产生影响,之后加入的助洗剂也可起到辅助络合的作用,加入助溶剂以确保后面加入的药剂也能溶解完全,然后加入缓冲剂后再加入表面活性剂,因为液体药剂放在固体药剂之后加入可节省药剂的溶解时间。
本发明中的清洗剂可以用于清洗其它任何需要进行清洗的镀膜玻璃,当然,用于清洗镀AF膜玻璃效果最好。
所述清洗剂用于清洗镀AF膜玻璃的方法为,先用水将清洗剂配制成工作液并倒入喷淋槽中,将工件放在产线上,开启喷淋并同时进行滚刷清洗,清洗后依次进行两槽市水漂洗和一槽去离子水漂洗,完成清洗。
本发明用的市水即自来水,工业生产时,需要工件放在水槽里漂洗。
进一步地,所述工作液的浓度范围为5~10%。
进一步地,所述工作液的温度为40~50℃。
进一步地,清洗时间为30~60s。

本发明采用络合剂、助洗剂、助溶剂、缓冲剂、表面活性剂以及水配制,优选工作液浓度范围为5~10%,温度范围为40~50℃,清洗时间30~60s,清洗干净而不会损伤AF膜,喷淋时泡沫很少且消泡迅速,清洗过程中无异味产生,避免了对操作人员的危害,大大提高了工业生产效率。本发明所提供的一种稳定的、性能优良的镀AF膜玻璃清洗技术,包括镀AF膜玻璃清洗剂的配制及在清洗剂中清洗镀AF膜玻璃的方法,有着广泛的应用前景。

实施例1
一种用于清洗抗菌玻璃的清洗剂,由以下方法制得:首先将52份水加入到容器中,然后依次加入3份二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠,4份氨三乙酸钠,5份聚丙烯酰胺,4份水解聚马来酸酐,8份苯甲酸钠,1.2份碳酸钠,1份碳酸氢钠,3份氧化胺,3份聚醚L-61,2份烷基糖苷FC-06;前一种物质溶解后再加入后一种物质,待完全溶解后再加入13.8份水,完成制备。
实施例2
一种用于清洗抗菌玻璃的清洗剂,由以下方法制得:首先将48份水加入到容器中,然后依次加入3份乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠,2份六偏磷酸纳,3份聚丙烯酰胺,4份聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,5份水解聚马来酸酐,5份水杨酸钠,5份对氨基苯甲酸钠,1份磷酸氢二钠,2份二水柠檬酸钠,6份聚醚L-61,4份油醇聚氧乙烯(5)醚;前一种物质溶解后再加入后一种物质,待完全溶解后再加入12份水,完成制备。
实施例3

一种用于清洗抗菌玻璃的清洗剂,由以下方法制得:首先将54份水加入到容器中,然后依次加入6份氨三乙酸钠,5份六偏磷酸纳,2份水解聚马来酸酐,3份聚丙烯酸钠,3份聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,6份对氨基苯甲酸钠,0.7份磷酸二氢钠,1.3份磷酸氢二钠,2份聚醚L-64,2份烷基糖苷FC-06,2份油醇聚氧乙烯(5)醚;前一种物质溶解后再加入后一种物质,待完全溶解后再加入13份水,完成制备。
实施例5
一种用于清洗抗菌玻璃的清洗剂,由以下方法制得:首先将52份水加入到容器中,然后依次加入3份二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠,3份乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠,3份聚丙烯酰胺,4份聚苯乙烯磺酸钠,4份水解聚马来酸酐,7份对氨基苯甲酸钠,2.3份碳酸钠,1.7份碳酸氢钠,3份聚醚L-61,4份烷基糖苷FC-06;前一种物质溶解后再加入后一种物质,待完全溶解后再加入13份水,完成制备。
以下为本发明的各实施例的实验效果。
1.不同实施例的泡沫高度
试验方法:分别用去离子水将实施例配制成5%和10%的工作液,加热到40℃,在具塞量筒中倒入30ml,盖好筒塞后上下振动1min,振幅约30cm,然后放置在桌面观察泡沫高度。

由表1可知,本发明实施例的泡沫很少,且消泡迅速。
2.不同实施例对镀AF膜玻璃的清洗效果
试验方法:用去离子水将清洗剂配制成5%工作液并倒入喷淋槽中,将工件放在产线上,开启喷淋并同时进行滚刷清洗,清洗后依次进行两槽市水漂洗和一槽去离子水漂洗。

3.不同实施例对AF膜的腐蚀情况
试验方法:延长清洗时间并多次返洗,以测试实施例是否腐蚀AF膜。

1.一种镀AF膜玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分;5~11份络合剂、7~12份助洗剂、6~10份助溶剂、2~4份缓冲剂、6~10份表面活性剂以及60~67份去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述络合剂为二乙烯三胺五羧酸钠、氨三乙酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠、六偏磷酸纳、二乙醇胺中至少两种的组合物。
3.如权利要求1所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述助洗剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、水解聚马来酸酐、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠中至少两种的组合物。
4.如权利要求1所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为苯甲酸钠、水杨酸钠、对氨基苯甲酸钠中一种或几种的组合物。

7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:先将按清洗剂计量五分之四的水加入到容器中,接着依次加入所述络合剂、助洗剂、助溶剂、缓冲剂、表面活性剂,前一种物质溶解后再加入后一种物质,待完全溶解后用水补充至计量值,完成制备,制得所述清洗剂。
8.权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的清洗剂在清洗镀AF膜玻璃上的应用,所述应用方法为:先用水将清洗剂配制成工作液并倒入喷淋槽中,将工件放在产线上,开启喷淋并同时进行滚刷清洗,清洗后依次进行两槽市水漂洗和一槽去离子水漂洗,完成清洗。
9.如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:所述工作液的浓度范围为5~10%。
10.如权利要求9所述清洗剂的应用,其特征在于:所述工作液的温度为40~50℃,清洗时间为30~60min,每一槽漂洗时间为30~60s。
