背景技术
随着汽车市场的日益增加,全国家用小车已达1.8亿辆,再过5年能达到3到4个亿辆家庭小车,而且每辆车多要清洗,洗车市场空前巨大,将要用掉无法计算的宝贵水资源,本发明就是对洗车提出了一个革命性的标题,节省水资源,让祖国的天更蓝,水更清,造福我们的子孙后代。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供环保无水汽车清洁剂的配方。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明的环保无水汽车清洁剂的配方,它的配方组成为:超高分子硅酮分散剂12-15%、聚醚硅氧烷5-8%、水性丙烯酸酯聚氨酯8-12%、超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散剂5-8%、天然巴西棕榈蜡15-20%、氟碳表面活性剂8-10%、杀菌剂0.01%、络合剂0.01%、防冻剂15-20%、香精0.01%、去离子水6.96-31.96%。
它的生产流程:
A、将天然巴西棕榈蜡、氟碳表面活性剂由备料间通过管道按比例输送到乳化罐加热搅拌,搅拌速度150-200转/分钟,加温到85度后搅拌30分钟,再把物料抽离到冷却罐中冷却;待物料完全冷却后输送到胶体磨中进行剪切分散,电动机转速在3000-7000转/分钟,物料在转子和定子间隙内高速运动,形成强力的液力剪切和湍流,在离心、挤压和碰撞等综合作用力下,得到充分的分散和破碎且乳化。将乳化后的物料通过管道输送到剪切式均质机中待用;
B、将超高分子硅酮分散剂、聚醚硅氧烷、水性丙烯酸酯聚氨酯、超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散剂、防冻剂、去离子水;按比例从备料间通过管道输送到贮料罐中进行搅拌30分钟,搅拌速度1000-2000转/分钟,待物料完全均匀后抽送到剪切式均质机中待用;
C、再将A,B在剪切式均质机中边搅拌边加上辅料杀菌剂、络合剂、香精;均质机的转速在3000-5000转/分钟,通过高效剪切式均质机加工的物料具有超细化、高效能、和性能稳定的特点,物料搅拌20分钟,即成产成品。再将产成品抽送到产品贮罐中待灌装;
D、将产品贮罐出料口链接到过滤器上,再链接全自动气动灌装机上,全自动气动灌装机具有在500毫升塑料瓶上贴标、打印日期、计量、封口、压盖、一气完成;再有输送带将灌装好的产品送到纸箱中,由封箱机打包、堆装、入库。

1.环保无水汽车清洁剂的配方,其特征在于它的配方组成为:超高分子硅酮分散剂12-15%、聚醚硅氧烷5-8%、水性丙烯酸酯聚氨酯8-12%、超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散剂5-8%、天然巴西棕榈蜡15-20%、氟碳表面活性剂8-10%、杀菌剂0.01%、络合剂0.01%、防冻剂15-20%、香精0.01%、去离子水6.96-31.96%。
2.环保无水汽车清洁剂的配方,其特征在于它的生产流程:
