本发明公开了一种高效无污染蜡模清洗剂,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚20‑25份、水杨酸12‑15份、乙酰胺8‑16份、2‑羟基膦酰基乙酸10‑16份、丙二醇甲醚9‑12份、丁酮6‑10份、环己烷10‑15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5‑12份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐18‑25份、烷基苯磺酸10‑15份、三乙醇胺6‑15份、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚14‑20份、硅酸钠6‑8份、葡萄糖酸钠9‑14份、乙醇16‑18份、异丙醇12‑16份、三氯乙烯5‑9份、去离子水120‑150份。本发明制备方法简便、工艺合理,常温常压,操作方便,容易控制;同时清洗剂原料来源广泛,投资少,成本低,市场潜力大;清洗蜡模后的残留物少,铸件的表面质量容易控制;对人体皮肤无腐蚀、无毒性,使用的表面活性剂容易被生物降解,对环境空气无污染。

本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高效无污染蜡模清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜡模清洗是溶模铸造制壳工艺的关键工序,其清洗效果直接影响模壳的挂浆质量,最终影响到铸件的成品质量。早期的蜡模清洗一般采用酮类、芳香族碳氢化合物等具有很强的挥发性的溶剂直接清洗,用量大、毒性大、成本高,易燃、易爆、污染严重,同时在清洗时需加热至40℃左右才能清除蜡模表面的油污,且存在清洗时间长,洗净度低、能耗高等缺点。

本发明旨在提供了一种高效无污染蜡模清洗剂及其制备方法。

一种高效无污染蜡模清洗剂,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚20-25份、水杨酸12-15份、乙酰胺8-16份、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸10-16份、丙二醇甲醚9-12份、丁酮6-10份、环己烷10-15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-12份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐18-25份、烷基苯磺酸10-15份、三乙醇胺6-15份、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚14-20份、硅酸钠6-8份、葡萄糖酸钠9-14份、乙醇16-18份、异丙醇12-16份、三氯乙烯5-9份、去离子水120-150份。
一种高效无污染蜡模清洗剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取所述重量份数的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、水杨酸、乙酰胺、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、丙二醇甲醚、丁酮、环己烷、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚于混合容器中,再加入42-48℃的去离子水溶解,在500-600r/min的转速下搅拌25-30min均匀,得初步混合混合液;
(2)再依次向上述初步混合混合液中加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸、三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚、硅酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、乙醇、异丙醇、三氯乙烯,混合完全后,在35-42℃条件下进行超声波搅拌15-20min;
(3)将上述经超声波搅拌后的混合液在18-20℃下乳化1-2小时制得白色乳状液的蜡模清洗剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简便、工艺合理,常温常压,操作方便,容易控制;同时清洗剂原料来源广泛,投资少,成本低,市场潜力大;清洗蜡模后的残留物少,铸件的表面质量容易控制;对人体皮肤无腐蚀、无毒性,使用的表面活性剂容易被生物降解,对环境空气无污染。

(2)再依次向上述初步混合混合液中加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸、三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚、硅酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、乙醇、异丙醇、三氯乙烯,混合完全后,在35-42℃条件下进行超声波搅拌15-20min;
(3)将上述经超声波搅拌后的混合液在18-20℃下乳化1-2小时制得白色乳状液的蜡模清洗剂。

(1)称取所述重量份数的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、水杨酸、乙酰胺、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、丙二醇甲醚、丁酮、环己烷、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚于混合容器中,再加入42-48℃的去离子水溶解,在500-600r/min的转速下搅拌25-30min均匀,得初步混合混合液;

一种高效无污染蜡模清洗剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取所述重量份数的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、水杨酸、乙酰胺、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、丙二醇甲醚、丁酮、环己烷、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚于混合容器中,再加入42-48℃的去离子水溶解,在500-600r/min的转速下搅拌25-30min均匀,得初步混合混合液;

1.一种高效无污染蜡模清洗剂,其特征在于,其是由以下重量份数的原料组成:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚20-25份、水杨酸12-15份、乙酰胺8-16份、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸10-16份、丙二醇甲醚9-12份、丁酮6-10份、环己烷10-15份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-12份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐18-25份、烷基苯磺酸10-15份、三乙醇胺6-15份、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚14-20份、硅酸钠6-8份、葡萄糖酸钠9-14份、乙醇16-18份、异丙醇12-16份、三氯乙烯5-9份、去离子水120-150份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高效无污染蜡模清洗剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取所述重量份数的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、水杨酸、乙酰胺、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、丙二醇甲醚、丁酮、环己烷、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚于混合容器中,再加入42-48℃的去离子水溶解,在500-600r/min的转速下搅拌25-30min均匀,得初步混合混合液;
(2)再依次向上述初步混合混合液中加入脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸、三乙醇胺、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚、硅酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、乙醇、异丙醇、三氯乙烯,混合完全后,在35-42℃条件下进行超声波搅拌15-20min;
(3)将上述经超声波搅拌后的混合液在18-20℃下乳化1-2小时制得白色乳状液的蜡模清洗剂。
