Abstract

一种用于清洗汽车铝轮毂的除蜡水及制备方法,其组分和配比为:三乙醇胺10~20份;油酸12~25份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚6~13份;椰子油二乙醇酰胺8~15份;无水乙醇2~5份;渗透剂2~7份,以上配比为重量份。制备方法按如下步骤进行:先将三乙醇胺与油酸混合搅拌均匀,再先后加入椰子油二乙醇酰胺、渗透剂、无水乙醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚,搅拌均匀得除蜡水。该除蜡水广泛用于铝合金,尤其是汽车铝轮毂的除蜡处理,能有效提高工效,增强使用效果,而且无毒、易生物降解,受到广大用户欢迎。

用于清洗汽车铝轮毂的除蜡水及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于清洗汽车铝轮毂的除蜡水,还涉及该除蜡水的制备方法。
背景技术
汽车抛光铝轮毂的除蜡处理是其在电镀生产中的重要工序之一,它直接影响到汽车铝轮毂的使用功能和装饰性。目前用于汽车铝轮毂的除蜡水虽然可以基本满足电镀生产的要求,但由于其组分、含量及制备方法的缺陷,仍存在除蜡速度慢,使用周期短,除蜡效果不理想的问题,而且所含表面活性剂不易生物降解,对水体环境污染较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种除蜡速度快,使用周期长、效果好,而且对环境污染小的用于清洗汽车铝轮毂的除蜡水及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
用于清洗汽车铝轮毂的除蜡水的组分和配比为:
浓度85~99%的三乙醇胺         10~20份
浓度85~92%的油酸             12~25份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚            6~13份
椰子油二乙醇酰胺               8~15份
无水乙醇                       2~5份
浓度95~98%的渗透剂           2~7份
以上配比均为重量份,上述椰子油二乙醇酰胺中椰子油与二乙醇酰胺的重量比为1∶1.5。
上述组分的优选配比为:
浓度85~99%的三乙醇胺             13~17份
浓度85~92%的油酸                 15~20份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚                7~12份
椰子油二乙醇酰胺                   10~14份
无水乙醇                           3~5份
浓度95~98%的渗透剂               3~6份
以上配比均为重量份,上述椰子油二乙醇酰胺中椰子油与二乙醇酰胺的重量比为1∶1.5。
上述除蜡水的制备方法按如下步骤进行:
(1)将浓度85~99%的三乙醇胺10~20份与浓度85~92%的油酸12~25份混合,搅拌均匀得A液;
(2)将椰子油二乙醇酰胺8~15份加入A液,搅拌均匀得B液,其中椰子油二乙醇酰胺中椰子油与二乙醇酰胺的重量比为1∶1.5;
(3)将浓度95~98%的渗透剂2~7份加入B液,搅拌均匀得C液;
(4)将无水乙醇2~5份加入C液,搅拌均匀得D液;
(5)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚6~13份加入D液,搅拌均匀得成品除蜡水。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用了不同的原料、配比及制作工艺,制成的除蜡水比同类产品抗腐蚀力提高3~5倍,使用周期(体现在使用次数上)增加1~2倍,对蜡垢的软化、渗透时间缩短1~2倍,从而有效提高工作效率,解决了铝合金除蜡过程中被过腐蚀这一技术难题,显著增强使用效果,而且还具有无毒、易生物降解等优点,不会造成对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
各实施例中除蜡水的组分及用量如下表:

各实施例中脱脂液的制备方法均按如下步骤进行:
(1)将三乙醇胺与油酸混合,搅拌均匀得A液;
(2)将椰子油二乙醇酰胺(1∶1.5)加入A液,搅拌均匀得B液;
(3)将渗透剂加入B液,搅拌均匀得C液;
(4)将无水乙醇加入C液,搅拌均匀得D液;
(5)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚加入D液,搅拌均匀得成品除蜡水。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于清洗汽车铝轮毂的除蜡水,其组分和配比为:
浓度85~99%的三乙醇胺                   10~20份
浓度85~92%的油酸                       12~25份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚                      6~13份
椰子油二乙醇酰胺                         8~15份
无水乙醇                                 2~5份
浓度95~98%的渗透剂                     2~7份
以上配比均为重量份,上述椰子油二乙醇酰胺中椰子油与二乙醇酰胺的重量比为1:1.5。
2、按权利要求1所述的除蜡水,其特征是所述组分的配比为:
浓度85~99%的三乙醇胺                   13~17份
浓度85~92%的油酸                       15~20份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚                      7~12份
椰子油二乙醇酰胺                         10~14份
无水乙醇                                 3~5份
浓度95~98%的渗透剂                     3~6份
以上配比均为重量份,上述椰子油二乙醇酰胺中椰子油与二乙醇酰胺的重量比为1:1.5。
3、一种如权利要求1所述除蜡水的制备方法,按如下步骤进行:
(1)将浓度85~99%的三乙醇胺10~20份与浓度85~92%的油酸12~25份混合,搅拌均匀得A液;
(2)将椰子油二乙醇酰胺8~15份加入A液,搅拌均匀得B液,其中椰子油二乙醇酰胺中椰子油与二乙醇酰胺的重量比为1:1.5;
(3)将浓度95~98%的渗透剂2~7份加入B液,搅拌均匀得C液;
(4)将无水乙醇2~5份加入C液,搅拌均匀得D液;
(5)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚6~13份加入D液,搅拌均匀得成品除蜡水。
