本发明公开了一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条,包括塑料层、无菌膜层和密封热封层,密封热封层沿塑料层表面设置,其厚度25‑50mm,其由热封膜黏附在塑料层表层形成;所述无菌膜层包覆在塑料层表层,其由聚丙烯共挤膜、丙烯乙烯聚合树脂层、聚丙烯片材、丙烯乙烯聚合树脂层构成的多层共挤膜;所述塑料层由以下组分的原料制备而成,聚乙烯树脂:25%~35%、聚甲基戊烯树脂:15%~20%、聚三氟氯乙烯:10%~15%、氨基甲酸酯橡胶:5%~10%、硅酸铝纤维:5%~10%、乳化剂:3%~8%、有机硅凝胶:5%~10%、加强剂:1%~3%、增塑剂:5%~10%、聚酯纤维5%~10%、弹性体4%~10%。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料密封条生产技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条。
背景技术
瓶装或罐装食品在加工完成后需要进行罐装密封,其在未拆封前需要包装密封性,防止挥发、变质和氧化,密封条是用于包装密封的重要部件之一,其广泛用于医疗、食品化工,其密封性影响物品的无菌性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条,包括塑料层、无菌膜层和密封热封层,密封热封层沿塑料层表面设置,其厚度25-50mm,其由热封膜黏附在塑料层表层形成;所述无菌膜层包覆在塑料层表层,其由聚丙烯共挤膜、丙烯乙烯聚合树脂层、聚丙烯片材、丙烯乙烯聚合树脂层构成的多层共挤膜。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,塑料层由以下组分的原料制备而成,聚乙烯树脂:25%~35%、聚甲基戊烯树脂:15%~20%、聚三氟氯乙烯:10%~15%、氨基甲酸酯橡胶:5%~10%、硅酸铝纤维:5%~10%、乳化剂:3%~8%、有机硅凝胶:5%~10%、加强剂:1%~3%、增塑剂:5%~10%、聚酯纤维5%~10%、弹性体4%~10%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,热封膜包括膜层与芯层,膜层由聚乙烯材料制成,芯层由聚丙烯树脂材料制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,弹性体为热塑性弹性体,其具体为热塑性苯乙烯系弹性体。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,加强剂为玻璃纤维或纳米氧化锆。
一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条的制备工艺,其制备工艺具体步骤为:
S1:制取塑料层,按配比称取塑料层各原料组分,取用原料成分按照所需要生产塑料总质量进行计算塑料成分,同时需要满足原料的具体要求;
a:将S1中各原料组分加入转子搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌速度为270-300转/分钟,搅拌时间20-30分钟;
b:将a中转子搅拌机温度调至160-195℃,搅拌速度为260-280转/分钟,持续搅拌15-20分钟,得到混合料原浆;
c:将b中混合料原浆放入挤出机中并挤出至模具中,冷却、干燥成型;
d:将c中成型的塑料件加热并压制入密封条模具内,加热区间为140-165℃;
S2:黏附热封膜层,待S1中成型密封条均匀冷却至室温后,在其表层黏附热封膜;
S3:包覆无菌膜层,在成型密封条表层包覆无菌膜层,保证密封热封层沿塑料层表面设置,且其厚度25-50mm。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明提供的塑料密封条具有回弹性高、连接强度好、耐低温性好,无菌环保等优点,其可适用于无菌包装,通过添加聚酯纤维、硅酸铝纤维以及有机硅凝胶极大的改善了力学性能及加工性能。

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条,包括塑料层、无菌膜层和密封热封层,密封热封层沿塑料层表面设置,其厚度25-50mm,其由热封膜黏附在塑料层表层形成;所述无菌膜层包覆在塑料层表层,其由聚丙烯共挤膜、丙烯乙烯聚合树脂层、聚丙烯片材、丙烯乙烯聚合树脂层构成的多层共挤膜。
塑料层由以下组分的原料制备而成,聚乙烯树脂:25%~35%、聚甲基戊烯树脂:15%~20%、聚三氟氯乙烯:10%~15%、氨基甲酸酯橡胶:5%~10%、硅酸铝纤维:5%~10%、乳化剂:3%~8%、有机硅凝胶:5%~10%、加强剂:1%~3%、增塑剂:5%~10%、聚酯纤维5%~10%、弹性体4%~10%。
进一步的,热封膜包括膜层与芯层,膜层由聚乙烯材料制成,芯层由聚丙烯树脂材料制成。
进一步的,弹性体为热塑性弹性体,其具体为热塑性苯乙烯系弹性体。

S2:黏附热封膜层,待S1中成型密封条均匀冷却至室温后,在其表层黏附热封膜;
S3:包覆无菌膜层,在成型密封条表层包覆无菌膜层,保证密封热封层沿塑料层表面设置,且其厚度25-50mm。

所述塑料层组分重量比例为:
聚乙烯树脂:25%、聚甲基戊烯树脂:15%、聚三氟氯乙烯:10%、氨基甲酸酯橡胶:5%、硅酸铝纤维:10%、乳化剂:3%、有机硅凝胶:5%、加强剂:2%、增塑剂:10%、聚酯纤维5%、弹性体10%。
塑料密封条的制备工艺具体步骤为:
S1:制取塑料层,按配比称取塑料层各原料组分,取用原料成分按照所需要生产塑料总质量进行计算塑料成分,同时需要满足原料的具体要求;
a:将S1中各原料组分加入转子搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌速度为270转/分钟,搅拌时间25分钟;
b:将a中转子搅拌机温度调至170℃,搅拌速度为265转/分钟,持续搅拌20分钟,得到混合料原浆;
c:将b中混合料原浆放入挤出机中并挤出至模具中,冷却、干燥成型;
d:将c中成型的塑料件加热并压制入密封条模具内,加热至150℃;
S2:黏附热封膜层,待S1中成型密封条均匀冷却至室温后,在其表层黏附热封膜;
S3:包覆无菌膜层,在成型密封条表层包覆无菌膜层,保证密封热封层沿塑料层表面设置,且其厚度25mm。
实施例2:
一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条,包括塑料层、无菌膜层和密封热封层;
所述塑料层组分重量比例为:
聚乙烯树脂:30%、聚甲基戊烯树脂:20%、聚三氟氯乙烯:10%、氨基甲酸酯橡胶:5%、硅酸铝纤维:5%、乳化剂:5%、有机硅凝胶:5%、加强剂:1%、增塑剂:5%、聚酯纤维10%、弹性体4%;
塑料密封条的制备工艺具体步骤为:
S1:制取塑料层,按配比称取塑料层各原料组分,取用原料成分按照所需要生产塑料总质量进行计算塑料成分,同时需要满足原料的具体要求;
a:将S1中各原料组分加入转子搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌速度为280转/分钟,搅拌时间25分钟;
b:将a中转子搅拌机温度调至180℃,搅拌速度为265转/分钟,持续搅拌15分钟,得到混合料原浆;
c:将b中混合料原浆放入挤出机中并挤出至模具中,冷却、干燥成型;
d:将c中成型的塑料件加热并压制入密封条模具内,加热至160℃;
S2:黏附热封膜层,待S1中成型密封条均匀冷却至室温后,在其表层黏附热封膜;
S3:包覆无菌膜层,在成型密封条表层包覆无菌膜层,保证密封热封层沿塑料层表面设置,且其厚度25-50mm。
上述的具体实施例区别在于组成成分与造作过程中的工艺条件存在差异。

所述无菌膜层包覆在塑料层表层,其由聚丙烯共挤膜、丙烯乙烯聚合树脂层、聚丙烯片材、丙烯乙烯聚合树脂层构成的多层共挤膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条,其特征在于,所述塑料层由以下组分的原料制备而成,聚乙烯树脂:25%~35%、聚甲基戊烯树脂:15%~20%、聚三氟氯乙烯:10%~15%、氨基甲酸酯橡胶:5%~10%、硅酸铝纤维:5%~10%、乳化剂:3%~8%、有机硅凝胶:5%~10%、加强剂:1%~3%、增塑剂:5%~10%、聚酯纤维5%~10%、弹性体4%~10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条,其特征在于,所述热封膜包括膜层与芯层,膜层由聚乙烯材料制成,芯层由聚丙烯树脂材料制成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条,其特征在于,所述弹性体为热塑性弹性体,其具体为热塑性苯乙烯系弹性体。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条,其特征在于,所述加强剂为玻璃纤维或纳米氧化锆。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种适用于无菌包装的塑料密封条的制备工艺,其特征在于,其制备工艺具体步骤为:
S1:制取塑料层,按配比称取塑料层各原料组分,取用原料成分按照所需要生产塑料总质量进行计算塑料成分,同时需要满足原料的具体要求;
a:将S1中各原料组分加入转子搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌速度为270-300转/分钟,搅拌时间20-30分钟;
b:将a中转子搅拌机温度调至160-195℃,搅拌速度为260-280转/分钟,持续搅拌15-20分钟,得到混合料原浆;
c:将b中混合料原浆放入挤出机中并挤出至模具中,冷却、干燥成型;
d:将c中成型的塑料件加热并压制入密封条模具内,加热区间为140-165℃;
S2:黏附热封膜层,待S1中成型密封条均匀冷却至室温后,在其表层黏附热封膜;
