一种无缝塑编热封包装袋,属于包装技术领域,包括袋体,袋体两端分别设有封口,所述封口处粘接有热封胶带,所述热封胶带包括基层以及涂覆在基层上的高分子聚合物层,所述高分子聚合物层与袋体粘接,其特征是,所述热封胶带是在200~300℃下高分子聚合物层涂布在基层上而得,其中,所述高分子聚合物层包括由聚丙烯、高熔指聚丙烯、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和交联剂制成。本发明采用热封胶带粘接封口,无需针缝,提高了包装袋的密封强度,包装袋整体强度可达纤维撕裂程度。

无缝塑编热封胶带及其制法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无缝塑编热封胶带及其制法,属于包装技术领域。
背景技术
塑料编织袋广泛应用于肥料、化工产品、日常用品、食品等产品的包装。现有技术中,塑料编织袋的上下封口一般使用线绳缝合,其密封效果不佳,防水、防潮性能较差,并且缝合封口处拉伸负荷、抗剥离力不佳,在运输过程中容易开封,特别是在摔包过程中。另外,缝合封口的编织袋在回收过程中,必须要拆线、挑拣后才能进行,费时费力,成本较高。
为解决密封、防水防潮效果不佳的缺陷,现有技术中也有设置热熔胶层对封口粘接密封的方案。该方案可满足一定的粘接包装密封要求,其仍存在如下两种不足之处:其一,解决防水、防潮问题,现有技术包装袋的本体外面复合有一纸层,在编织袋回收时,很难将纸层和塑料分离,回收困难;其二,在低温情况下,热熔胶层容易失去粘性,造成粘接不牢,从而降低了塑料编织袋的密封以及防水防潮性能。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种低温密封性能好,可回收再利用的无缝塑编热封包装袋。
本发明具体采用的技术方案是:
一种无缝塑编热封胶带,包括基层以及涂覆在基层上的高分子聚合物层,其特征是,所述热封胶带是高分子聚合物层在200~300℃下涂布在基层上而得,所述基层的材质是PP或PE,所述高分子聚合物层包括由聚丙烯、高熔指聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和交联剂制成。
为增强本发明产品的耐候性,使本发明的产品具有防水防潮性能,在基层的外层还设有防水防潮塑料膜层,所述塑料膜层的材质与基层材质相同。
本发明中,高分子聚合物层包括由下述重量份的原料通过混合、挤出、造粒制得:
其中,所述交联剂是1,1-双(叔丁过氧基)-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷(BPMC)、双(叔丁过氧异丙基)苯(BIPB)、1,2-二乙烯基苯和三烯丙异氰尿酸酯按照1:1:0.2:0.2混合而成,其中,1,2-二乙烯基苯和三烯丙异氰尿酸酯助交联剂。
本发明以高熔指聚丙烯主要是为利用其流动性。
本发明中,所采用的原料均为市售商品,例如:无规聚丙烯可选用牌号为APP4或APP5的市售商品,高熔指聚丙烯可选用台塑公司生产的牌号为1600d的市售商品。
本发明中,所述热封胶带的制法,包括如下步骤:
1)混合:高分子聚合物层各种原料按比例混合
2)挤出
3)造粒
4)流延
5)涂布:所述涂布是在200~300℃下进行;
5)热合:将防水防潮塑料膜层热合在基层上;
6)分切,得热封胶带成品。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的热封胶带用于塑料编织袋粘接封口,无需针缝,提高了包装袋的密封强度,包装袋整体强度可达纤维撕裂程度。
为验证本发明的效果,申请人委托山东省产品质量检验研究院对长为1米的密封胶带和三条本发明的编织袋依据GB/T 8946-2013进行了检验,检验报告编号为:PL052979-2016,检验结果如下:

2、本发明绿色环保,具体表现在:1)无需拆线,直接回收,省时省力,成本低;2)本发明选用的所有材料均可回收后循环利用;3)本发明不使用有机溶剂,避免环境污染;3)本发明基层、防水防潮膜层材质与塑料编织袋材质相同,可直接回收造粒,再加工利用,无需分离不同材质,方便使用后的回收再利用。
3、本发明的高分子聚合物层粘结力强、且热合温度低(80℃-100℃左右)。

1.一种无缝塑编热封包装袋,包括袋体,袋体两端分别设有封口,所述封口处粘接有热封胶带,所述热封胶带包括基层以及涂覆在基层上的高分子聚合物层,所述高分子聚合物层与袋体粘接,其特征是,所述热封胶带是在200~300℃下高分子聚合物层涂布在基层上而得,其中,所述高分子聚合物层包括由聚丙烯、高熔指聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和交联剂制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缝塑编热封包装袋,其特征是,在袋体外表面以及热封胶带基层外表面还设有防水防潮塑料膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无缝塑编热封包装袋,其特征是,高分子聚合物层包括由下述重量份的原料通过混合、挤出、造粒制得:
