本发明提供一种高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,其中,所述复合地板具有基材层和装饰层,其特征在于:该方法包括如下步骤:步骤1)制备基材层,所述基材层选用以下方法制备得到:按照重量百分比计算,将20~35%PVC粉,60~70%碳酸钙,1~3%稳定剂,1~3%增韧剂,0.4~1%润滑剂,0.4~1%着色剂混合并搅拌后进入挤塑机挤出并压延出片,在基材挤出时,在其底下贴覆辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料作为静音垫;冷却,形成PVC基材。

一种高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高稳定性色泽保真复合地板及其制造方法,属于复合地板制造领域。
背景技术
随着现代社会的发展,人类对自然的向往逐步加深,在现代地面装饰材料中,越来越多的人选择实木复合地板接近自然的材料。市场上多见的实木以及实木复合地板多采用有色油漆上色,一定程度的遮盖木材天然纹理,造成花纹不自然等缺陷。一种复合实木地板(CN201720783073)专利中采用面板表层擦拭化学试剂,是木材化变产生颜色。但是表面擦拭化学试剂,颜色变化只停留于表面浅层,颜色均匀、稳定性较差。并且由于木材自身的各项异性,当外界环境(温度、湿度等)发生变化时,引起木材含水率的变化,造成木材干缩湿胀,翘曲变形,其尺寸稳定性差。
另一方面,石塑地板,又名为“PVC片材地板”。采用天然的大理石粉构成高密度、高纤维网状结构的坚实基层,表面覆以超强耐磨的高分子PVC耐磨层,此结构虽然在一定程度上提高了防水及尺寸稳定性,但相对于实木及实木复合地板,石塑地板美观性不高,在家装及众多娱乐场所不被消费者所认可。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有情况,本发明旨在提供一种装饰效果好、尺寸稳定性高、取材广泛、防水性能高的新型复合地板,以代替现有的木质地板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板包括基材层、胶合层、装饰层;该高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法一种高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,其中,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1)制备基材层,所述基材层选用以下方法制备得到:按照重量百分比计算,将20~35%PVC粉,60~70%碳酸钙,1~3%稳定剂,1~3%增韧剂,0.4~1%润滑剂,0.4~1%着色剂混合并搅拌后进入挤塑机挤出并压延出片,在基材挤出时,在其底下贴覆辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料作为静音垫;冷却,形成PVC基材;
步骤2)制备装饰层,选取厚度为1.0~3.0mm的染色木皮层,所述染色木皮树种为橡木、枫木或山核桃,将该染色木皮层通过漂白、酸洗、水洗、染色、干燥,表面涂饰UV面漆层;
步骤3)选取双组份聚氨酯无水胶黏剂将基材层与装饰层胶合。
作为优选,步骤2)中的漂白工序:将漂白混合液用水稀释,温度控制在45~70℃,在调节pH至10~11,将木皮放置于混合液中蒸煮14~16h;所述漂白混合液按照质量百分比计算由双氧水4~7%,硅酸钠0.2~0.8%,乙二胺四乙酸0.05~0.1%,硫酸钠0.05~0.15%,硫酸镁0.05~0.1%,氢氧化钠0.5~1%,氨水0.4~0.8%以及余量溶剂水组成。
作为优选,步骤2)中的酸洗以及水洗工序:采用磷酸溶液酸洗,浓度约为0.6%~0.7%,酸洗时间50~70min。后用清水水洗50~70min。
作为优选,步骤2)中的染色工序:根据所需颜色按比例配置染液,温度控制在80~98℃。放入木皮蒸煮16~20h后,取样干燥,适当进行颜色微调,随后每30min取样干燥进行颜色微调,直至预期颜色。
作为优选,步骤2)中的干燥工序中,干燥木皮,使其最终含水率达到6~8%。
作为优选,所述步骤3)中的涂胶方式采用辊涂,施胶量为105~135g/m2
作为优选,步骤2)中采用半开放性UV油漆,油漆用量为7~10g/m2
另一方面,本发明提供一种高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的装饰层制造方法,该方法为:选取厚度为1.0~3.0mm的染色木皮层,所述染色木皮树种为橡木、枫木或山核桃,将该染色木皮层通过漂白、酸洗、水洗、染色、干燥,表面涂饰UV面漆层。
再一方面,本发明提供上述所述高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法得到的复合地板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:(1)木皮采用漂白及染色代替以往油漆上色,保持了木材自然美观的纹理;(2)采用油性底漆代替水性底漆,减少水分渗透,使得地板表面色泽饱满,同时封闭表面木皮,保证含水率稳定,不易发生变形;(3)严格控制木皮含水率,采用双组份聚氨酯无水胶黏剂,避免因水分变化引起木皮干缩湿胀而导致石塑地板的翘曲变形;(4)基材底部贴覆IXPE,起到隔热隔音减震防水
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1 一种复合地板的基材制造方法
称取22%PVC粉,70%碳酸钙,3%稳定剂,3%增韧剂,1%润滑剂,1%着色剂;将上述原料混合并搅拌后进入挤塑机挤出并压延出片,在基材挤出时,在其底下贴覆辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料作为静音垫;冷却,形成PVC基材,其中,搅拌转速为1000转/分钟,搅拌时间4分钟,挤出温度为210℃。
实施例2 一种复合地板的基材制造方法
称取35%PVC粉,62.2%碳酸钙,1%稳定剂,1%增韧剂,0.4%润滑剂,0.4%着色剂;将上述原料混合并搅拌后进入挤塑机挤出并压延出片,在基材挤出时,在其底下贴覆辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料作为静音垫;冷却,形成PVC基材,其中,搅拌转速为3000转/分钟,搅拌时间8分钟,挤出温度为187℃。
实施例3 一种复合地板的装饰材制造方法
A、选取橡木、枫木或者山核桃木,染色木皮层厚度为1.0~3.0mm,
B、漂白漂白混合液为以下质量浓度混合液:双氧水4~7%,硅酸钠0.2~0.8%,乙二胺四乙酸0.05~0.1%,硫酸钠0.05~0.15%,硫酸镁0.05~0.1%,氢氧化钠0.5~1%,氨水0.4~0.8%以及溶剂水;将上述漂白混合液用水稀释(浓度),温度控制在45~70℃,在调节pH至10~11,将木皮放置于混合液中蒸煮14~16h;
C、酸洗采用磷酸溶液酸洗,浓度约为0.6%~0.7%,酸洗时间50~70min;D、水洗用清水水洗50~70min;
E、染色染色时,根据所需颜色按比例配置染液,温度控制在80~98℃。放入木皮蒸煮16~20h后,取样干燥,适当进行颜色微调,随后每30min取样干燥进行颜色微调,直至预期颜色。
F、干燥干燥木皮,使其最终含水率达到6~8%。
G、采用半开放性UV油漆,油漆用量为7~10g/m2
实施例4 一种高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法
一种高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,选取双组份聚氨酯无水胶黏剂将实施例1或实施例2得到的PVC基材与实施例2得到的装饰层通过紧固件胶合层胶粘在一起,所述胶方式采用辊涂,施胶量为105~135g/m2

1.一种高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,其中,所述复合地板具有基材层和装饰层,其特征在于:该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1)制备基材层,所述基材层选用以下方法制备得到:按照重量百分比计算,将20~35%PVC粉,60~70%碳酸钙,1~3%稳定剂,1~3%增韧剂,0.4~1%润滑剂,0.4~1%着色剂混合并搅拌后进入挤塑机挤出并压延出片,在基材挤出时,在其底下贴覆辐射交联聚乙烯发泡材料作为静音垫;冷却,形成PVC基材;
步骤2)制备装饰层,选取厚度为1.0~3.0mm的染色木皮层,所述染色木皮树种为橡木、枫木或山核桃,将该染色木皮层通过漂白、酸洗、水洗、染色、干燥,表面涂饰UV面漆层;
步骤3)选取双组份聚氨酯无水胶黏剂将基材层与装饰层胶合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中的漂白工序:将漂白混合液用水稀释,温度控制在45~70℃,在调节pH至10~11,将木皮放置于混合液中蒸煮14~16h;所述漂白混合液按照质量百分比计算由双氧水4~7%,硅酸钠0.2~0.8%,乙二胺四乙酸0.05~0.1%,硫酸钠0.05~0.15%,硫酸镁0.05~0.1%,氢氧化钠0.5~1%,氨水0.4~0.8%以及余量溶剂水组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中的酸洗以及水洗工序:采用磷酸溶液酸洗,浓度约为0.6%~0.7%,酸洗时间50~70min。后用清水水洗50~70min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,步骤2)中的染色工序:根据所需颜色按比例配置染液,温度控制在80~98℃。放入木皮蒸煮16~20h后,取样干燥,适当进行颜色微调,随后每30min取样干燥进行颜色微调,直至预期颜色。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中的干燥工序中,干燥木皮,使其最终含水率达到6~8%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中的涂胶方式采用辊涂,施胶量为105~135g/m2
7.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中采用半开放性UV油漆,油漆用量为7~10g/m2
8.一种高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的装饰层制造方法,其特征在于:选取厚度为1.0~3.0mm的染色木皮层,所述染色木皮树种为橡木、枫木或山核桃,将该染色木皮层通过漂白、酸洗、水洗、染色、干燥,表面涂饰UV面漆层。
9.如权利要求1~7所述的高稳定性高色泽保真复合地板的制造方法得到的复合地板。
