Abstract

本发明公开了一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,该工艺步骤如下:准备形成锅体的平面坯料;在锅体坯料表面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;采用蚀刻工艺将锅体坯料表面没有丝印油墨的位置进行蚀刻处理,接着清洗、烘干,保留丝印油墨;在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,再进行高温烘烤,丝印油墨在高温中自然脱离;对锅体坯料进行冲压拉伸处理,从而形成异型锅体,最后对锅体边缘进行飞边、抛光处理;该工艺不用如以前把不粘锅涂层进行抛光处理才能使得花纹部分显现出来,该方式不但效率高,而且有效保证了成品的质量。

Description

一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨用炊具的制作工艺,特别是一种带凹凸花纹的不粘锅制作工艺。
背景技术
目前人们通常使用金属做成的锅用来煎炸食品,但是使用传统的煎锅煎炸食物的时候,常出现粘锅、烧糊现象,这不仅破坏了食物的外形,而且烧焦、烧糊的食物还会产生有害的物质,影响人们的健康,另外,还增加了炊具刷洗的难度;所以目前人们通常使用在煎锅的内表面涂覆一层称为“Teflon”的不粘锅材料,实现不粘的功效,但是当煎锅进行煮食或清洗的时候,由于涂层与锅铲或清洁用具发生摩擦而导致脱落,从而失去防粘效果,而且剥落的涂层混入食物后被误食也会危害人体的身体健康。
于是现在市面上推出了一种新型不粘锅,其在锅体的内表面均匀分布有多个独立的油槽,所述油槽表面附着有不粘锅涂层,该设计使得锅内食用油被加热后,储存在这些油槽内的油被加热至沸腾,而食物被这些分散排列且沸腾的油承托后微微浮起,由于食物不会直接接触锅底,所以可有效防止粘锅现象。
目前这种带凹凸花纹的不粘锅一般为圆形,其制作工艺为先通过印花、蚀刻出花纹以后,通过拉伸成型,再进行喷涂不粘锅涂层,最后对凸出表面的不粘锅涂层进行抛光处理即可成为成品,但是目前有些客户要求不粘锅要制作成多边型或椭圆型的时候,再按照之前的工艺进行制作时,由于产品在蚀刻好花纹后拉伸成型,在后续的抛光工序中,对多边型或椭圆型的转角位无法实现平滑的抛光处理,从而导致产品制作效率十分低下,而且产品质量也无法达到人们的使用要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述的制造方法不足,本发明提供一种制作工艺简单,成本更低的带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,该工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:准备形成锅体的平面坯料;
步骤S2:在锅体坯料表面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;
步骤S3:采用蚀刻工艺将锅体坯料表面没有丝印油墨的位置进行蚀刻处理,接着清洗、烘干,保留丝印油墨;
步骤S4:在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,再进行高温烘烤,丝印油墨在高温中自然脱离;
步骤S5:对锅体坯料进行冲压拉伸处理,从而形成异型锅体,最后对锅体边缘进行飞边、抛光处理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明实施例中在平面坯料上进行丝印、蚀刻后,并没有将丝印油墨清洗掉,只用清水把毛坯冲干净、烘干,后面喷涂工艺中,采用高温烘烤,由于油墨的烧结温度比涂层低,在烘烤过程中,油墨会自然烧结脱落,花纹自动显现出来,不用再如以前工艺把不粘锅涂层进行抛光处理才能使得花纹部分显现出来,该方式不但效率高,而且有效保证了成品的质量。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:准备形成锅体的平面坯料;
所述步骤S1选取三层钢复合平面坯料,外层和内层为不锈钢,中间层为铝合金复合而成。由于中间层的铝合金导热快,而且受热均匀,从而将热量均匀传递到内层不锈钢上,由于食物在煮食时能够均匀受热,所以达到无烟效果。
步骤S2:在锅体坯料表面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;
所描述的预定花纹图案为均匀矩阵分布的多边形图案,如四方型、六角型等蜂窝状图案。
步骤S3:采用蚀刻工艺将锅体坯料表面没有丝印油墨的位置进行蚀刻处理,接着将油墨清洗干净、烘干;
步骤S4:在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,再进行高温烘烤,丝印油墨在高温中自然脱离;
所述步骤S4:为400℃以上的高温烘烤。
步骤S5:对锅体坯料进行冲压拉伸处理,从而形成异型锅体,最后对锅体边缘进行飞边、抛光处理。
所述的异型形状为多边型或椭圆型。如四方型、六角型等。
本发明实施例中为了制作内外表均具有凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅可以在所述步骤S2增加以下步骤:步骤S201:在锅体坯料底面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;
参照图1~3,所述步骤S3的蚀刻深度a为0.1~0.3mm。
所述步骤S4的喷涂不粘锅涂层厚度b为0.1mm以下。
所述步骤S4的凸起花纹的间隙c为1mm以内。
由于锅体的内表面分布有多个独立或非独立的油槽,所以当锅内食用油被加热后,储存在这些油槽内的油被加热至沸腾,而食物被这些分散排列且沸腾的油承托后微微浮起,由于食物不会直接接触锅底,所以达到有效防止粘锅的效果。
本发明实施例中在平面坯料上进行丝印、蚀刻后,并没有将丝印油墨清洗掉,只用清水把毛坯冲干净、烘干,后面喷涂工艺中,采用高温烘烤,由于油墨的烧结温度比涂层低,在烘烤过程中,油墨会自然烧结脱落,花纹自动显现出来,不用再如以前工艺把不粘锅涂层进行抛光处理才能使得花纹部分显现出来,该方式不但效率高,而且有效保证了成品的质量。

1.一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:准备形成锅体的平面坯料;
步骤S2:在锅体坯料表面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;
步骤S3:采用蚀刻工艺将锅体坯料表面没有丝印油墨的位置进行蚀刻处理,接着清洗、烘干,保留丝印油墨;
步骤S4:在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,再进行高温烘烤,丝印油墨在高温中自然脱离;
步骤S5:对锅体坯料进行冲压拉伸处理,从而形成异型锅体,最后对锅体边缘进行飞边、抛光处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1选取三层钢复合平面坯料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2增加以下步骤:
步骤S201:在锅体坯料底面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2所描述的预定花纹图案为均匀矩阵分布的多边形图案。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤S5所述的异型形状为多边型或椭圆型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3的蚀刻深度为0.1~0.3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4的喷涂不粘锅涂层厚度为0.1mm以下。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4的凸起花纹的间隙为1mm以内。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种带凹凸花纹的异型不粘锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4:为400℃以上的高温烘烤。
