Abstract

本发明公开了一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺,其工艺步骤如下:准备形成锅体的平面坯料;在锅体坯料表面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;在锅体坯料底面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨,对于没有花纹图案的位置不进行覆盖处理,然后进行烘干固化;采用蚀刻工艺将锅体坯料表面没有丝印花纹图案的位置进行蚀刻处理,接着将油墨清洗干净、烘干;采用对锅体坯料进行拉伸处理,从而形成汤锅;在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,并用砂纸对凸起的花纹以及没有花纹图案的位置进行抛光处理,从而有效实现了当锅体坯料进行深冲压拉伸处理时,避免凹凸花纹位置与没有凹凸花纹位置出现断裂,保证产品的成品率。

一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨用炊具的制作工艺,特别是一种带凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺。
背景技术
目前市面上出售的不锈钢锅其外表面一般是采用抛光处理的平滑面,刚买时很漂亮,但用久了之后锅身外表面会出现刮花、脏污、发黑等现象,还会出现食物碎屑粘连在锅身外表面上,造成清洗麻烦。而且,现有的不锈钢锅要么锅体较厚,传热慢,烹饪时间长,燃料消耗大;要么锅体较薄,锅体强度低,使用寿命短。
于是现在市面上推出了一种在内外表面都形成有凹凸花纹的锅体,该设计使得产品增加了吸热面积,传热快,而且外表面花纹与炉具接触,可以起到防滑和防刮花的作用,同时达到方便清洗的目的。
但是目前有些客户要求汤锅外表面的下部为凹凸花纹,而上部进行抛光处理的平滑面,使得产品具有更好的装饰效果,但是当经过腐蚀好凹凸花纹的平面坯料进行汤锅的深拉伸时候,由于凹凸花纹位置与没有凹凸花纹位置的厚度不同,从而导致在深拉伸时在两者的交接位置经常出现断裂,从而导致成品率很低。
发明内容
为了克服上述的制造方法不足,本发明提供一种制作工艺简单,成本更低的外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:准备形成锅体的平面坯料;
步骤S2:在锅体坯料表面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;
步骤S3:在锅体坯料底面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨,对于没有花纹图案的位置不进行覆盖处理,然后进行烘干固化;
步骤S4:采用蚀刻工艺将锅体坯料表面没有丝印花纹图案的位置进行蚀刻处理,接着将油墨清洗干净、烘干;
步骤S5:采用对锅体坯料进行拉伸处理,从而形成汤锅,最后对锅体边缘进行飞边处理;
步骤S6:在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,并用砂纸对凸起的花纹以及没有花纹图案的位置进行抛光处理,使得凸起的花纹位置以及没有花纹图案的位置没有不粘锅涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明实施例中将没有丝印花纹图案的位置同时进行蚀刻处理,从而保证了锅体坯料整体厚度的统一,从而有效实现了当锅体坯料进行深冲压拉伸处理时,避免凹凸花纹位置与没有凹凸花纹位置出现断裂,保证产品的成品率。从而做出下部为凹凸花纹,而上部进行抛光处理的平滑面的成品,使得产品具有更好的装饰效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:准备形成锅体的平面坯料;
所述步骤S1选取三层钢复合平面坯料,外层和内层为不锈钢,中间层为铝合金复合而成。由于中间层的铝合金导热快,而且受热均匀,从而将热量均匀传递到内层不锈钢上,由于食物在煮食时能够均匀受热,所以达到无烟效果。
步骤S2:在锅体坯料表面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;
步骤S3:在锅体坯料底面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨,对于没有花纹图案的位置不进行覆盖处理,然后进行烘干固化;
所描述的预定花纹图案为均匀矩阵分布的多边形图案,如四方型、六角型等蜂窝状图案。
步骤S4:采用蚀刻工艺将锅体坯料表面没有丝印花纹图案的位置进行蚀刻处理,接着将油墨清洗干净、烘干;
步骤S5:采用对锅体坯料进行拉伸处理,从而形成汤锅,最后对锅体边缘进行飞边处理;
步骤S6:在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,并用砂纸对凸起的花纹以及没有花纹图案的位置进行抛光处理,使得凸起的花纹位置以及没有花纹图案的位置没有不粘锅涂层。
参照图1~2,所述步骤S4的蚀刻深度a为0.1~0.3mm。
所述步骤S6的喷涂不粘锅涂层厚度b为0.1mm以下。
所述步骤S6的凸起花纹的间隙c为1mm以内。
本发明实施例中将没有丝印花纹图案的位置同时进行蚀刻处理,从而保证了锅体坯料整体厚度的统一,从而有效实现了当锅体坯料进行深冲压拉伸处理时,避免凹凸花纹位置与没有凹凸花纹位置出现断裂,保证产品的成品率。从而做出下部为凹凸花纹,而上部进行抛光处理的平滑面的成品,使得产品具有更好的装饰效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺,其特征在于:工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:准备形成锅体的平面坯料;
步骤S2:在锅体坯料表面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨并进行烘干固化;
步骤S3:在锅体坯料底面丝印一层预定花纹图案的油墨,对于没有花纹图案的位置不进行覆盖处理,然后进行烘干固化;
步骤S4:采用蚀刻工艺将锅体坯料表面没有丝印花纹图案的位置进行蚀刻处理,接着将油墨清洗干净、烘干;
步骤S5:采用对锅体坯料进行拉伸处理,从而形成汤锅,最后对锅体边缘进行飞边处理;
步骤S6:在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,并用砂纸对凸起的花纹以及没有花纹图案的位置进行抛光处理,使得凸起的花纹位置以及没有花纹图案的位置没有不粘锅涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2所描述的预定花纹图案为均匀矩阵分布的多边形图案。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4的蚀刻深度为0.1~0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S6的喷涂不粘锅涂层厚度为0.1mm以下。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种外表面具有部分凹凸花纹的汤锅制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S6的凸起花纹的间隙为1mm以内。
