背景技术
新资源食品的中链甘油三酯是一种饱和脂肪酸,既有长链甘油三酯的共性,又有自身的特点,中链甘油三酯具有消化速度快、吸收速度快、在分解代谢过程中更容易被氧化的特点,在专利文献中,也有一些专门针对自然分娩待产产妇的药品或保健食品,但根据专利文献和非专利文献,还未发现根据自然分娩待产产妇代谢特点和营养需求、以食源性 短肽和传统药食同源食物为主要原料,特别添加新资源食品的中链甘油三酯而制备的专门供产妇自然分娩时食用的短肽特殊膳食营养食品。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种含短肽的特殊膳食用食品配方,易溶解,可快速吸收和利用,能够在短时间内为自然分娩待产产妇提供安全、快速、源源不断的高额能量,补充因分娩丢失的水分及矿物质,改善自然分娩产妇的营养状况和生理状况。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种含短肽的特殊膳食用食品配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:食品中链甘油三酯1-5%,低聚糖1-5%,维生素2-4%,酸枣仁5-13%,肉豆蔻15-20%,枳椇子8-10%,大枣5-7%。

一种含短肽的特殊膳食用食品配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%食品中链甘油三酯,5%低聚糖,4%维生素,13%酸枣仁,20%肉豆蔻,10%枳椇子,7%大枣,此时含短肽的特殊膳食用食品配方提高了能量含量,但是不易溶解吸收。

一种含短肽的特殊膳食用食品配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%食品中链甘油三酯,3%低聚糖,3%维生素,9%酸枣仁,17%肉豆蔻,9%枳椇子,6%大枣,此时含短肽的特殊膳食用食品配方易溶解,可快速吸收且可以提供源源不断的高额能量。
