本发明属于食品保健领域,具体涉及一种含野刺梨的养生组合餐。
背景技术
野刺梨(Rosa roxburghii Tratt.,Ros.Monogr. 英文名:Roxburgh)系蔷薇科落叶灌木植物,刺梨营养价值和药用价值极高,其果肉中维生素C的含量居各类水果之冠,每100克果肉中含维生素C2054-2725毫克,比苹果、梨高500倍,柑橘高100倍,猕猴桃高9倍;维生素P的含量极高,每100克果肉中含维生P5980-12895毫克,比柑橘高120倍,蔬菜类高150倍。堪称水果之王“维C皇”。它还富含维生素B1、B2、E、K1等16种微量元素,其功能比酸枣高46倍,比银杏叶总黄酮含量高2.4倍。刺梨还被誉为“长寿防癌”的绿色珍果,含有抗癌物质及SOD抗衰老物质,同时还具有健脾消食,消食积,饱胀,滋补强肾的作用。
社会背景现代社会随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的消费能力极大提升,消费观念也发生了巨大的变化。在餐饮消费上,人们的饮食营养概念逐步增强,健康、养生的饮食受到了越来越多市民的喜爱,一些知名餐饮企业相继打出了健康养生餐饮的概念。健康养生餐饮就是针对社会压力增加、生活节奏加快、社会心理与环境不断改变、人们越来越重视食品养生的作用而提出的。
本发明是根据中医食疗养生理论为基础,将中药、蔬菜、五谷杂粮配合起来,制作成系列食疗养生组合餐。有针对性的调理人体的心、肝、肺、肾、脾、气血等,方便现代人根据自身的状况选取相适应的早晚餐。并且食用方便,不需要长时间的制作,冲泡即食。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含野刺梨的养生组合餐。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种含野刺梨的养生组合餐,所述养生组合餐包含以下重量份原料:野刺梨20-25份,枸杞0.2-0.5份,桂皮1-3份、鱼腥草根2-6份、薏仁5-7份,红豆7-10份,黑豆7-10份,炒米5-6份,黑米3-4份,荞麦7-8份,核桃仁1-2份,南瓜片15-17份,燕麦米9-11份。
优选的,所述养生组合餐包含以下重量份原料:野刺梨24份,枸杞0.4份,桂皮2份、鱼腥草根4份、薏仁6份,红豆9份,黑豆9份,炒米6份,黑米4份,荞麦8份,核桃仁2份,南瓜片16份,燕麦米10份。
一种含野刺梨的养生组合餐的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取野刺梨、枸杞子、桂皮、鱼腥草,加入其总重量2-3倍的水,烧开,获得养生茶;
(2)燕麦米:把燕麦米清洗干净,用水浸泡4小时捞出蒸熟,蒸熟的燕麦米冷却后放入炒锅里,炒香炒熟备用;
(3)取薏仁、黑豆、红豆、荞麦、炒米、黑米、核桃仁,混合磨成粉,加入其总重量同等重量的步骤(1)中获得的养生茶冲泡,搅拌均匀后,再加入南瓜片,燕麦米直接配食,即获得养生组合餐,剩余的养生茶备用。
所述养生组合餐早晚食用,剩余的养生茶多次冲泡饮用。
荞麦、红豆 ,糙米、黑米分别浸泡4小时,捞出蒸熟冷却后放入烘焙机里,用50℃烘干备用。荞麦容易饱腹,有降血糖功效。红豆有祛湿功效。糙米是低糖高能量粗粮,适合体弱多病人食用。黑米和红豆,黑豆、荞麦、南瓜一起食用,会降低淀粉,还有降血压功效。燕麦米:燕麦米浸泡4小时,捞出蒸熟,冷却后,放入炒锅,炒制,香、酥、脆。这样制作的燕麦米养胃功效。是高血糖的最佳零食。核桃:破壳筛选优质核桃仁,烘干备用。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明是一种具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂、抗癌、养胃、美白肌肤的多功能原生态食品。原材料有:野刺梨 鱼腥草 枸杞子、桂皮、薏仁、红豆 、黑豆 ,黑米、糙米、荞麦、燕麦米,核桃仁、南瓜。
本产品不加糖,采用原生态野刺梨,降三高抗癌防癌,美白肌肤如果有胃不舒服的还会得到很好的治疗,鱼腥草根清热解毒,消炎止痛,治疗前列腺炎利尿功效,枸杞子养肾,桂皮有滋补也有降血糖功效,薏仁有祛湿功效。黑豆有祛湿,补肾功效。本发明采用上述药食同源的原料,使各原料组分形成协同作用,共同发挥降血糖、降血压、降血脂、抗癌、养胃、美白肌肤的功效,具有提高大脑机能、活化人体细胞、改善睡眠、延缓衰老、营养全面、保健作用显著等优点。另外本发明无添加任何的食品添加剂成分,食用安全无毒,适合于男女老少食用,还有助于青少年发育,老人食用有助于提高身体机能及抵抗力,延年益寿。本发明产品,是为了养生和节能、环保,不浪费一粒粮食。

应用实施例
申请人在2010年进行试验,采用实施例1的养生餐,早晚食用,剩余的养生茶每天多次冲泡饮用,燕麦米作为零食食用。
申请人胡万玲女士,从小就有严重高血脂,经过食用本发明产品一个月后,血脂降低,到目前为止,都一直食用此产品,血脂未再有上升。
申请人的姐姐胡女士,现年53岁,因之前做过乳腺瘤手术,之后断断续续会复发疼痛,吃了本发明产品一个月之后,再没复发,目前身体健康。
赵女士,38岁,有胃病多年,经过食用本发明产品一个月后,胃病康复。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含野刺梨的养生组合餐,其特征在于:所述养生组合餐包含以下重量份原料:野刺梨24份,枸杞0.4份,桂皮2份、鱼腥草根4份、薏仁6份,红豆9份,黑豆9份,炒米6份,黑米4份,荞麦8份,核桃仁2份,南瓜片16份,燕麦米10份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含野刺梨的养生组合餐的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)取野刺梨、枸杞子、桂皮、鱼腥草,加入其总重量2-3倍的水,烧开,获得养生茶;
(2)燕麦米:把燕麦米清洗干净,用水浸泡4小时捞出蒸熟,蒸熟的燕麦米冷却后放入炒锅里,炒香炒熟备用;
(3)取薏仁、黑豆、红豆、荞麦、炒米、黑米、核桃仁,混合磨成粉,加入其总重量同等重量的步骤(1)中获得的养生茶冲泡,搅拌均匀后,再加入南瓜片,燕麦米或加入或直接配食,即获得养生组合餐,剩余的养生茶备用。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种含野刺梨的养生组合餐的使用方法,其特征在于:所述养生组合餐在早晚食用,剩余的养生茶多次冲泡饮用,燕麦米另外作为零食食用。
