本发明公开了一种耐热高效换热无缝钢管,包括同轴设置的内管和外管,其结构要点是,内管和外管上均设有环形阵列的换热孔,换热孔内配合有换热柱,换热柱的两端分别设在内管的内部和外管的外部,换热柱的外表面设有由中间向两端延伸外螺纹部,外螺纹部上拧接有锁紧圆板和散热片,所述的换热柱的上端连接有散热板且下端连接有换热球,换热球的内部设有空腔,空腔内设有净化颗粒,换热球上设有与空腔连通的净化口;与现有技术相对比,本发明的有益效果是:设计合理,结构简单,能够快速的将排气管中的尾气热量进行换热,从而避免了排气管由于温度过高形成的热变形和将他人烫伤的危险,具有较高的使用寿命和安全性。

技术领域
本发明属于钢管技术领域,具体涉及的是一种耐热高效换热无缝钢管。
背景技术
无缝光管是指没有焊缝的钢管,用钢坯直接轧成,用来做耐高压的锅炉管、油管、枪筒等,现有的汽车的排气筒同样采用无缝钢管制成,但是现有的排气筒的散热效率较低,容易导致排气管发生变形,甚至摩托车的排气管比较容易对人们造成烫伤,现有技术中虽然公开了一种换热无缝钢管,但是其换热效率有限,并且在换热的过程中依然会造成排气管发生热膨胀变形。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种能够快速的将排气管中的热量进行与空气传导换热的耐热高效换热无缝钢管。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种耐热高效换热无缝钢管,包括同轴设置的内管和外管,其结构要点是,内管和外管上均设有环形阵列的换热孔,换热孔内配合有换热柱,换热柱的两端分别设在内管的内部和外管的外部,换热柱的外表面设有由中间向两端延伸外螺纹部,外螺纹部上拧接有锁紧圆板和散热片,所述的换热柱的上端连接有散热板且下端连接有换热球,换热球的内部设有空腔,空腔内设有净化颗粒,换热球上设有与空腔连通的净化口,所述的内管、换热柱、散热板、散热片和换热球均采用氧化铝陶瓷制成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,散热片上设有数个环形阵列的散热口且散热片的圆周面上一体成型连接有环形阵列的波浪板。
作为本发明的进一步改进,散热板为弧形板,散热板的下端面连接有沿外管的轴向延伸且与外管贴合的挡条。
作为本发明的进一步改进,净化颗粒采用椰壳活性炭制成。
与现有技术相对比,本发明的有益效果是:设计合理,结构简单,能够快速的将排气管中的尾气热量进行换热,从而避免了排气管由于温度过高形成的热变形和将他人烫伤的危险,具有较高的使用寿命和安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的解释说明,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图4所示,一种耐热高效换热无缝钢管,包括同轴设置的内管1和外管2,所述的内管1和外管2上均设有环形阵列的换热孔3,换热孔3内配合有换热柱4,换热柱4的两端分别设在内管1的内部和外管2的外部,换热柱4的外表面设有由中间向两端延伸外螺纹部5,外螺纹部5上拧接有锁紧圆板6和散热片7,所述的换热柱4的上端连接有散热板8且下端连接有换热球9,换热球9的内部设有空腔10,空腔10内设有净化颗粒11,净化颗粒11采用椰壳活性炭制成,换热球9上设有与空腔10连通的净化口12,所述的内管1、换热柱4、散热板8、散热片7和换热球9均采用氧化铝陶瓷制成。
所述的散热片7上设有数个环形阵列的散热口13且散热片7的圆周面上一体成型连接有环形阵列的波浪板14。
所述的散热板8为弧形板,散热板8的下端面连接有沿外管2的轴向延伸且与外管2贴合的挡条15。
本发明在具体实施时,内管1内部的排放尾气在流动时,将热量传递给内管1和换热球9,并且经过换热球9内的由椰壳活性炭制成的净化颗粒11对尾气中的粉尘进行吸附过滤,并且当换热球9受热后将热量通过换热柱4传递给散热板8和散热片7,由于散热片7上设有数个环形阵列的散热口13且散热片7的圆周面上一体成型连接有环形阵列的波浪板14,所以增加了与空气的接触面积,进而增加了散热面积,增加了散热速度,并且由于散热板8为弧形板,散热板8的下端面连接有沿外管2的轴向延伸且与外管2贴合的挡条15,所以在散热板8受到热量的传递后,由于与外管2的接触面积较低,所以不会将大量的热量传递给外管2,形成对外管2的保护作用,同时增加了散热板8与空气的接触面积,进而增加了散热速度,并且在具体实施时,还可以将挡板15采用隔温隔热的材料制成。

1.一种耐热高效换热无缝钢管,包括同轴设置的内管和外管,其特征在于:所述的内管和外管上均设有环形阵列的换热孔,换热孔内配合有换热柱,换热柱的两端分别设在内管的内部和外管的外部,换热柱的外表面设有由中间向两端延伸外螺纹部,外螺纹部上拧接有锁紧圆板和散热片,所述的换热柱的上端连接有散热板且下端连接有换热球,换热球的内部设有空腔,空腔内设有净化颗粒,换热球上设有与空腔连通的净化口,所述的内管、换热柱、散热板、散热片和换热球均采用氧化铝陶瓷制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐热高效换热无缝钢管,其特征在于:所述的散热片上设有数个环形阵列的散热口且散热片的圆周面上一体成型连接有环形阵列的波浪板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐热高效换热无缝钢管,其特征在于:所述的散热板为弧形板,散热板的下端面连接有沿外管的轴向延伸且与外管贴合的挡条。
