传统卧式内燃锅炉常采用的是三回程湿背结构,包括回燃室、炉胆、回程烟管等,其结构复杂、制造工艺繁琐,由于采用三回程湿背结构,烟气要经过第二回程烟管、第三回程烟管,导致烟气流流动速度低,进而导致热交换效率低。传统卧式内燃锅炉的锅炉外壳、回燃室、炉胆多采用平板管的结构形式,导致耗钢量大、制作成本高而且由于平管板受力特点需布置大量拉撑,拉撑部位焊角由于受力工况容易出现裂纹等安全问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型卧式内燃锅炉,解决传统卧式内燃锅炉烟气流流动速度低,热交换效率低,平管板需布置大量拉撑且拉撑部位容易出现裂纹的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型一种新型卧式内燃锅炉,包括锅炉外壳和设置在所述锅炉外壳内部的炉胆、回燃室和二回程烟管;所述炉胆的一端固定连通至所述锅炉外壳,用于连通火源;所述炉胆的另一端与所述回燃室的一端面的下部连通,所述回燃室的一端面的上部与所述二回程烟管的一端连通,所述二回程烟管的另一端连通有烟箱;
所述二回程烟管的周壁上均布设置有若干热交换片,所述二回程烟管内壁上设置有螺纹;
所述炉胆包括螺旋波纹炉体,所述螺旋波纹炉体的一端固定连接有前球形端盖,所述螺旋波纹炉体的另一端与回燃室固定连通,所述螺旋波纹炉体周壁设置有螺旋波纹。
进一步的,所述前球形端盖大端与螺旋波纹炉体焊接固定,所述前球形端盖小端与锅炉外壳焊接固定。
进一步的,所述回燃室一端设置为球形封头或椭球型管板,所述回燃室的另一端设置为平管板并与所述螺旋波纹炉体和二回程烟管焊接固定。
进一步的,所述锅炉外壳的两端设置为球形封头或椭球型管板。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益技术效果:
本实用新型整体采用二回程结构,降低了设备制作难度,减少了制备工序,同时充分利用了螺旋波纹炉体周壁的螺旋波纹、二回程烟管上的内部的螺纹,提高了烟气流速度,进而提高了热交换效率,二回程烟管周壁上的热交换片,增大了与炉水的接触面积,直接提高了热交换效率;前球形端盖的球形结构受力均匀、应力较小,能够抵消部分方向的作用力,避免出现裂纹等安全问题,此结构相比于传统的平板管的结构形式,其整体受力条件良好减少了拉撑结构,螺旋波纹炉体相比于传统的波纹炉胆,其波纹为螺旋状,此结构完全满足炉胆热伸展性的标准要求。

具体实施方式
如图1—3所示,一种新型卧式内燃锅炉,包括锅炉外壳5和设置在锅炉外壳5内部的炉胆4、回燃室6和二回程烟管3,炉胆4的一端锅炉外壳5焊接固定,炉胆4的另一端与回燃室6的一端面的下部焊接固定,回燃室6的一端面的上部与二回程烟管3的一端焊接固定,二回程烟管3的另一端与烟箱2焊接固定;二回程烟管3的周壁上均布设置有若干热交换片301,二回程烟管3内壁上设置有螺纹302;炉胆4包括螺旋波纹炉体402,所述螺旋波纹炉体402的一端与前球形端盖401焊接固定,螺旋波纹炉体402的另一端与回燃室6焊接固定,螺旋波纹炉体402周壁设置有螺旋波纹403,螺旋波纹炉403相比于传统的波纹炉胆,其波纹为螺旋状,此结构完全满足炉胆4热伸展性的标准要求,螺旋波纹炉体402周壁的螺旋波纹403、二回程烟管3上的内部的螺纹,提高了烟气流速度,进而提高了热交换效率,二回程烟管3周壁上的热交换片301,增大了与炉水的接触面积,直接提高了热交换效率。
前球形端盖401大端与螺旋波纹炉体402通过焊接固定,前球形端盖401小端与锅炉外壳5焊接固定,回燃室6一端设置为球形封头或椭球型管板,回燃室6的另一端设置为平管板并与螺旋波纹炉体402和二回程烟管3焊接固定,锅炉外壳5的两端设置为球形封头或椭球型管板,炉胆4、锅炉外壳5、回燃室6采用球形封头或椭球型管板,此结构相比于传统的平板管的结构形式,其整体受力条件良好减少了拉撑结构,简化了加工工艺,降低了制作成本。
本实用新型的动作过程如下:
首先,燃料在燃烧机1中点燃,燃料在炉胆4内充分的燃烧,螺旋波纹炉体402周壁的螺旋波纹403,提高了烟气流速度,进而提高了热交换效率,螺旋波纹炉体402相比于传统的波纹炉胆,其波纹为螺旋状,此结构完全满足炉胆热伸展性的标准要求,烟气随之进入回燃室6,回燃室6增大了烟气流动的气流速度,快速流动的烟气进入二回程烟管3,二回程烟管3内壁上的螺纹302进一步增加了烟气的流动速度,同时,二回程烟管3外壁上的若干热交换片301增大了与炉水的接触面积,直接提高了热交换效率,烟气经过二回程烟管3后进入烟箱2、节能器、冷凝器排出。

1.一种新型卧式内燃锅炉,其特征在于:包括锅炉外壳(5)和设置在所述锅炉外壳(5)内部的炉胆(4)、回燃室(6)和二回程烟管(3);所述炉胆(4)的一端固定连通至所述锅炉外壳(5),用于连通火源;所述炉胆(4)的另一端与所述回燃室(6)的一端面的下部连通,所述回燃室(6)的一端面的上部与所述二回程烟管(3)的一端连通,所述二回程烟管(3)的另一端连通有烟箱(2);
所述二回程烟管(3)的周壁上均布设置有若干热交换片(301),所述二回程烟管(3)内壁上设置有螺纹(302);
所述炉胆(4)包括螺旋波纹炉体(402),所述螺旋波纹炉体(402)的一端固定连接有前球形端盖(401),所述螺旋波纹炉体(402)的另一端与回燃室(6)固定连通,所述螺旋波纹炉体(402)周壁设置有螺旋波纹(403)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型卧式内燃锅炉,其特征在于:所述前球形端盖(401)大端与螺旋波纹炉体(402)焊接固定,所述前球形端盖(401)小端与锅炉外壳(5)焊接固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型卧式内燃锅炉,其特征在于:所述回燃室(6)一端设置为球形封头或椭球型管板,所述回燃室(6)的另一端设置为平管板并与所述螺旋波纹炉体(402)和二回程烟管(3)焊接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型卧式内燃锅炉,其特征在于:所述锅炉外壳(5)的两端设置为球形封头或椭球型管板。
