Abstract

一种锦棉的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:原料浆纱做经轴→上机修布码匹→漂染→翻布→缝头→平漂→烘干→定型轧光码布。本发明制造工艺简单,本工艺经过二次染色,提高了染色的稳定性,然后进行固色,并且使用轧光机烘干处理,使得染色剂均匀分散地在织布上,提高了染色的效率。

本发明涉及纺织工艺,具体涉及一种锦棉的制造工艺。
背景技术
棉锦织物是目前比较流行的服装面料,其中,棉纤维手感柔软,透气和吸湿性好,穿着舒适,但是容易起皱;锦纶纤维具有较高的回弹性和耐疲劳性,吸湿性能也较好,将棉锦两者交织后,能使该面料既具有锦、棉纤维的优点,又克服各自的不足,表现出坚挺的身骨和滑爽的手感。
但现有的锦棉面料不仅生产工艺比较复杂,成本较高,而且其强力低、色牢度差,固色较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种锦棉的制造工艺。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种锦棉的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)原料浆纱做经轴:75D涤纶低弹丝经过整经,经轴上浆;
步骤2)上机:经线75D涤纶低弹丝,纬线进口澳棉跟40支的涤棉沙混纺,选用丝普兰喷气大提花SPL-700进行织造,经纬密为190*110;
步骤3)修布码匹:验布修整,码匹打包;
步骤4)漂染:经过3小时的高温增白漂染;
步骤5)翻布:将匹布摊平,接口处对齐;
步骤6)缝头:将摊平的布接口处对齐拼接平整;
步骤7)平漂:经过碱煮、水洗、增白;
步骤8)高温染色:在高温中进行二次染色,进行固色;
步骤9)烘干:用蒸汽把布面烘干;
步骤10)定型轧光:经过一次定型后,测试柔软度、pH值及甲醛是否符合标准,再进行加热轧光,使布面亮一点;
步骤12)码布:最后检验成品布是否有瑕疵、脏坏,如没有问题即可成品打包。
作为优化的,所述步骤4的漂染在100-120℃下,加增白剂进行增白。
作为优化的,所述步骤7加入氨水,pH调到10-11,温度在95℃下进行碱煮50min,然后冲洗40min,最后加增白剂进行增白。
作为优化的,所述步骤8为在95-98℃的温度下保温30-40min,再加入染料进行染色,最后固色40-50min。
作为优化的,所述染料为活性染料。
作为优化的,所述步骤9为在125-130℃下高温烘干。
作为优化的,所述步骤10轧光温度130~150℃,压力:120~150Bar,车速:30~50m/min。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制造工艺简单,本工艺经过二次染色,提高了染色的稳定性,然后进行固色,并且使用轧光机烘干处理,使得染色剂均匀分散地在织布上,提高了染色的效率。

下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种锦棉的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)原料浆纱做经轴:75D涤纶低弹丝经过整经,经轴上浆;
步骤2)上机:经线75D涤纶低弹丝,纬线进口澳棉跟40支的涤棉沙混纺,选用丝普兰喷气大提花SPL-700进行织造,经纬密为190*110;
步骤3)修布码匹:验布修整,码匹打包;
步骤4)漂染:在100℃下,加增白剂,经过3小时的高温增白漂染;
步骤5)翻布:将匹布摊平,接口处对齐;
步骤6)缝头:将摊平的布接口处对齐拼接平整;
步骤7)平漂:加入氨水,pH调到10,温度在95℃下进行碱煮50min,然后冲洗40min,最后加增白剂进行增白;
步骤8)高温染色:在95℃的温度下保温30min,再加入活性染料进行染色,最后固色40min;
步骤9)烘干:在125℃,用蒸汽进行高温烘干;
步骤10)定型轧光:经过一次定型后,测试柔软度、pH值及甲醛是否符合标准,再使用轧光机进行加热轧光,使布面亮一点,轧光温度130℃,压力:120Bar,车速:30m/min
步骤12)码布:最后检验成品布是否有瑕疵、脏坏,如没有问题即可成品打包。
实施例2
一种锦棉的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)原料浆纱做经轴:75D涤纶低弹丝经过整经,经轴上浆;
步骤2)上机:经线75D涤纶低弹丝,纬线进口澳棉跟40支的涤棉沙混纺,选用丝普兰喷气大提花SPL-700进行织造,经纬密为190*110;
步骤3)修布码匹:验布修整,码匹打包;
步骤4)漂染:在110℃下,加增白剂,经过3小时的高温增白漂染;
步骤5)翻布:将匹布摊平,接口处对齐;
步骤6)缝头:将摊平的布接口处对齐拼接平整;
步骤7)平漂:加入氨水,pH调到10,温度在95℃下进行碱煮50min,然后冲洗40min,最后加增白剂进行增白;
步骤8)高温染色:在96℃的温度下保温35min,再加入活性染料进行染色,最后固色40-50min;
步骤9)烘干:在128℃,用蒸汽进行高温烘干;
步骤10)定型轧光:经过一次定型后,测试柔软度、pH值及甲醛是否符合标准,再使用轧光机进行加热轧光,使布面亮一点,轧光温度140℃,压力:135Bar,车速:40m/min
步骤12)码布:最后检验成品布是否有瑕疵、脏坏,如没有问题即可成品打包。
实施例3
一种锦棉的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)原料浆纱做经轴:75D涤纶低弹丝经过整经,经轴上浆;
步骤2)上机:经线75D涤纶低弹丝,纬线进口澳棉跟40支的涤棉沙混纺,选用丝普兰喷气大提花SPL-700进行织造,经纬密为190*110;
步骤3)修布码匹:验布修整,码匹打包;
步骤4)漂染:在120℃下,加增白剂,经过3小时的高温增白漂染;
步骤5)翻布:将匹布摊平,接口处对齐;
步骤6)缝头:将摊平的布接口处对齐拼接平整;
步骤7)平漂:加入氨水,pH调到11,温度在95℃下进行碱煮50min,然后冲洗40min,最后加增白剂进行增白;
步骤8)高温染色:在98℃的温度下保温40min,再加入活性染料进行染色,最后固色50min;
步骤9)烘干:在130℃,用蒸汽进行高温烘干;
步骤10)定型轧光:经过一次定型后,测试柔软度、pH值及甲醛是否符合标准,再使用轧光机进行加热轧光,使布面亮一点,轧光温度150℃,压力:150Bar,车速:50m/min
步骤12)码布:最后检验成品布是否有瑕疵、脏坏,如没有问题即可成品打包。

1.一种锦棉的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)原料浆纱做经轴:75D涤纶低弹丝经过整经,经轴上浆;
步骤2)上机:经线75D涤纶低弹丝,纬线进口澳棉跟40支的涤棉沙混纺,选用丝普兰喷气大提花SPL-700进行织造,经纬密为190*110;
步骤3)修布码匹:验布修整,码匹打包;
步骤4)漂染:经过3小时的高温增白漂染;
步骤5)翻布:将匹布摊平,接口处对齐;
步骤6)缝头:将摊平的布接口处对齐拼接平整;
步骤7)平漂:经过碱煮、水洗、增白;
步骤8)高温染色:在高温中进行二次染色,进行固色;
步骤9)烘干:用蒸汽把布面烘干;
步骤10)定型轧光:经过一次定型后,测试柔软度、pH值及甲醛是否符合标准,再进行加热轧光,使布面亮一点;
步骤12)码布:最后检验成品布是否有瑕疵、脏坏,如没有问题即可成品打包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦棉的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4的漂染在100-120℃下,加增白剂进行增白。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锦棉的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤7加入氨水,pH调到10-11,温度在95℃下进行碱煮50min,然后冲洗40min,最后加增白剂进行增白。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锦棉的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤8为在95-98℃的温度下保温30-40min,再加入染料进行染色,最后固色40-50min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的锦棉的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述染料为活性染料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锦棉的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤9为在125-130℃下高温烘干。
7.根据权利要求1所述的锦棉的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤10轧光温度130~150℃,压力:120~150Bar,车速:30~50m/min。
