Abstract
The invention provides a non-forest land planting method capable of improving the content of saponin in ginseng, which relates to the technical field of planting and comprises the following steps: soaking Ginseng radix seed in activating solution, and performing ultrasonic treatment at room temperature with radiation source60Co-gamma; folding waste newspaper into box, loading nutrient soil into the box, planting Ginseng radix seed, and transplanting after Ginseng radix seed germinates for 20-30 d; setting up a sunshade above the normal farmland after deep ploughing, and transplanting the ginseng plants with soil; weeding and loosening soil in time, spraying the root type of Trichoderma harzianum once every three months, and spraying the root type of Trichoderma harzianum 2-3g/m each time2The method has the advantages of high germination rate of the ginseng, high growth speed, high content of total saponins in the ginseng and good quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of planting, in particular to a non-forest land planting method capable of improving the content of saponin in ginseng.
Background
Ginseng is a traditional Chinese medicinal material in China, the clinical application of the ginseng has been more than two thousand years, and wild ginseng is mainly distributed in Changbai mountain areas. The ginseng is a perennial root herbaceous plant, palm-shaped impeller is grown, the symmetry is good, the leaf color is dark green, the ripe berries are bright in color, and the ornamental value is high. The ginseng has good curative effect on the aspect of treating diseases of a modern clinical nervous system, a cardiovascular system and an endocrine system, and is considered to have the effects of tonifying the five internal organs, calming the mind, calming the soul, stopping palpitation, removing pathogenic qi, improving eyesight, benefiting mind and prolonging life in ancient medical books Shen nong Ben Cao Jing. At present, many medical data prove that ginseng has good protection effects on the central nervous system, the blood and hematopoietic system, the endocrine system, the reproductive system and the like, and particularly has unique effects on resisting tumors, resisting radiation, resisting aging, reducing blood sugar and detoxifying.
Chinese patent CN 105123217A discloses a non-forest land ginseng planting method, which comprises the following steps of 1) selecting a leisure land for 1-2 years, and ploughing for multiple times every year in the leisure period, wherein ploughing is carried out for 15-20 cm each time; step 2), the ginseng bed trend is in the southeast direction, and the ginseng bed specification is as follows: the height of the bed is 25-38 cm, the width of the bed is 1.2m, and the distance between beds is 1.5 m; step 3) spraying 2000 times of diluent in the case of 2.5% aptoxin on the ginseng bed for disinfection; step 4) sowing by adopting a pressure sowing or dibbling mode, wherein the sowing density is 18-20 seeds/row, the row spacing is 3-5 cm, the seed entering amount of each seed hole is 6 seeds, and the pressure sowing depth is 2-4 cm; and 5) transplanting annual ginseng seedlings, wherein the transplanting density is 7-9 plants/row, and the row spacing is 20cm, the method changes a novel planting mode of the traditional ginseng planting mode, and the ginseng planting is transferred from an under-forest mountain land to a non-forest flat land, so that the method is suitable for large-area development, easy for standardized management and greatly improved in operation conditions.
Chinese patent CN 103039228A discloses an under-forest ginseng planting method, belongs to the field of ecological economy, and particularly relates to reasonable transformation and utilization of under-forest resources. The method for planting ginseng under forest comprises the following steps: 1. selecting land and preparing land; 2. selecting seedlings; 3. planting seedlings; 4. managing the field; 5. pest control; 6. harvesting; 7. and (4) storing. A new mode is explored for building gardens under forests, the method can reasonably utilize resources under the forests, and bring remarkable economic and ecological benefits, the forests are easily damaged by planting ginseng under the forests, the ecological balance of the forests is damaged by using pesticides, and the risk of water and soil loss exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a non-forest land planting method capable of improving the content of saponin in ginseng.
(II) technical scheme
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a non-forest land planting method capable of improving the content of saponin in ginseng comprises the following steps:
(1) soaking Ginseng radix seed in 30-35 deg.C deionized water for 25-30min, taking out, removing surface water with absorbent paper, placing into beaker, adding activating solution, sealing the beaker with preservative film, placing into ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic treating at 350-600W room temperature for 15-25min, taking out, placing into refrigerator, storing at 2-4 deg.C for 1-3h, soaking in 30-40 deg.C deionized water for 1-3h, storing in refrigerator at low temperature, repeating the above steps for three times, and performing radiation treatment with radiation source60Co-gamma, the radiation dose rate is 1-1.2Gy/min, and the radiation time is 40-50 min;
