本发明公开了羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:1)筒纱和水混合,使得筒纱呈蓬松状态;2)氯化:依次缓慢加入丝光剂、氯化剂DC及醋酸、冷水,氯化过程中,进行加热处理,每分钟温度上升一度,升温至30‑40℃保温30‑40分钟,温度低于30或高于40度时氧化反应无法正常进行,放水,进新水;3)还原:双氧水、丝光剂、纯碱调PH值8,升温60℃,保温30‑90分钟;充分冲洗干净;4)柔软定型:依次加入HAC、柔软剂、常温或升温到30‑40℃,保温20分钟,放水,出缸。工艺时间短,最快仅需90分钟,操作简单,手感好,损伤小,无需再单独漂白,将剥磷、还原、再处理、漂白工艺有机的结合在一起,节能环保。

羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及羊毛丝光防缩漂白,具体涉及一种尤其适用于纯羊毛、羊毛、腈纶混纺产品的羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺。
背景技术
现有的羊毛丝光整理工艺探讨中公开以下工艺:丝光剥鳞、还原清洗、碱洗工艺、酸洗工艺、柔软平滑处理工艺,整个工艺过程复杂,投入成本高。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,工艺时间短,最快仅需90分钟,操作简单,手感好,损伤小,无需再单独漂白,将剥磷、还原、再处理、漂白工艺有机的结合在一起,节能环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)筒纱和水混合,使得筒纱呈蓬松状态;
2)氯化:依次缓慢加入丝光剂、氯化剂DC及醋酸、冷水,
氯化过程中,进行加热处理,每分钟温度上升一度,升温至30-40℃保温30-40分钟,温度低于30或高于40度时氧化反应无法正常进行,放水,进新水;
3)还原:双氧水、丝光剂、纯碱调PH值8,升温60℃,保温30-90分钟;
充分冲洗干净;
4)柔软定型:依次加入HAC、柔软剂、常温或升温到30-40℃,保温20分钟,放水,出缸。
在上述方案的基础上,作为优选,筒纱和水混合时,筒纱和水的重量比为1:8-10。
在上述方案的基础上,作为优选,氯化过程中,以水的重量为100%计,丝光剂:0.5-2%;
氯化剂DC:3-6%;
醋酸:2%,PH=4-5。
在上述方案的基础上,作为优选,还原:以水的重量为100%计,27.5%双氧水、10-80克/升;
丝光剂:1-3%。
在上述方案的基础上,作为优选,柔软定型:以水的重量为100%计,HAC:2%;
柔软剂:2-6%。
在上述方案的基础上,作为优选,丝光剂为HOE-210B一浴丝光剂;柔软剂为HOE_130平滑柔软剂。
在上述方案的基础上,作为优选,氯化步骤中还包括检测步骤,检测步骤:利用碘化钾淀粉试纸进行检测,待试纸变白后再进行防水、进新水。
本发明的有益效果是:工艺时间短,最快仅需90分钟,操作简单,手感好,损伤小,无需再单独漂白,将剥磷、还原、再处理、漂白工艺有机的结合在一起,节能环保。
本工艺尤其适用于纯羊毛、羊毛、腈纶混纺产品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)筒纱和水混合,使得筒纱呈蓬松状态;筒纱和水重量比为1:8-10。
2)氯化:HOE-210B一浴丝光剂 0.5-2%
氯化剂DC 3-6%(可根据原丝光工艺用量)
醋酸 2% (PH=4-5)
冷水,
按上述顺序依次缓慢加入助剂,
每分钟上升一度,升温至30℃保温30分钟,
同时利用碘化钾淀粉试纸检测,试纸变白、放水,进新水。
(注意:此时氯化剂的反应速度可由温度来控制,也可以不放水直接进行下一步工艺。)
3)还原:双氧水(27.5%) 10-80克/升
HOE-210B一浴丝光剂 1-3%
纯碱调PH值8
升温60℃,保温30分钟。
充分冲洗干净,以避免残留纯碱导致容易出现硬块的问题。
注:不需要白度的双氧水可加到10-15克/升,白度要求高的可加到30-80克/升。
4)柔软定型
HAC 2%
HOE_130平滑柔软剂 2-6%
常温或升温到30℃,保温20分钟,放水,出缸。
其中,如需染色,可在还原后进行染色。

Claims (8)

1.羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
1)筒纱和水混合,使得筒纱呈蓬松状态;
2)氯化:依次缓慢加入丝光剂、氯化剂DC及醋酸、冷水,
氯化过程中,进行加热处理,每分钟温度上升一度,升温至30-40℃保温30-40分钟,温度低于30或高于40度时氧化反应无法正常进行,放水,进新水;
3)还原:双氧水、丝光剂、纯碱调PH值8,升温60℃,保温30-90分钟;
充分冲洗干净;
4)柔软定型:依次加入HAC、柔软剂、常温或升温到30-40℃,保温20分钟,放水,出缸。
2.如权利要求1所述的羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,其特征在于,筒纱和水混合时,筒纱和水的重量比为1:8-10。
3.如权利要求2所述的羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,其特征在于,氯化过程中,以水的重量为100%计,丝光剂:0.5-2%;
氯化剂DC:3-6%;
醋酸:2%,PH=4-5。
4.如权利要求2所述的羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,其特征在于,还原:以水的重量为100%计,27.5%双氧水、10-80克/升;
丝光剂:1-3%。
5.如权利要求2所述的羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,其特征在于,柔软定型:以水的重量为100%计,HAC:2%;
柔软剂:2-6%。
6.如权利要求1所述的羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,其特征在于,丝光剂为HOE-210B一浴丝光剂;柔软剂为HOE_130平滑柔软剂。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,其特征在于,氯化步骤中还包括检测步骤,检测步骤:利用碘化钾淀粉试纸进行检测,待试纸变白后再进行防水、进新水。
8.如权利要求1所述的羊毛丝光防缩漂白工艺,其特征在于,染色工艺替代柔软定型。
