Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供一种对人体有益的合成物及其制造方法,所述合成物由能够产生自然磁场的合成物、能够释放远红外线的合成物以及PVA组成,其制备方法为:将重量份数为20‑30份的能够产生自然磁场的合成物与70‑80份的能够释放远红外线的合成物混合,添加10‑20wt.%的PVA以及140‑150wt.%的水,混合后在300‑400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。该合成物可用于保健垫的填充物,以使保健垫的功能更全面、保健效果更好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健用品,特别提供一种对人体有益的合成物及其制造方法。
背景技术
保健垫也称作养生垫,亦指具有能够保护和增进人体健康、防治疾病功效的座垫或床垫,也包括护颈带、腰带、马甲、毯子、车座椅垫、枕头等产品。目前市场上有种类繁多的保健垫,其中多数保健垫的填充物为矿石粉末,利用其可以释放大量远红外线能量的作用,达到保健作用,但矿石粉末的作用单一,且需达到一定用量才可达到保健效果,因此,需要寻找一种功能全面、保健效果好的保健垫的填充物。
水脉波是地下水在流动时因受到障碍产生冲击而形成电力和磁力场。地下水是不断流动的,因其处于真空无阻力状态,流速可达220-240km/小时,当迁到地壳断层,岩石等障碍时发生碰撞,就会形成强大的物理冲击力并产生有害辐射,即水脉波,有资料称地辐射。这种波动力量能穿透地表到达地面,使建筑物墙体开裂,植物生长不旺盛,也可以让人体脑波和电磁体发生混乱,妨碍生理律动,如长期处于水脉波之上会导致中风、血压升高、心脾肥大等疾病。水脉波对人体的危害很大,在国外有些国家对水脉波很重视,禁止在有水脉的地方建设居民区,但是目前国内人们对于水脉波的危害还不够了解与重视。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对人体有益的合成物及其制造方法,该合成物可用于保健垫的填充物,以使保健垫的功能更全面、保健效果更好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种能够产生自然磁场的合成物,其特征在于:所述合成物由成分①与成分②混合(优选重量比为1-2:1-2,最优选为1:1)后在1100-1300℃下烧结(优选3-4h),冷却后粉碎成粉(优选粒度在400目或400目以上);其中:
成分①的制备方法为:
1)、将重量份数为30-40份的氧化铁、20-30份的氧化镁、20-30份的氧化镍、20-30份的氧化锌、5-10份的氧化铜混合(优选采用混合机混合,以使原料混合均匀),在800-900℃下进行2-3h的烧制,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加6-10wt.%的CaCO3、4-6wt.%的SiO2、10-20wt.%的石灰石以及4-6wt.%的Al2O3,并与130-150wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①;
成分②的制备方法为:
将重量份数为20-30份的长石粉、10-20份的土石粉、10-20份的白土粉、20-30份的高岭土、10-20份的陶石粉以及4-10份的聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行混合,变成粉末状成分②。以上所用原料的粒度优选为400目,制备得到的粉末状优选粒度为400目。
该合成物具有吸收有害电磁波、产生自然磁场的作用。
其中成分①优选的制备方法为:
1)、将重量份数为32-36份的氧化铁(Fe2O3)、23-26份的氧化镁(MgO)、23-25份的氧化镍(NiO)、23-26份的氧化锌(ZnO)、5-8份的氧化铜(CuO)混合,在800-900℃下进行2.5h的烧制,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加6-8wt.%的CaCO3、4-6wt.%的SiO2、15-18wt.%的石灰石以及4-6wt.%的Al2O3,并与130-150wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①。
一种能够释放远红外线的合成物,其特征在于,所述合成物的制备方法为:将重量份数为30-40份的麦饭石、30-40份的托玛琳、10-20份的贵蛇纹石、4-8份的珍珠粉、10-20份的浮石、10-20份的伊利石以及6-10份的石灰石充分混合,添加140-150份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
所述合成物的制备方法优选为:将重量份数为32-35份的麦饭石、33-38份的托玛琳、12-13份的贵蛇纹石、5-6份的珍珠粉、12-15份的浮石、13-14份的伊利石以及6-8份的石灰石充分混合,添加140-150份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
一种对人体有益的合成物,其特征在于:所述合成物由能够产生自然磁场的合成物、能够释放远红外线的合成物以及PVA组成。
该人体有益的合成物的制备方法为:将重量份数为20-30份的能够产生自然磁场的合成物与70-80份的能够释放远红外线的合成物混合,添加10-20wt.%的PVA以及140-150wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
以上所述对人体有益的合成物可用于制备保健垫,作为保健垫的填充物,该合成物的使用状态可以为以下三种:
(1)、直接使用颗粒状粉末,放入产品中;
(2)、将该颗粒状粉末在1150℃以上烤制3-4h,最终成各种固态形状;
(3)、将该颗粒状粉末在1150℃以上烤制3-4h后制成直径1mm-20mm的颗粒。
本发明所述对人体有益的合成物的有益效果为:
1、所述合成物具有吸收有害电磁波、产生对人体有益的自然磁场的作用,而传统保健垫中的填充物无法产生自然磁场。
2、所述合成物具有释放远红外线的作用,长期使用可以改善血液循环、调节自律神经、消除关节疼痛、护肤美容、激活生物分子活性、消炎镇痛、增强新陈代谢、提高免疫功能。
3、所述合成物具有抗菌作用(经实验,该合成物对大肠杆菌、绿杆菌的抑制率达99%以上),同时可以去异味、释放负离子。
4、所述合成物可以中和吸收水脉波,以防止水脉波对人体的危害。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种能够产生自然磁场的合成物,由成分①与成分②按照重量比为1:1的比例混合,然后在1100-1300℃下烧结3h,冷却后粉碎成粒度在400目或400目以上的粉;其中:
成分①的制备方法为:
1)、采用混合机将重量份数为30份的氧化铁、25份的氧化镁、30份的氧化镍、20份的氧化锌、9份的氧化铜混合,在800-900℃下进行3h的烧制,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加6wt.%的CaCO3、5wt.%的SiO2、15wt.%的石灰石以及6wt.%的Al2O3,并与130wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①;
成分②的制备方法为:
将重量份数为20份的长石粉、15份的土石粉、10份的白土粉、25份的高岭土、12份的陶石粉以及6份的PVA进行混合,变成粉末状成分②。以上所用原料的粒度为400目,制备得到的粉末状粒度为400目。
该合成物具有吸收有害电磁波、产生自然磁场的作用。
实施例2
一种能够产生自然磁场的合成物,由成分①与成分②按照重量比为1:1的比例混合,然后在1100-1300℃下烧结4h,冷却后粉碎成粒度在400目或400目以上的粉;其中:
成分①的制备方法为:
1)、采用混合机将重量份数为40份的氧化铁、30份的氧化镁、20份的氧化镍、30份的氧化锌、5份的氧化铜混合,在800-900℃下进行3h的烧制,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加10wt.%的CaCO3、6wt.%的SiO2、10wt.%的石灰石以及5wt.%的Al2O3,并与150wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①;
成分②的制备方法为:
将重量份数为30份的长石粉、20份的土石粉、20份的白土粉、20份的高岭土、20份的陶石粉以及10份的PVA进行混合,变成粉末状成分②。以上所用原料的粒度为400目,制备得到的粉末状粒度为400目。
该合成物具有吸收有害电磁波、产生自然磁场的作用。
实施例3
一种能够释放远红外线的合成物,制备方法为:将重量份数为30份的麦饭石、40份的托玛琳、10份的贵蛇纹石、4份的珍珠粉、20份的浮石、10的伊利石以及8份的石灰石充分混合,添加140份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
实施例4
一种能够释放远红外线的合成物,制备方法为:将重量份数为40份的麦饭石、30份的托玛琳、20份的贵蛇纹石、8份的珍珠粉、10份的浮石、20份的伊利石以及6份的石灰石充分混合,添加150份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
实施例5
一种对人体有益的合成物,制备方法为:
将重量份数为20份的实施例1所得合成物与80份的实施例2所得合成物混合,添加10wt.%的PVA以及140wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
实施例6
一种对人体有益的合成物,制备方法为:
将重量份数为30份的实施例1所得合成物与70份的实施例2所得合成物混合,添加20wt.%的PVA以及150wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
实施例7
一种对人体有益的合成物,制备方法为:
将重量份数为25份的实施例1所得合成物与75份的实施例2所得合成物混合,添加13wt.%的PVA以及140wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
实施例8
一种对人体有益的合成物,制备方法为:
将重量份数为28份的实施例1所得合成物与72份的实施例2所得合成物混合,添加15wt.%的PVA以及150wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
实施例5~8所得合成物具有吸收有害电磁波、产生对人体有益的自然磁场的作用,同时可以释放远红外线、去异味、释放负离子,经抗菌经实验证明,该合成物对大肠杆菌、绿杆菌的抑制率达99%以上;另外,所述合成物可以中和吸收水脉波,以防止水脉波对人体的危害。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种能够产生自然磁场的合成物,其特征在于:所述合成物由成分①与成分②混合后在1100-1300℃下烧结,冷却后粉碎成粉;其中:
成分①的制备方法为:
1)、将重量份数为30-40份的氧化铁、20-30份的氧化镁、20-30份的氧化镍、20-30份的氧化锌、5-10份的氧化铜混合,在800-900℃下进行2-3h的烧结,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加6-10wt.%的CaCO3、4-6wt.%的SiO2、10-20wt.%的石灰石以及4-6wt.%的Al2O3,并与130-150wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①;
成分②的制备方法为:
将重量份数为20-30份的长石粉、10-20份的土石粉、10-20份的白土粉、20-30份的高岭土、10-20份的陶石粉以及4-10份的PVA进行混合,变成粉末状成分②。
2.按照权利要求1所述能够产生自然磁场的合成物,其特征在于:所述合成物由成分①与成分②按照重量份数比为1-2:1-2的比例在1100-1300℃下烧结3-4h,冷却后粉碎成粒度在400目或400目以上的粉。
3.按照权利要求1所述能够产生自然磁场的合成物,其特征在于,成分①的制备方法为:
1)、将重量份数为32-36份的氧化铁、23-26份的氧化镁、23-25份的氧化镍、23-26份的氧化锌、5-8份的氧化铜混合,在800-900℃下进行2.5h的烧制,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加6-8wt.%的CaCO3、4-6wt.%的SiO2、15-18wt.%的石灰石以及4-6wt.%的Al2O3,并与130-150wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①。
4.按照权利要求1所述能够产生自然磁场的合成物,其特征在于:制备成分②所用原料的粒度为400目,制备得到的粉末状成分②的粒度为400目。
5.一种能够释放远红外线的合成物,其特征在于,所述合成物的制备方法为:将重量份数为30-40份的麦饭石、30-40份的托玛琳、10-20份的贵蛇纹石、4-8份的珍珠粉、10-20份的浮石、10-20份的伊利石以及6-10份的石灰石充分混合,添加140-150份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
6.按照权利要求5所述能够释放远红外线的合成物,其特征在于,所述合成物的制备方法为:将重量份数为32-35份的麦饭石、33-38份的托玛琳、12-13份的贵蛇纹石、5-6份的珍珠粉、12-15份的浮石、13-14份的伊利石以及6-8份的石灰石充分混合,添加140-150份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
7.一种对人体有益的合成物,其特征在于:所述合成物由权利要求1所述能够产生自然磁场的合成物、权利要求2所述能够释放远红外线的合成物以及PVA组成。
8.一种权利要求7所述对人体有益的合成物的制备方法,其特征在于:将重量份数为20-30份的能够产生自然磁场的合成物与70-80份的能够释放远红外线的合成物混合,添加10-20wt.%的PVA以及140-150wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
9.一种权利要求7所述合成物在制备保健垫方面的应用。
10.按照权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于:对人体有益的合成物的使用状态为以下三种:
(1)、直接使用颗粒状粉末,放入产品中;
(2)、将该颗粒状粉末在1150℃以上烤制3-4h,最终成各种固态形状;
(3)、将该颗粒状粉末在1150℃以上烤制3-4h后制成直径1mm-20mm的颗粒。
