另外,目前市场上有种类繁多的保健垫,但多数保健垫的填充物为矿石粉末,利用其可以释放大量远红外线能量的作用,达到保健作用,但矿石粉末的作用单一,且需达到一定用量才可达到保健效果,因此,需要寻找一种制备方法简单、功能全面、保健效果好的保健垫的填充物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫及其制备方法,该保健垫制备方法简单,保健效果更好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,包括上下叠置的上、下压片以及封压在上、下压片之间的对人体有益的天然矿物质,其特征在于:
所述对人体有益的天然矿物质为粉末状,经压块机压制成特定形状的块体后,置于下压片上,并用上压片盖住,采用压膜机将块体封压于上、下压片之间,并在上压片上形成与块体形状相同的图案,同时由于压膜机施加压力,使上、下压片之间的块体重新粉碎成粉末状。
所述对人体有益的天然矿物质优选为以下三种:能够产生自然磁场的合成物、能够产生自然磁场的合成物或对人体有益的合成物。
一、能够产生自然磁场的合成物:
该合成物由成分①与成分②混合(优选重量比为1-2:1-2,最优选为1:1)后在1100-1300℃下烧结(优选3-4h),冷却后粉碎成粉(优选粒度在400目或400目以上);其中:
成分①的制备方法为:
1)、将重量份数为30-40份的氧化铁、20-30份的氧化镁、20-30份的氧化镍、20-30份的氧化锌、5-10份的氧化铜混合,在800-900℃下进行2-3h的烧制,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加6-10wt.%的CaCO3、4-6wt.%的SiO2、10-20wt.%的石灰石以及4-6wt.%的Al2O3,并与130-150wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①;
成分②的制备方法为:
将重量份数为20-30份的长石粉、10-20份的土石粉、10-20份的白土粉、20-30份的高岭土、10-20份的陶石粉以及4-10份的PVA进行混合,变成粉末状成分②。
该合成物具有吸收有害电磁波、产生自然磁场的作用,同时具有抗菌作用(经实验,该合成物对大肠杆菌、绿杆菌的抑制率达99%以上),可以去异味、释放负离子,而传统保健垫中的填充物无法产生自然磁场,且具有抗菌作用的保健垫较少。
二、能够释放远红外线的合成物:
该合成物的制备方法为:将重量份数为30-40份的麦饭石、30-40份的托玛琳、10-20份的贵蛇纹石、4-8份的珍珠粉、10-20份的浮石、10-20份的伊利石以及6-10份的石灰石充分混合,添加140-150份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
该合成物具有释放远红外线的作用,长期使用可以改善血液循环、调节自律神经、消除关节疼痛、护肤美容、激活生物分子活性、消炎镇痛、增强新陈代谢、提高免疫功能。
三、对人体有益的合成物:
该合成物由上述能够产生自然磁场的合成物、能够释放远红外线的合成物以及PVA组成,具体制备方法为:将重量份数为20-30份的能够产生自然磁场的合成物与70-80份的能够释放远红外线的合成物混合,添加10-20wt.%的PVA以及140-150wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
该合成物具有吸收有害电磁波、产生自然磁场、释放远红外线的作用,同时具有抗菌作用,可以去异味、释放负离子,还可以中和吸收水脉波,以防止水脉波对人体的危害,目前市场上的保健垫均无吸收水脉波的作用。
本发明所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,其特征在于:所述上压片优选为PVC片,下压片优选为人造革片。
本发明所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫的制备方法为:
(1)、采用压块机将对人体有益的天然矿物质粉末压制成特定形状的块体;
(2)、压膜机上设置与步骤(1)所得块体相同形状的模具;
(3)、按照压膜机模具位置,将步骤(1)所得块体置于下压片相对位置处,并用上压片盖住,采用压膜机将块体封压于上、下压片之间,并在上压片上形成与块体形状相同的图案,同时由于压膜机施加压力,使上、下压片之间的块体重新粉碎成粉末状。
(4)、可根据需要采用热合机将保健垫四周进行封边处理。
该制备方法简单、成本低,克服了现有技术中粉末状填充物难以定型、处理的问题,且最终填充物以粉末状态存在,手感较软,贴合人体后感觉舒适。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1、2所示为本实施例所制备的保健垫结构简图,具体制备过程为:
一、天然矿物质粉末的制备:
1、成分①的制备方法为:
1)、采用混合机将重量份数为30份的氧化铁、25份的氧化镁、30份的氧化镍、20份的氧化锌、9份的氧化铜混合,在800-900℃下进行3h的烧制,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加6wt.%的CaCO3、5wt.%的SiO2、15wt.%的石灰石以及6wt.%的Al2O3,并与130wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①;
2、成分②的制备方法为:
将重量份数为20份的长石粉、15份的土石粉、10份的白土粉、25份的高岭土、12份的陶石粉以及6份的PVA进行混合,变成粉末状成分②。以上所用原料的粒度为400目,制备得到的粉末状粒度为400目。
3、成分①与成分②按照重量比为1:1的比例混合,然后在1100-1300℃下烧结3h,冷却后粉碎成粒度在400目或400目以上的粉。
二、粉末压块:
采用压块机将步骤一所得粉末压制成如图1所示压合图案4形状的块体。
三、压膜机设置:
将多个与块体形状相同的模具按照设定位置安装在压膜机上。
四、封压:
按照压膜机模具位置,将多个块体置于下压片3相对位置处,并用上压片1盖住,采用压膜机将块体封压于上、下压片之间,并在上压片1上形成与块体形状相同的压合图案4,同时由于压膜机施加压力,使上、下压片之间的块体重新粉碎成天然矿物质粉末2。
实施例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于天然矿物质的制备方法不同,具体为:
1、成分①的制备方法为:
1)、采用混合机将重量份数为40份的氧化铁、30份的氧化镁、20份的氧化镍、30份的氧化锌、5份的氧化铜混合,在800-900℃下进行3h的烧制,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加10wt.%的CaCO3、6wt.%的SiO2、10wt.%的石灰石以及5wt.%的Al2O3,并与150wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①;
2、成分②的制备方法为:
将重量份数为30份的长石粉、20份的土石粉、20份的白土粉、20份的高岭土、20份的陶石粉以及10份的PVA进行混合,变成粉末状成分②。以上所用原料的粒度为400目,制备得到的粉末状粒度为400目。
3、成分①与成分②按照重量比为1:1的比例混合,然后在1100-1300℃下烧结4h,冷却后粉碎成粒度在400目或400目以上的粉。
实施例3
与实施例1的不同之处在于天然矿物质的制备方法不同,所压压合图案为花瓣形,天然矿物质的制备方法具体为:
将重量份数为30份的麦饭石、40份的托玛琳、10份的贵蛇纹石、4份的珍珠粉、20份的浮石、10的伊利石以及8份的石灰石充分混合,添加140份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
实施例4
与实施例1的不同之处在于天然矿物质的制备方法不同,所压压合图案为花瓣形,天然矿物质的制备方法具体为:
将重量份数为40份的麦饭石、30份的托玛琳、20份的贵蛇纹石、8份的珍珠粉、10份的浮石、20份的伊利石以及6份的石灰石充分混合,添加150份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
实施例5
与实施例1的不同之处在于天然矿物质的制备方法不同,所压压合图案为圆形,天然矿物质的制备方法具体为:
将重量份数为20份的实施例1所得粉末与80份的实施例3所得粉末混合,添加10wt.%的PVA以及140wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
所得粉末具有吸收有害电磁波、产生对人体有益的自然磁场的作用,同时可以释放远红外线、去异味、释放负离子,经抗菌经实验证明,该粉末对大肠杆菌、绿杆菌的抑制率达99%以上;另外,所述粉末可以中和吸收水脉波,以防止水脉波对人体的危害。
实施例6
与实施例1的不同之处在于天然矿物质的制备方法不同,天然矿物质的制备方法具体为:
将重量份数为25份的实施例1所得合成物与75份的实施例2所得合成物混合,添加13wt.%的PVA以及140wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
所得粉末具有吸收有害电磁波、产生对人体有益的自然磁场的作用,同时可以释放远红外线、去异味、释放负离子,经抗菌经实验证明,该粉末对大肠杆菌、绿杆菌的抑制率达99%以上;另外,所述粉末可以中和吸收水脉波,以防止水脉波对人体的危害。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,包括上下叠置的上、下压片以及封压在上、下压片之间的对人体有益的天然矿物质,其特征在于:
所述对人体有益的天然矿物质为粉末状,经压块机压制成特定形状的块体后,置于下压片上,并用上压片盖住,采用压膜机将块体封压于上、下压片之间,并在上压片上形成与块体形状相同的图案,同时由于压膜机施加压力,使上、下压片之间的块体重新粉碎成粉末状。
2.按照权利要求1所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,其特征在于:所述对人体有益的天然矿物质为能够产生自然磁场的合成物、能够产生自然磁场的合成物或对人体有益的合成物。
3.按照权利要求2所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,其特征在于:所述能够产生自然磁场的合成物由成分①与成分②混合后在1100-1300℃下烧结,冷却后粉碎成粉;其中:
成分①的制备方法为:
1)、将重量份数为30-40份的氧化铁、20-30份的氧化镁、20-30份的氧化镍、20-30份的氧化锌、5-10份的氧化铜混合,在800-900℃下进行2-3h的烧结,之后冷却粉碎;
2)、在步骤1)所得材料的基础上添加6-10wt.%的CaCO3、4-6wt.%的SiO2、10-20wt.%的石灰石以及4-6wt.%的Al2O3,并与130-150wt.%的水完全混合,放入高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成小颗粒粉末状成分①;
成分②的制备方法为:
将重量份数为20-30份的长石粉、10-20份的土石粉、10-20份的白土粉、20-30份的高岭土、10-20份的陶石粉以及4-10份的PVA进行混合,变成粉末状成分②。
4.按照权利要求3所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,其特征在于:所述合成物由成分①与成分②按照重量份数比为1-2:1-2的比例在1100-1300℃下烧结3-4h,冷却后粉碎成粒度在400目或400目以上的粉。
5.按照权利要求2所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,其特征在于:所述能够释放远红外线的合成物的制备方法为:将重量份数为30-40份的麦饭石、30-40份的托玛琳、10-20份的贵蛇纹石、4-8份的珍珠粉、10-20份的浮石、10-20份的伊利石以及6-10份的石灰石充分混合,添加140-150份的水混合,在300-400℃高温喷雾塔进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
6.按照权利要求2所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,其特征在于:所述对人体有益的合成物由权利要求3所述能够产生自然磁场的合成物、权利要求5所述能够释放远红外线的合成物以及PVA组成。
7.按照权利要求6所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,其特征在于:所述对人体有益的合成物的制备方法为:将重量份数为20-30份的能够产生自然磁场的合成物与70-80份的能够释放远红外线的合成物混合,添加10-20wt.%的PVA以及140-150wt.%的水,混合后在300-400℃高温喷雾塔内进行喷雾干燥处理,最终形成颗粒状粉末。
8.按照权利要求1所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫,其特征在于:所述上压片为PVC片,下压片为人造革片。
9.一种按照权利要求1所述对人体有益的天然矿物质保健垫的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)、采用压块机将对人体有益的天然矿物质粉末压制成特定形状的块体;
(2)、压膜机上设置与步骤(1)所得块体相同形状的模具;
(3)、按照压膜机模具位置,将步骤(1)所得块体置于下压片相对位置处,并用上压片盖住,采用压膜机将块体封压于上、下压片之间,并在上压片上形成与块体形状相同的图案,同时由于压膜机施加压力,使上、下压片之间的块体重新粉碎成粉末状。
10.按照权利要求9所述制备方法,其特征在于:最后采用热合机将保健垫四周进行封边处理。
