本发明的目的在于提供一种具有自发热性和内功效性的腰带,该腰带不仅能将从体温复制的热量辐射到腰带,通过发热作用提升再发热;还利用纳米无机材料,以太阳光热量、体温热量、其他热量等作为热源,复制热能提升发热,放射热量到皮肤的皮下深层,提供多种功能;采用合成环保的有机高分子和无机高分子,使腰带具有弹性和柔软性,制作出适合人体多用途使用的腰带、腹带;通过远红外线辐射机制,有效实现人体具有的波长范围,提供使身体轻松、抗菌、除味、空气净化的功能。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种安装在上述具有自发热性和内功效性的腰带上的发热部件的制作方法。

本发明通过远红外线放射机制,有效达到人体带有的9.36微米波长范围的波长范围,使共鸣作用、旋转运动、伸缩运动、平行运动、偏转运动以秒/10-12惊奇的速度激烈强制运动,使身体轻松、扩张毛细血管且促进血液循环,为人体无害的无机抗菌体提供抗菌能力,抑制在穿戴部位发生的人体有害的菌群,实现除味功能,起到抑制汗味的作用。
本发明是通过体温复制热量,传到腰带的发热部件,提升温度,将产生的热量再传到皮肤,通过温热、熟成、磁性、干湿、中和、共鸣作用,提供多种功能,是非常有用的发明。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
本发明的一种具有自发热性和内功效性的腰带10的内表面覆盖有一层纤维12,纤维表面上以印制或压膜成形的方式均匀安装有多个发热部件13,外表面的一端按一定距离的间隔装有多个魔术贴11。
本发明的制作腰带发热部件的方法是从电气石、膨润土、火山灰、云母、黄土、沸石、氧化镁、白土、钙、硅石组成的非金属中选用一种以上,以20~98重量份和从颗粒大小5~20nm形成的A型二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶、银溶胶、氧化锌中选用一种以上,以0.1~30重量份和颗粒大小0.2~0.25nm形成的石墨烯,以0.1~10重量份和从银、金、锌、白金、钇中选用一种以上1~10nm大小的功能性胶状金属,以0.05~8重量份组合为特征。将上述组合物在橡胶表面上以压膜或印制的方式成形,在橡胶的表面起支撑作用并放射远红外线。
上述从电气石、膨润土、火山灰、云母、黄土、沸石、氧化镁、白土、钙、硅石组成的非金属中选用一种以上当量20~98重量份,后按500~1500目的颗粒大小粉碎使用。粉碎的非金属是在橡胶表面上以压膜或印制的方式形成,如果小于500目的话,颗粒太大,有不容易实现固定及远红外线放射作用的缺点,如果大于1500目的话,粉碎费用加大及没有提升远红外线放射作用的效果,优选地粉碎成1000目。
将上述500~1500目颗粒粉碎的粉末100重量%和纯净水(蒸馏水)300重量%放入搅拌机混合搅拌。搅拌机的桶内温度为40~60℃,持续保持4~6小时,进行离子置换,搅拌机桶内的温度保持在40℃以下时,分子置换不顺畅,温度保持在60℃以上时,降低结合力,优选地50℃温度保持5小时提高分子的结合力,起到相互固定的作用。
在上述粉碎的粉末和纯净水的混合物中按纯净水100重量%比例放入离子结合剂(Na-EDTA)0.01~10重量%,制成悬浮液。离子结合剂使离子化的物质实现固定化作用,提高相互结合力。制作悬浮液的过程中,为保证各颗粒离子置换容易,从颗粒大小5~20nm形成的A型二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶、银溶胶、氧化锌中选用一种以上,将0.1~30重量份缓缓投入进行制作。
将石墨烯选用纯度99.9%以上及颗粒大小为0.20~0.25nm,以0.1~10重量份缓缓添加。石墨烯是天然碳素物质和高分子化合物的结合体。是其电子以光速的300倍即具有9万公里/秒电子运动速度的复合纳米材料,石墨烯具有储存碳素带有的热能、光能,通过热、光能放射负离子和远红外线的功能。石墨烯是具有储存能量的物质特性即储存热和光能的热传导新型材料。
从银、金、锌、白金、钇中选用一种以上挑出1~10nm大小颗粒的螯合物,以0.05~8重量份缓缓添加到上述通过离子置换选用的物质中。
上述通过离子置换选用的物质中添加螯合物充分搅拌的浆料,放入150~200℃的热风干燥机干燥5~6小时。热风干燥机容易实现矿物质的干燥,能做到内层快速均匀的干燥,浆料通过热风可以得到充分的干燥。
上述浆料干燥后再放入破碎机将颗粒还原成高粉末(1~10nm)状态。
取上述通过还原得到的高粉末10~100重量份和硅橡胶或PVC橡胶的树脂100重量份,以50~100rpm的速度搅拌10~20分钟,制作浆料。高粉末混合物是乳状形式,经过搅拌成为浆状的浆料。
上述浆料状态的物质经过成形做成四角、三角、圆形、标识形状,制作出发热部件13,此发热部件粘贴在纤维表面,然后通过保持100~250℃的热风干燥机干燥1~10分钟,完成热硬化。热风干燥机中因氮、氢橡胶容易变形,为保持形态不变提高效能,加入发泡剂,对比全部物质100重量%加发泡剂0.001~1重量%,进行热硬化。
如图1至图3所示,制作的腰带10穿戴在腰部、胳膊、肩膀、膝盖、脚腕、手腕等身体的部位,外表面的一端按一定距离的间隔装有多个魔术贴11,反面有穿戴时和身体接触部分的纤维12,纤维12的表面上以印制或压膜成形的方式安装发热部件13。
穿戴时发热部件13接触身体的某个部位,穿戴腰带10后身体体温的热量被复制传达热量到发热部件13,将体温的温度通过复制-提升-发热作用的机制,经过20~30分钟后根据人的情况不同,热度最高提升3℃。
发热部件13不需要外部的热能,以太阳光热量、体温热量、其他热量做为热源,复制热能提升发热后,放射出热量传达到皮肤的皮下深层,提供扩张毛细血管,促进血液循环,打通被堵的血管,缓解酸痛部位的疼痛的多功能效果,即通过共鸣作用、旋转运动、伸缩运动、平行运动、偏转运动等4种运动以每秒10-12惊奇的速度激烈强制运动,产生共鸣现象,通过远红外线放射机制,提供多种功能。
发热部件13的人体无害的无机抗菌体是半永久性的,发挥抗菌能力,抑制在穿戴部位发生的生存在皮肤上的金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌、绿脓菌、霉孢子等的抗菌能力强的物质,消除皮肤瘙痒及皮肤损伤,实现除味功能,起到抑制汗味的作用,消除各种味道达到空气净化的有益效果。

Claims (14)

1.一种具有自发热性和内功效性的腰带,其特征在于,腰带的内表面覆盖有一层纤维,纤维表面上以印制或压膜成形的方式均匀安装有多个发热部件,外表面的一端按一定距离的间隔装有多个魔术贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有自发热性和内功效性的腰带,其特征在于,所述发热部件是从电气石、膨润土、火山灰、云母、黄土、沸石、氧化镁、白土、钙、硅石组成的非金属中选用一种以上,以20~98重量份;从颗粒大小5~20nm形成的A型二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶、银溶胶、氧化锌中选用一种以上,以0.1~30重量份;选择颗粒大小为0.2~0.25nm的石墨烯,以0.1~10重量份;从银、金、锌、白金、钇中选用一种以上颗粒大小1~10nm的功能性胶状金属,以0.05~8重量份,由以上物质组合制造。
3.一种安装在权利要求1所述的具有自发热性和内功效性的腰带上的发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,从电气石、膨润土、火山灰、云母、黄土、沸石、氧化镁、白土、钙、硅石组成的非金属中选用一种以上,以20~98重量份,当量后按500~1500目的颗粒大小粉碎使用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,将上述500~1500目颗粒粉碎的粉末100重量%和纯净水(蒸馏水)300重量%放入搅拌机混合搅拌。
5.根据权利要求4所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,在上述粉碎的粉末和纯净水的混合物中按纯净水100重量%比例放入离子结合剂(Na-EDTA)0.01~10重量%,制成悬浮液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,制作上述悬浮液的过程中,为保证各颗粒离子置换容易,从颗粒大小5~20nm形成的A型二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶、银溶胶、氧化锌中选用一种以上,以0.1~30重量份缓缓投入进行制作。
7.根据权利要求4所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌机的桶内温度为40~60℃,持续保持4~6小时,进行离子置换。
8.根据权利要求6所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,从银、金、锌、白金、钇中选用一种以上挑出1~10nm大小颗粒的螯合物,以0.05~8重量份缓缓添加到上述通过离子置换选用的物质中。
9.根据权利要求8所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,将上述通过离子置换选用的物质中添加螯合物后充分搅拌的浆料,放入150~200℃的热风干燥机干燥5~6小时。
10.根据权利要求9所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,将上述浆料干燥后再放入破碎机将颗粒还原成高粉末(1~10nm)状态。
11.根据权利要求10所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,取上述通过还原得到的高粉末10~100重量份和硅橡胶或PVC橡胶的树脂100重量份,以50~100rpm的速度搅拌10~20分钟,制作浆料。
12.根据权利要求11所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,将上述浆料状态的物质经过成形印制做成四角、三角、圆形、标识形状的发热部件(13),将此发热部件粘贴在纤维表面。
13.根据权利要求12所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,将上述发热部件粘贴在纤维表面后,通过保持100~250℃的热风干燥机干燥1~10分钟,完成热硬化。
14.根据权利要求13所述的腰带发热部件的制作方法,其特征在于,上述热风干燥机中因氮、氢橡胶受热容易变形,为保持形态不变提高效能,加入发泡剂,对比全部物质100重量%加发泡剂0.001~1重量%,进行热硬化。
