颈椎痛、腰椎痛、关节痛的患者越来越多,有的还严重影响正常工作和生活。鉴于此,本文发明了一种负离子自发热布的制作方法,通过以特殊方法在纯棉布料上植入负离子、电气石等功能材料,使之不只能有效杀菌抗菌,更有化瘀止痛,增加身体的承受能力,缓解关节过渡劳损,强健体魄的功效。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种负离子自发热布的制作方法,通过将负离子自发热材料完美融入纯棉白布中,使之长时间释放高浓度负离子,可以有效杀菌抗菌,从而达到化瘀止痛,增加身体的承受能力,缓解关节过渡劳损,强健体魄的功效。
为达成以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
1、通过特殊技术制作负氧离子原浆,无毒无害、无辐射污染;
2、将防水乳液置于纯棉白布上,再将负离子和电气石材料置于基布上,使之高效释放负氧离子。
本专利技术的有益效果在于:
1、选用矿物质成分,通过高温煅烧制作流程保证原浆高效释放负氧离子,并且环保健康无辐射污染;
2、通过负离子的作用,有效杀菌抗菌并且与人体紧密接触10-30分钟即可在皮肤表面与人体磁场形成共振共鸣。并通过人体自身能量可连续释放热能,使人体表面温度上升3-5度,从而达到化瘀止痛,增加身体的承受能力,缓解关节过渡劳损,强健体魄的功效。

下面将本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一种实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
1、如图1所示为负离子自发热布的制作流程:图中
S1-备料:分别准备以下材料:高纯度锗石10份、氧化铈2份、高纯度电气石60份、导电钛白粉5份、钕铁硼5份、稀土锆2份、稀土镝3份、稀土镧1份、稀土铽1份、稀土镱1份、纯净水若干;
TFX防水乳液(四川日出化工有限公司产品)50份,
合格品纯棉白布若干,
孔径2mm、间距6mm的不锈钢丝网一个;
S2-制备稀土铽、稀土镱小球:将稀土镱、稀土铽分别置于研磨机研磨,细度粒径不大于300目,然后将稀土镱粉制作成直径3-3.5mm的小球,将稀土铽制作成1.5-2mm的小球,备用;
S3-钕铁硼磨粉:取钕铁硼(N40SH)5份置入高温纳米研磨机内升温至400℃时恒温24小时后开始研磨至1250目,备用;
S4-制备稀土镝颗粒:取稀土镝3份粉碎至100目左右,备用;
S5-制备混合物:按设定的重量份将步骤一备用称重量高纯度锗石10份、氧化铈2份、高纯度电气石20份、稀土锆2份、稀土镧1份粉碎至100目左右置于搅拌机以100r/min搅拌15-30分钟,得均匀的混合物,备用;
S6-混合物煅烧:将S5的混合物置于的真空加热炉里煅烧,升温至2950-3000℃后恒温120小时,冷却至2550℃后注入S4的稀土镝颗粒物恒温24小时,冷却至1330℃后注入S2的稀土铽小球重量1份恒温24小时,冷却至800℃后注入S2的稀土镱颗粒重量1份和导电钛白粉5份并恒温12小时,冷却至400℃时注入S3的钕铁硼粉并恒温12小时,冷却至20℃后注入水30份,1小时后打开炉盖用50目钢网过滤即得负氧离子原浆粗料;
S7-研磨粗料:将S6所得粗料置于研磨机内研磨至1250目即得到高浓度负离子浆;
S8-回收稀土镱和稀土铽:从S6的剩余物中回收稀土镱和稀土铽:将上述剩余物倒入直径2.5mm的不锈钢筛网中并摇动筛网,筛网内即得到稀土镱小球;再将本步骤的剩余物置入直径1mm的筛网中摇动筛网,筛网内即得到稀土铽小球。
S9-制作基布:取S1中备用的TFX乳液1kg加热至45℃并保持住,然后将S1备用的白布2平方米帐放入其中,浸泡40分钟,使白布的每根棉纺线均已吸收足够数量的乳液之后将白布取出,熨烫平整后置于60℃环境烘烤至乳液完全凝固。
S10-制作原浆:取S1中高纯度电气石200g,研磨至1250目,再加入S7中负离子浆120g,S1中的TFX乳液80g搅拌均匀。
S11-制作成品:将S10中的原浆置入S1中的不锈钢丝网内,均匀印制在S9的基布上,置于60℃环境烘烤至原浆完全凝固及得到负离子浓度每立方厘米1000-1200个的负离子自发热布。
通过此步骤所制作的负离子自发热布即可高效释放对人体有益的负氧离子,具备高效杀菌抗菌效果,并且与人体紧密接触10-30分钟即可在皮肤表面与人体磁场形成共振共鸣。并通过人体自身能量可连续释放热能,使人体表面温度上升3-5度,使血流加快,促进血液循环,从而达到化瘀止痛,增加身体的承受能力,缓解关节过渡劳损,强健体魄的功效。
Claims (2)
1.一种负离子自发热布的制作方法,其特征在于:其原料按重量份包括以下组分:高纯度锗石10份、氧化铈2份、高纯度电气石60份、导电钛白粉5份、钕铁硼5份、稀土锆2份、稀土镝3份、稀土镧1份、稀土铽1份、稀土镱1份、TFX防水乳液50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种负离子自发热布的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1-备料:分别准备以下材料:高纯度锗石10份、氧化铈2份、高纯度电气石60份、导电钛白粉5份、钕铁硼5份、稀土锆2份、稀土镝3份、稀土镧1份、稀土铽1份、稀土镱1份、纯净水若干;
TFX防水乳液(四川日出化工有限公司产品)50份,
合格品纯棉白布若干,
孔径2mm、间距6mm的不锈钢丝网一个;
S2-制备稀土铽、稀土镱小球:将稀土镱、稀土铽分别置于研磨机研磨,细度粒径不大于300目,然后将稀土镱粉制作成直径3-3.5mm的小球,将稀土铽制作成1.5-2mm的小球,备用;
S3-钕铁硼磨粉:取钕铁硼(N4OSH)5份置入高温纳米研磨机内升温至400℃时恒温24小时后开始研磨至1250目,备用;
S4-制备稀土镝颗粒:取稀土镝3份粉碎至100目左右,备用;
S5-制备混合物:按设定的重量份将步骤一备用称重量高纯度锗石10份、氧化铈2份、高纯度电气石20份、稀土锆2份、稀土镧1份粉碎至100目左右置于搅拌机以100r/min搅拌15-30分钟,得均匀的混合物,备用;
S6-混合物煅烧:将S5的混合物置于的真空加热炉里煅烧,升温至2950-3000℃后恒温120小时,冷却至2550℃后注入S4的稀土镝颗粒物恒温24小时,冷却至1330℃后注入S2的稀土铽小球重量1份恒温24小时,冷却至800℃后注入S2的稀土镱颗粒重量1份和导电钛白粉5份并恒温12小时,冷却至400℃时注入S3的钕铁硼粉并恒温12小时,冷却至20℃后注入水30份,1小时后打开炉盖用50目钢网过滤即得负氧离子原浆粗料;
S7-研磨粗料:将S6所得粗料置于研磨机内研磨至1250目即得到高浓度负离子浆;
S8-回收稀土镱和稀土铽:从S6的剩余物中回收稀土镱和稀土铽:将上述剩余物倒入直径2.5mm的不锈钢筛网中并摇动筛网,筛网内即得到稀土镱小球;再将本步骤的剩余物置入直径1mm的筛网中摇动筛网,筛网内即得到稀土铽小球。
S9-制作基布:取S1中备用的TFX乳液1kg加热至45℃并保持住,然后将S1备用的白布2平方米帐放入其中,浸泡40分钟,使白布的每根棉纺线均已吸收足够数量的乳液之后将白布取出,熨烫平整后置于60℃环境烘烤至乳液完全凝固。
S10-制作原浆:取S1中高纯度电气石200g,研磨至1250目,再加入S7中负离子浆120g,S1中的TFX乳液80g搅拌均匀。
S11-制作成品:将S10中的原浆置入S1中的不锈钢丝网内,均匀印制在S9的基布上,置于60℃环境烘烤至原浆完全凝固及得到负离子浓度每立方厘米1000-1200个的负离子自发热布。
