Abstract
This invention provides information regarding the methods and procedures for manufacturing a new medical device, Health recovery chip kit. It also describes the methods and steps for using this kit to treat the chronic, but non-contagious diseases. The treatment by this kit is safe, more effective, non-invasive and easy to use over other alternative treatments because it does not involve needles, medication, electricity and radiation.
Claims (10)
1. This invention is a medical device, Health recovery chips kit, which can be used for rehabilitation treatment of chronic diseases in alternative medicine field. The main component of this invention is the Health recovery chip, which is formulated with the following eight materials (Ore or powder form): Polar mineral tourmaline 20-40%; Infrared material 30-50%; Pliable magnetic material 5-10%; The photo-catalytic nanometer material 1-5%; Composite salt or oxide of rare-earth 1-5%;
Calcium oxide 5-10%; Adhesive material 2-5% and Inclusion compound material 1-5%.

2. To make the chip required as claim 1, we choose the following materials:
The polar mineral tourmaline (beautiful jade) can be a single one or a mixture of more than one of several types of tourmaline including Iron tourmaline, Magnesium tourmaline, Iron and Magnesium tourmaline, and Lithium tourmaline; The infrared material can be either one or a mixture of oxide crystal sapphire (AL2O3) and Magnesium oxide (MgO); The pliable magnetic material can be either one of or a mixture of iron oxide (FeO) and iron trioxide (Fe2O3); The photo-catalytic material can be selected from anyone of the following materials: Titanic oxide (TiO2), Zinc oxide (ZnO), Tin oxide (SnO) and Tungsten oxide (WO); The composite salt or oxide of rare-earth can be either one or more than one of the LaPO4, NdPO4, Ce (NO3)3 and La(NO3) in composite salt of rare-earth or CeO2, Ce2O3, La2O3 and Nd2O3 in composite oxide of rare-earth; The adhesive material can be selected from one or more than one of Stearic Acid, Polyvinyl chloride, Pine resin, Flax oil and Castor oil; The Inclusive compound material can be selected from one or more than one among Methyl cellulose, Liquid Paraffin Wax, Colophon, and polyvinyl chloride.

3. To make the chip required as claim 1, the polar mineral Tourmaline is routinely smashed into fine powder proceeding to either placing into the high energy ball mill to grind or be pulverized through the airflow millstone between 48 to 72 hours. The either process will results in very small particles with crystalline grain diameter <1 microns. The thermal treatment will then be applied with a range of temperature between 500-1000°C, which is about 2-3 hours. The same procedures also apply to the Infrared material. However, the photo-catalytic material can be processed similarly or only with nanometer processing.
4. To make the chip required as claim 1, the manufacture method and processing are: According formulation of claim 1, we put all material (Nanometer powder of Polar mineral tourmaline, Infrared material and photo-catalytic material) into a grinding and blending machine to grind and blend for at least 1 hour. The blended material is placed into mould plate according to predefined shapes. The pressure is 20-50 Mpa. After pressing, the formed chip is taken out of the mould plate and sintered for thermal treatment. In the process of thermal treatment, the temperature is between 500-1000°C;
the process time between 2-3 hours. Then, the chip is left at room temperature for self cooling between 48-72 hours and the chips are finalized.

5. As required in claim 2, the different sizes and shapes of mould plates can be used to make different sizes and shapes of chips.
6. Required in claims 1 and 2, the chip is applicable to the rehabilitation treatment for various kinds of chronic diseases. It is not harmful ether to human body or Ecology and environment. It can be an effective replacement for the following treatments: Acupuncture and moxibustion, Massage and Scrape therapy, cupping, medicine paste; Electrotherapy, Magnetism, infrared, physical therapy;
Meditation, Chinese Qigong, and India yoga; Long-term Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine.

7. Required in claim 3, the chip is for external use on human body according Acupuncture theory, methods and techniques of this invention. The treatment by this kit is safe, non-invasive and easy to use over other alternative treatments due to the fact that it does not involve needles, medication, electricity and radiation.

Required in claim 3, the chip releases constantly a chemical compound, Aromatic oxalic aldehyde , to stimulate and activate certain receptors of skin cells of the body, especially more effective for Aromatic oxalic acid receptor at the acupuncture points of human body to regulate the entirety body system and function to recover from chronic disease.
9. Required in claim 3, the chip can be implanted inside the body to treat certain chronic diseases by placing either in the sub-dermal tissue at the acupuncture point or other part of the body.
10. Required in claims 1, 2 and 3, the Health recovery chips kit are consist of the chips, superficial fluid, enhancing membrane and mountain jade awl. The superficial liquid is made from chip-conditioned water to apply to the surface between chips and skin of the body.
The enhancing membrane is made from PET to help holding the chip at the points and increase the effectiveness.
The mountain jade awl is made from mountain jade to help finding and stimulating the points to achieve more treatment effectiveness.
