Abstract
本发明公开了一种让炭体产生远红外植入方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,选材;步骤二,砌炭化池;步骤三,放置楠竹;步骤四,点火;步骤五,煅烧;步骤六,粉碎楠竹炭;步骤七,添加纳米吸附粒子;步骤八,制备成品。楠竹在煅烧工序中洒水时间点的精准把控有利于楠竹高温时遇水产生大量的水蒸气而排出气体和杂质(即物理活化),增加了炭的比表面积和内孔径;在楠竹炭粉中加入纳米吸附粒子,经搅拌均匀后,楠竹炭粉与纳米吸附粒子充分结合,制备的炭主动吸附能力变得更强;制备的成品炭内部设计有内孔,进一步加强了炭的附气体的能力。

技术领域
本发明属于功能性炭制备技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种让炭体产生远红外 植入方法。
背景技术
在红外线中有一种波长4~14μm的红外线特别称为远红外线,因为和生物 体自身的波长相同,亦被称为[育成光线],而现在市场上的活性炭以及吸附炭在 保健上具有良好的效果,如果能够将两者进行结合,制造出一种具有远红外功能 的炭体,必将使得保健效果突飞猛进。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种让炭体产生远 红外植入方法,为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种让炭体产生远红外植入方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,高温制备吸附炭 体:通过在严格控制炭化竹子的温度在650-680度时高温烧制的竹炭形成吸附炭 体,使得其具有释放波长4~14μm红外线的能力;步骤二,炭粉制备:将上述 步骤中的吸附炭体制成粉末状吸附碳粉留作备用;步骤三,填加辅料:将步骤二 中的粉末状吸附碳粉加如石灰粉和水进行充分搅拌均匀;步骤四,自然干燥:通 过室外进行自然晾干暴晒,晾干同时还能吸取更多远红外能量,在晾干后粉碎成 颗粒状。
所述步骤一中炭化竹子的温度在680度进行高位烧制。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
具有远红外功能的吸附炭体能够具有更好的理疗效果,远红外线具有温热效 应,可以让身体保温及促进末稍血液循环,因此具有养生保健的功效。

其中以上三个实施例发现控制炭化竹子的温度在680度时高温烧制的竹炭 形成吸附炭体效果最好。
通过以上实施例以及未在此提出其他的实施中,均在以上制备过程中加入天 然中药炉甘石3%和鱼腥草3%。
炉甘石:为碳酸盐类矿物方解石族菱锌矿,主含碳酸锌。采挖后,洗净,晒 干,除去杂石。本品性状为块状集合体,呈不规则的块状,灰白色或淡红色。表 面粉性,无光泽,凹凸不平,多孔,似蜂窝状。体轻,易碎。无臭,味微涩。功 能主治:解毒明目退翳,收湿止痒敛疮。用于目赤肿痛,眼缘赤烂,翳膜胬肉, 溃疡不敛,脓水淋漓,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒。
鱼腥草:味辛,性寒凉,归肺经。能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热 止痢、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便 血、脾胃积热等。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、 利尿等作用。
那么,炉甘石、鱼腥草、石灰粉融入吸附炭粉,放到身边后,可以疏通微循 环,提高免疫力。配方中包含了“热性、凉性”的融合,对于热症就赋予凉性, 对于寒症就赋予热性,达到了阴阳平衡,并祛除人体湿气,快速调理各种疾病的 健康效果。目前经过大量的测试,对于严重皮肤病、皮肤溃烂、脾胃的调理、内 外痔及抵抗病毒和抗菌等效果完美。

1.一种让炭体产生远红外植入方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一,高温制备吸附炭体:通过在严格控制炭化竹子的温度在650-680度时高温烧制的竹炭形成吸附炭体,使得其具有释放波长4~14μm红外线的能力;步骤二,炭粉制备:将上述步骤中的吸附炭体制成粉末状吸附碳粉留作备用;步骤三,填加辅料:将步骤二中的粉末状吸附碳粉加如石灰粉和水进行充分搅拌均匀;步骤四,自然干燥:通过室外进行自然晾干暴晒,晾干同时还能吸取更多远红外能量,在晾干后粉碎成颗粒状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种让炭体产生远红外植入方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中炭化竹子的温度在680度进行高位烧制。
