Abstract
本发明提供一种人造砭石的制备方法,其中,该方法包括以下步骤;矿石处理步骤、粘土处理步骤、制备瓷泥步骤、制备瓷釉步骤、成型步骤、烧成步骤。本发明的人造砭石制备得到的砭具形状规则、圆润光滑、具有良好的滚动性和接触感,且强度高、耐磨损,所发射的13~14μm以上的远红外线,与生物体所需的波段相匹配,具有良好的热效应和共振效应,能促进人体血液循环和新陈代谢,结合中国医学之砭术的方式,可以达到优异的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造砭石的制备方法,属于新材料领域,是一种 新型功能陶瓷材料。
背景技术
砭石(具)属于古代的一种针灸器具。砭术是一种古针灸术,在 《黄帝内经》中被列为古代五大医术(砭、针、灸、药、导引按跷) 之首,是中医疗法的重要组成部分,由于制作砭具的佳石匮乏等原因, 砭术自东汉以后逐渐失传。20世纪90年代,在山东古泗水流域发现了 一种特殊的石头,称为泗滨浮石,原用于制馨,后发现制成砭具进行 医疗保健具有良好的效果,砭术被重新挖掘出来,并诞生了新砭具和 新砭石疗法。
陶瓷是最古老的一种材料,是人类在征服自然的过程中获得的第 一种经化学变化而制成的产品。由于陶瓷具有耐热性、耐磨性、耐腐 蚀性,以及高强度、高硬度等特点,在国防、机械、冶金、化学、建 筑、电子等领域得到了广泛的应用,本发明人首次提出未在中医保健 领域中的应用。
现有的砭石,是使用适合于医疗保健的石料经打磨成特定形状, 或以石料为主并与其他材料相组合,形成医疗保健工具。即,具有医 疗保健的石料资源有限、加工难、其保健效果参差不齐等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种人造砭石的制备方法,其中,该方法 包括以下步骤:
矿石处理步骤:分别将钾长石、钠长石、砭石、玛瑙、莫来石、方 镁石、方解石、萤石、石英石、麦饭石、电气石在840-860℃下煅烧3.5-4.5h,并冷却至常温后研磨,过90-170目筛,备用;
粘土处理步骤:分别将高岭土、膨润土、粘土分别在620-650℃煅 烧3.5.-4.5h,并冷却至常温后研磨,过90-170目筛,备用;
制备瓷泥步骤:按重量计,取高岭土11-13%、粘土31-33%、膨润 土8-10%、石英石9-10%、钠长石4-6%、骨粉7-10%、莫来石2.5-3.5%、 电气石8-8.5%、麦饭石5-5.5%、稀士元素3.2-4.5%作为瓷泥原料投进 球磨机,加瓷泥原料总重量的80-100%的水,进行研磨30-36h,再静 置24h,除去水中漂浮物,再采用磁铁除杂,然后除水、压泥、练泥至 泥料含水重量百分比为15-18%,制成瓷泥;
制备瓷釉步骤:按重量计,取高岭土3-3.5%、膨润土7.5-8.5%、钾 长石30-35%、方解石5-6.5%、氧化锌8-9.5%、碳酸钡3.2-4.5%、三氧 化钛1.5-2.%、石英石6.8-7.5%、熔块2.5-3%、碳酸锂4-5.5%、萤石 4.5-5.5%、稀土元素5.5-6.8%、电气石12.8-13.2%、远红外粉2.5-3.5%、 纳米银离子1-1.5%作为瓷釉原料,投进球磨机,加瓷釉原料总重量的 80-100%的水,进行研磨30-36h,再净置24h,除去水中漂浮物,再采 用磁铁除杂,然后除水压泥、练泥至泥料含水重量百分比为15-18%, 制成瓷釉;
成型步骤:将所述瓷泥按传统陶瓷生产方法进行成型、干燥,再在 840-860℃下素烧2.5-3.h,并自然冷却至常温,得到素烧产品;
烧成步骤:采用所述瓷釉给所述素烧产品进行施釉,然后置于窑炉 中进行烧成。
在本发明中,所述常温为20-35℃。
在本发明中,还包括选自以下成分的至少一种以上成分:远红外 粉、负离子粉、锗粉、稀土镧、麦饭石、木鱼石、托玛琳石粉。
本发明所述的制备方法,所述远红外粉至少包括以下成分中至少 一种以上,Si、Ai、K、Na、Fe、Ti、Mg、C、SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、 K2O、NA2O、MnO、CaO、MgO、P2O 5、Ge10 -6、TiO 2、ZnO、Mo、 Se。
本发明所述的制备方法,所述稀土元素为钇或钕。
本发明所述的人造砭石的制备方法,制备得到的结晶颗粒度小于 0.5mm,优选小于0.1mm,更优选小于0.05mm。
本发明所述的人造砭石的制备方法,制备得到的红外波普宽带的 最大波长为13μm以上、优选为14μm以上。
本发明还提供一种砭具,采用本发明的第一方面提供的方法制备 得到。
本发明进一步提供本发明的第二方面提供的砭具在骨关节类疾 病、中风后遗症、肌肉痉挛、痛经、月经不调等妇科类疾病、头痛、 头晕、感冒、近视眼、皮肤病、糖尿病、腹泻、腹胀、便秘、失眠、 更年期综合征、美容、减肥中的应用。
砭石是原产自山东古泗水流域,颜色灰黑,质地细腻,做成板形 敲击有金属般的声音。
在本发明中,优选使用产自山东古泗水流域的砭石。
使用本发明的陶瓷材料制备得到的砭具形状规则、圆润光滑、具 有良好的滚动性和接触感,且强度高、耐磨损,所发射的13~14μm 以上的远红外线,与生物体所需的波段相匹配,具有良好的热效应和 共振效应,能促进人体血液循环和新陈代谢,结合中国医学之砭术的 方式,可以达到优异的效果。

下面,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细的描述,显然,所 描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基 于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的 前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其 他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、 方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的 其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的 要素。
本发明的活性陶瓷,还包括选自以下成分的至少一种以上成分: 15%的远红外粉、5%的负离子粉、4%的锗粉、5%的稀土镧、5%的麦 饭石、5%的木鱼石、5%的托玛琳石粉。
本发明所述的活性陶瓷,其中,所述远红外粉至少包括以下成分 中:Si、Ai、K、Na、Fe、Ti、Mg、C、SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O、 Na2O、MnO、CaO、MgO、P2O5、Ge10-6、TiO2、ZnO、Mo、Se。
本发明还提供一种人造砭石的制备方法,其中,该方法包括以下步 骤:

制备瓷釉步骤:按重量计,取高岭土3-3.5%、膨润土7.5-8.5%、钾 长石30-35%、方解石5-6.5%、氧化锌8-9.5%、碳酸钡3.2-4.5%、三氧 化钛1.5-2.%、石英石6.8-7.5%、熔块2.5-3%、碳酸锂4-5.5%、萤石 4.5-5.5%、稀土元素5.5-6.8%、电气石12.8-13.2%、远红外粉2.5-3.5%、 纳米银离子1-1.5%作为瓷釉原料,投进球磨机,加瓷釉原料总重量的 80-100%的水,进行研磨30-36h,再净置24h,除去水中漂浮物,再采 用磁铁除杂,然后除水压泥、练泥至泥料含水重量百分比为15-18%, 制成瓷釉;
成型步骤:将所述瓷泥按传统陶瓷生产方法进行成型、干燥,再在 840-860℃下素烧2.5-3.h,并自然冷却至常温,得到素烧产品;
烧成步骤:采用所述瓷釉给所述素烧产品进行施釉,然后置于窑炉 中进行烧成。
在本发明中,优选使用产自山东古泗水流域的砭石。砭石是原产 自山东古泗水流域,颜色灰黑,质地细腻,做成板形敲击有金属般的 声音。
先控制窑炉内为还原气氛,并在3-4h内使窑炉内的温度升温至 850-900℃,再于5-6h升温至1215-1225℃;再在100-170min内以每小 时50-65℃的速度将窑炉温度升温至1280-1300℃,并于保持25-35min 后出炉,再自然冷却至常温,得到产品。
所述瓷泥原料和所述瓷釉原料中涉及到与所述步骤A相同的原料 均采用经过所述步骤A处理的原料。
本发明所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述常温为20-35℃。
本发明所述的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括选自以下成分的至 少一种以上成分:远红外粉、负离子粉、锗粉、稀土镧、麦饭石、木 鱼石、托玛琳石粉。
本发明所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述远红外粉至少包括以 下成分中至少一种以上,Si、Ai、K、Na、Fe、Ti、Mg、C、SiO2、Al2O3、 Fe2O3、K2O、NA2O、MnO、CaO、MgO、P2O 5、Ge10 -6、TiO 2、ZnO、 Mo、Se。
本发明所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述稀土元素为钇或钕。
本发明所述的人造砭石的制备方法,制备得到的结晶颗粒度小于 0.5mm,优选小于0.1mm,更优选小于0.05mm。
本发明所述的人造砭石的制备方法,制备得到的红外波普宽带的 最大波长为13μm以上、优选为14μm以上、更优选为15μm以上。
本发明还提供一种砭具,采用本发明所述的方法制备得到。
实施例1
在实施例1中,按照以下方法制备得到,分别将钾长石、钠长石、 砭石、玛瑙、莫来石、方镁石、方解石、萤石、石英石、麦饭石、电 气石在840℃下煅烧3.5小时,并冷却至常温后研磨,过170目筛,备 用;再将高岭土、膨润土、粘土分别在620℃煅烧3.5小时,并冷却至常温后研磨,过170目筛,备用;按重量计,取高岭土13%、粘土33%、 膨润土10%、石英石10%、钠长石6%、骨粉10%、莫来石3.5%、电气 石8.5%、麦饭石5.5%、稀士元素钇4.5%作为瓷泥原料投进球磨机, 加瓷泥原料总重量的80-100%的水,进行研磨36h,再静置24h,除去 水中漂浮物,再采用磁铁除杂,然后除水、压泥、练泥至泥料含水重 量百分比为18%,制成瓷泥;按重量计,取高岭土3.5%、膨润土8.5%、 钾长石35%、方解石6.5%、氧化锌9.5%、碳酸钡4.5%、三氧化钛2.0%、 石英石7.5%、熔块3%、碳酸锂5.5%、萤石5.5%、稀土元素钇6.8%、 电气石13.2%、远红外粉3.5%、纳米银离子1.5%作为瓷釉原料,投进 球磨机,加瓷釉原料总重量的80-100%的水,进行研磨36h,再净置 24h,除去水中漂浮物,再采用磁铁除杂,然后除水压泥、练泥至泥料 含水重量百分比为18%,制成瓷釉;成型步骤:将所述瓷泥按传统陶 瓷生产方法进行成型、干燥,再在860℃下素烧3.0h,并自然冷却至常温,得到素烧产品;烧成步骤:采用所述瓷釉给所述素烧产品进行施 釉,然后置于窑炉中进行烧成,从而制备砭具1。
通过实施例1的方法制备得到的陶瓷材料形成的砭具1,制备得到 的红外波普宽带的最大波长为14~15μm。
实施例2
按照实施例1的方法制备的备用材料,改变其含量制备活性陶瓷 制备的砭具2:
制备瓷泥步骤:按重量计,取高岭土11%、粘土31%、膨润土8%、 石英石9%、钠长石4%、骨粉7%、莫来石2.5%、电气石8%、麦饭石 5-%、稀士元素钕3.2%作为瓷泥原料投进球磨机,加瓷泥原料总重量 的80%的水,进行研磨36h,再静置24h,除去水中漂浮物,再采用磁 铁除杂,然后除水、压泥、练泥至泥料含水重量百分比为15%,制成 瓷泥;
按重量计,取高岭土3%、膨润土7.5%、钾长石30%、方解石5%、 氧化锌8%、碳酸钡3.2%、三氧化钛1.5%、石英石6.8%、熔块2.5%、 碳酸锂4%、萤石4.5%、稀土元素钕5.5%、电气石12.8%、远红外粉 2.5%、纳米银离子1%作为瓷釉原料,投进球磨机,加瓷釉原料总重量 的80%的水,进行研磨36h,再净置24h,除去水中漂浮物,再采用磁 铁除杂,然后除水压泥、练泥至泥料含水重量百分比为18%,制成瓷 釉;
将所述瓷泥按传统陶瓷生产方法进行成型、干燥,再在860℃下素 烧2.5h,并自然冷却至常温,得到素烧产品;
烧成步骤:采用所述瓷釉给所述素烧产品进行施釉,然后置于窑炉 中进行烧成制备得到砭具2。
通过实施例2的方法制备得到的陶瓷材料形成的砭具2,制备得到 的红外波普宽带的最大波长为13~15μm。
使用本发明的陶瓷材料制备得到的砭具形状规则、圆润光滑、具有 良好的滚动性和接触感,且强度高、耐磨损,所发射的13~14μm以 上的远红外线,与生物体所需的波段相匹配,具有良好的热效应和共 振效应,能促进人体血液循环和新陈代谢,结合中国医学之砭术的方 式,可以达到优异的效果。
如本发明的发明内容中描述,无需寻找特定天然石料,也无需打磨 成特定形状,可以采用制备陶瓷产品的任意方法制备,可以形成任意 的特定形状,同时,作为砭具使用时,通常会以石料为主并与其他材 料相组合,形成医疗保健工具,但是,在使用本发明的陶瓷材料制备 砭具时,则无需考虑两种材料的结合,以及两种材料结合产生的强度 降低等因素。即,有效地解决了具有医疗保健的石料资源有限、加工 难、其保健效果参差不齐等缺点。
Claims (9)
1.一种人造砭石的制备方法,其中,该方法包括以下步骤:
矿石处理步骤:分别将钾长石、钠长石、砭石、玛瑙、莫来石、方镁石、方解石、萤石、石英石、麦饭石、电气石在840-860℃下煅烧3.5-4.5h,并冷却至常温后研磨,过90-170目筛,备用;
粘土处理步骤:分别将高岭土、膨润土、粘土分别在620-650℃煅烧3.5.-4.5h,并冷却至常温后研磨,过90-170目筛,备用;
制备瓷泥步骤:按重量计,取高岭土11-13%、粘土31-33%、膨润土8-10%、石英石9-10%、钠长石4-6%、骨粉7-10%、莫来石2.5-3.5%、电气石8-8.5%、麦饭石5-5.5%、稀士元素3.2-4.5%作为瓷泥原料投进球磨机,加瓷泥原料总重量的80-100%的水,进行研磨30-36h,再静置24h,除去水中漂浮物,再采用磁铁除杂,然后除水、压泥、练泥至泥料含水重量百分比为15-18%,制成瓷泥;
制备瓷釉步骤:按重量计,取高岭土3-3.5%、膨润土7.5-8.5%、钾长石30-35%、方解石5-6.5%、氧化锌8-9.5%、碳酸钡3.2-4.5%、三氧化钛1.5-2.%、石英石6.8-7.5%、熔块2.5-3%、碳酸锂4-5.5%、萤石4.5-5.5%、稀土元素5.5-6.8%、电气石12.8-13.2%、远红外粉2.5-3.5%、纳米银离子1-1.5%作为瓷釉原料,投进球磨机,加瓷釉原料总重量的80-100%的水,进行研磨30-36h,再净置24h,除去水中漂浮物,再采用磁铁除杂,然后除水压泥、练泥至泥料含水重量百分比为15-18%,制成瓷釉;
成型步骤:将所述瓷泥按传统陶瓷生产方法进行成型、干燥,再在840-860℃下素烧2.5-3.h,并自然冷却至常温,得到素烧产品;
烧成步骤:采用所述瓷釉给所述素烧产品进行施釉,然后置于窑炉中进行烧成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述常温为20-35℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括选自以下成分的至少一种以上成分:远红外粉、负离子粉、锗粉、稀土镧、麦饭石、木鱼石、托玛琳石粉。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述远红外粉至少包括以下成分中至少一种以上,Si、Ai、K、Na、Fe、Ti、Mg、C、SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O、NA2O、MnO、CaO、MgO、P2O5、Ge10 -6、TiO2、ZnO、Mo、Se。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述稀土元素为钇或钕。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的人造砭石的制备方法,制备得到的结晶颗粒度小于0.5mm,优选小于0.1mm,更优选小于0.05mm。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的人造砭石的制备方法,制备得到的红外波普宽带的最大波长为13μm以上、优选为14μm以上。
8.一种砭具,采用根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法制备得到。
9.一种权利要求8所述的砭具在骨关节类疾病、中风后遗症、肌肉痉挛、痛经、月经不调等妇科类疾病、头痛、头晕、感冒、近视眼、皮肤病、糖尿病、腹泻、腹胀、便秘、失眠、更年期综合征、美容、减肥中的应用。
