德化窑是中国民窑的代表,民间传统工艺个性显著,个体生产方式突出,民间个体经济成份含量高,产品种类多、数量大、品质高。德化瓷雕在对外贸易和中外文化交流中占有重要的地位。德化窑白瓷是中国白瓷的代表,十七世纪传入欧洲,被欧洲誉为"中国白"。当时欧洲的陶瓷厂商为了仿制生产"中国白"投入巨资攻关,推动了当时欧美陶瓷业的发展。德化窑炉是"串窑的始祖",对中外窑炉改革和窑业技术进步起过推动的作用。德化窑对国内外陶瓷发展曾经发挥过重要的影响,在中外陶瓷史上占有重要的地位。
二、学术价值:德化瓷塑在故宫博物院、南京、上海、广州博物馆,英国、法国、日本、美国、意大利等国家的各大博物馆都有珍藏,且为镇馆之宝。它对于了解、研究和弘扬中国文化,促进文化交流及友好往来,起到了不可估量的作用。
德化有着得天独厚的瓷土资源,自宋代形成以来,历代能工巧匠利用这种有温柔美感的独有瓷质,发挥他们的"迁想妙得"和技艺,达到材质、题材、技艺的完美结合,形成了如下一些基本特征:
1、德化瓷雕塑是对于其他艺术门类的兼收并蓄,是民族文化的积淀;它 表情静谧安逸、端庄慈祥、气势纵横飘洒、静中取动、节奏抑扬顿挫、疏密有致。
2、瓷雕、瓷花捏塑技艺,德化瓷雕、瓷花的传统技艺有捏、塑、刻、搓、削、刮、接、擦、划等。其中捏塑法更是令人叫绝,其精巧纤秀,工细逼真。
3、德化瓷在刻花、浮雕装饰上,工艺美与材质美融为一体,呈现出温文尔雅,高贵含蓄的名窑气质。尤其建白瓷的装饰或刻划并用,或浮印兼施,其积釉处浓淡分明,层次丰富。这种独特的艺术效果与优雅温润的瓷质结合紧密,浑然天成、相得益彰。
象牙白瓷,是世界陶瓷之都德化固有的白瓷,其瓷质如脂如玉,温润明净,因其瓷质柔软,且烧成温度高达1350度,极难成型,故德化主要以手捏瓷花和陶瓷雕塑为主。但是现有的象牙白瓷不具有负氧离子、远红外线抗菌杀菌的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种具有负氧离子和负氧离子和抗菌杀菌功能的瓷板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包含如下重量份原料:高岭土40%、钾长石45%、氧化硅10%、负氧离子和远红外天然矿石5%;所述的高岭土包含如下重量份组分:三氧化二铝36-40%,二氧化硅43-46%,三氧化二铁0.01-0.02%,原矿天然白度90-95度;所述的钾长石包含如下重量份组分:二氧化硅60-65%,三氧化二铝18-20%,三氧化二铁0.1-0.05%,氧化钾11-15%,氧化钠3-5%;所述的氧化硅中二氧化硅的含量为96-99%;所述的负氧离子和远红外天然矿石由能产生远红外线的火山岩、电气石与硅石提炼出来;
它的制备工艺包含如下步骤:
一、取40%的高岭土、45%的钾长石和10%的氧化硅,用球磨机研磨100小时后加入5%的负氧离子和远红外天然矿石研磨10小时;出浆后用380目的过滤网,过滤除铁;
二、陶瓷坯体经过瓷板定型、雕塑的画龙点睛、瓷花的镶嵌,整理成成品后,成型并干燥入窑素烧850-900度后出窑,洗坯;
三、瓷板上釉或抛光;瓷板釉面釉水采用纯天然的矿石作为装饰釉面原材料,在成品瓷板上以书画为底稿,以手捏瓷花为装饰,以局部雕塑起画龙点睛之作用,整体或局部加上如哥窑、汝窑、官窑、定窑、钧窑以及窑变的效果,以达到最佳装饰效果;
四、再次入窑直接烧制成瓷,烧成曲线为:0-900度的升温时间为3.5-4个小时,900-1200度升温时间为4-5小时,1200-1350度的升温时间为4-5个小时,达到温度后在窑里持续窑温保温2-3小时。
进一步地,步骤三中洗坯后的瓷板通过书画名家根据成品瓷板手画作品,然后作品上釉,并烧制成瓷;
进一步地,步骤三中洗坯后的瓷板直接作品上釉或抛光后再次入窑直接烧制成瓷,再根据瓷板成品,将书画作品印制成花纸,粘贴于瓷板上,780度温度烤花后,即成釉上装饰瓷板。
采用上述方案后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种具有负氧离子和抗菌杀菌功能的瓷板,集手捏花、雕塑与瓷板为一体,结合陶瓷釉料经过窑炉烧成,能产生不同的窑变效果,如哥窑、汝窑、官窑、定窑、钧窑以及窑变等效果,并且能产生负氧离子和远红外线,具有增加负氧离子含量和抗菌杀菌的功能。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步的说明。
本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含如下重量份原料:高岭土40%、钾长石45%、氧化硅10%、负氧离子和远红外天然矿石5%;所述的高岭土包含如下重量份组分:三氧化二铝36-40%,二氧化硅43-46%,三氧化二铁0.01-0.02%,原矿天然白度90-95度;所述的钾长石包含如下重量份组分:二氧化硅60-65%,三氧化二铝18-20%,三氧化二铁0.1-0.05%,氧化钾11-15%,氧化钠3-5%;所述的氧化硅中二氧化硅的含量为96-99%;所述的负氧离子和远红外天然矿石由能产生远红外线的火山岩、电气石与硅石提炼出来;
它的制备工艺包含如下步骤:
一、取40%的高岭土、45%的钾长石和10%的氧化硅,用球磨机研磨100小时后加入5%的负氧离子和远红外天然矿石研磨10小时;出浆后用380目的过滤网,过滤除铁,降低减少杂质与氧化铁的污染,提高瓷质的白度与透明度,不上釉的瓷质手感极佳;
二、陶瓷坯体经过瓷板定型、雕塑的画龙点睛、瓷花的镶嵌,整理成成品后,成型并干燥入窑素烧850-900度后出窑,洗坯;
三、瓷板上釉或抛光;瓷板釉面釉水采用纯天然的矿石作为装饰釉面原材料,在成品瓷板上以书画为底稿,以手捏瓷花为装饰,以局部雕塑起画龙点睛之作用,将象牙瓷打造成真正的艺术品的同时,可作为高雅的艺术装饰装修材料应用,同时,负氧离子和远红外的合理揉入,在艺术装饰的同时,达到置身于大自然的效果;
四、再次入窑直接烧制成瓷,烧成曲线为:0-900度的升温时间为3.5-4个小时,900-1200度升温时间为4-5小时,1200-1350度的升温时间为4-5个小时,达到温度后在窑里持续窑温保温2-3小时。
进一步地,步骤三中洗坯后的瓷板通过书画名家根据成品瓷板手画作品,然后作品上釉,并烧制成瓷,制成的瓷板为釉下作品,可作为收藏、馈赠、装饰等用途,此为定制类,不能批量生产;
进一步地,步骤三中洗坯后的瓷板直接作品上釉或抛光后再次入窑直接烧制成瓷,烧成曲线为:0-900度的升温时间为3.5-4个小时,900-1200度升温时间为4-5小时,1200-1350度的升温时间为4-5个小时,达到温度后可在窑里持续窑温保温2-3小时,达到最佳效果后,根据瓷板成品,将书画作品印制成花纸,粘贴于瓷板上,780度温度烤花后,即成釉上装饰瓷板,可复制并批量生产。
本具体实施方式生产的瓷板厚度最薄在0.2-0.3CM,结合手捏花、瓷雕、釉变、书画装饰与瓷板的完美结合,能产生高达3万个以上/立方厘米负氧离子、远红外线来抗菌杀菌;适用于摆设和装饰,以及应用于文化领域和家庭办公领域,最大尺寸长度在100-150CM范围内,宽度在80-100CM范围内;厚度增加,能达到抗打击的效果。
负氧离子和远红外线抗菌杀菌原材料选用天然矿石为原料,瓷板的烧成温度高达1310℃-1350℃,已经完全瓷化,集手捏花、雕塑与瓷板为一体,结合陶瓷釉料经过窑炉烧成,能产生不同的窑变效果,如哥窑、汝窑、定窑、官窑、钧窑以及窑变等效果。它集光学、热学、医学性能于一体。远红外瓷板能释放出波长为6-17微米的远红外线,此波长范围内的远红外线易被人体吸收,而不会伤害到人体。因为远红外线的热效应使人体细胞共振吸收后,从而可具有以下几方面功能:1、激活了生物大分子的活性;2、使生物体的分子能够被激发而处于较高振动状态;3、促进和改善血液循环;4、增强新陈代谢;5、提高人体免疫功能;6、具有消炎、消肿的作用。
负氧离子和远红外线具有以下作用:
1、能够提高抵御癌细胞活性,抑制癌细胞的生成与变异,抑制血清胆固醇的生成,对血液的净化效果,使巨噬细胞活化,防止血管上的脂质沉积;
2、抑制肾上腺素的产生,通过扩张末梢神经来改善血液循环并维持血压的稳定,防止引起动脉硬化或肝脏功能障碍;能够使各组织细胞活化、增强免疫力,有助于维持人体的健康水平;
3、使细胞新陈代谢旺盛、提高其自然治愈力,有效阻止细胞以及机体的老化;
4、使体内蓄积的废物或毒素及造成神经、肌肉疼痛等原因的物质——弱酸被迅速分解掉,从而消除疼痛及疲劳;
5、能够消除肌肉紧张、减轻精神压力,对缓解失眠等神经系统疾病有良好的作用;
6、激活了生物大分子的活性,使生物体的分子能够被激发而处于较高振动状态,这样使激活了核酸蛋白质等生物大水分子的活性,从而发挥了生物大分子调节机体代谢、免疫等活动的功能,有利于机能的恢复和平衡,达到防病治病的目的;
7、促进和改善血液循环,远红外作用于皮肤后,大部分能量被皮肤所吸收,被吸收的能量转化为热能,引起皮温升高,刺激皮肤内热感觉器,通过丘脑反射,使血管扩张,血液循环加快;另一方面由于热作用,引起血管活性物质的释放,血管张力低,浅小动脉、浅毛细管和浅静脉扩张,血液循环得以改善(通过中国医学科学院血液病研究所检测)20分钟可使微循环血流量提高114%,增强新陈代谢;如果人体的新陈代谢发生紊乱,引起体内物质交换失常,那么各种疾病将会不约而至,诸如水和电解质代谢紊乱,将给生命带来危险:糖代谢紊乱所致糖尿病的发生;脂代谢紊乱引起的高血脂症、肥胖症;蛋白质代谢紊乱引起痛风等等;
8、通过远红外热效应、可以增加细胞的活力,调整神经液机体,加强新陈代谢,使体内外的物质交换处于平稳状态;
9、具有消炎、消肿功能;远红外的热作用通过神经液的回答反应,激活了免疫细胞功能,加强了白细胞和网状内皮细胞的吞噬功能,达到消炎抑菌的目的;增强了组织营养、活跃了组织代谢、提高了细胞供氧量,加强了细胞再生能力、改善了病区的供血氧状态、控制了炎症的发展并使其局限化,加速了病灶修复;
10、远红外的热效应,改善了微循环、建立了侧枝循环、调节了离子的深度、促进了有毒物质的代谢、废物的排泄、加速了渗出物质的吸收、使炎症水肿消退;基于以上原理,远红外线能量具有从高到低的可传递性,即能量可从强大的一方传向衰弱的一方,所谓天之道损有余补不足,对调节人体各器官的能量平衡十分重要。
以上所述,仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其它修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (4)
1.一种具有负氧离子和抗菌杀菌功能的瓷板,其特征在于它包含如下重量份原料:高岭土40%、钾长石45%、氧化硅10%、负氧离子和远红外天然矿石5%;所述的高岭土包含如下重量份组分:三氧化二铝36-40%,二氧化硅43-46%,三氧化二铁0.01-0.02%,原矿天然白度90-95度;所述的钾长石包含如下重量份组分:二氧化硅60-65%,三氧化二铝18-20%,三氧化二铁0.1-0.05%,氧化钾11-15%,氧化钠3-5%;所述的氧化硅中二氧化硅的含量为96-99%;所述的负氧离子和远红外天然矿石由能产生远红外线的火山岩、电气石与硅石提炼出来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有负氧离子和抗菌杀菌功能的瓷板,其特征在于它的制备工艺包含如下步骤:
一、取40%的高岭土、45%的钾长石和10%的氧化硅,用球磨机研磨100小时后加入5%的负氧离子和远红外天然矿石研磨10小时;出浆后用380目的过滤网,过滤除铁;
二、陶瓷坯体经过瓷板定型、雕塑的画龙点睛、瓷花的镶嵌,整理成成品后,成型并干燥入窑素烧850-900度后出窑,洗坯;

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有负氧离子和负氧离子和抗菌杀菌功能的瓷板,其特征在于步骤三中洗坯后的瓷板通过书画名家根据成品瓷板手画作品,然后作品上釉,并烧制成瓷。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有负氧离子和抗菌杀菌功能的瓷板,其特征在于步骤三中洗坯后的瓷板直接作品上釉或抛光或加上哥窑、汝窑、官窑、定窑、钧窑以及窑变的釉料效果后再次入窑直接烧制成瓷,再根据瓷板成品,将书画作品印制成花纸,粘贴于瓷板上,780度温度烤花后,即成釉上装饰瓷板。
