一种制备所述的负离子内衬的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、碳纤维、麦饭石、二氧化钛、稀土氧化物、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别进行粉碎处理,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后物料充分混合均匀,并进行加热处理;
(3)向步骤(2)加热后物料中依次加入水、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和三聚氰胺,在搅拌条件下进行充分反应,得到浆料,备用;
(4)采用涂覆工艺将步骤(3)所述浆料涂覆在无纺布上,即得所述的负离子内衬。
步骤(1)中,粉碎后各物料的粒径均为200-300目。
步骤(2)中,进行所述加热处理的温度为46-55℃,进行所述加热处理的时间为25-30min。
步骤(3)中,进行所述搅拌的速率为350-450rpm,进行所述搅拌的时间为40-45min;
进行所述反应的温度为60-80℃。
步骤(4)中,涂覆过程控制刮刀隔距1-2mm,生产车速8-12m/min,烘箱温度170-180℃。
一种包括所述负离子内衬的眼罩。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述的负离子内衬,通过采用电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、碳纤维、麦饭石、二氧化钛、稀土氧化物、聚碳酸酯、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、三聚氰胺为原料并进行适合的重量配比,最终制备得到的负离子内衬,能够产生负离子,释放负离子量高达6000-8000个/cm3,还会释放8-15μm的远红外线;将所述负离子内衬用于制成眼罩,人戴上后可有效保护眼睛,消除疲劳,舒缓眼部神经及血管压力,促进眼部血液循环流通,消炎镇痛,去除黑眼圈,预防白内障与其他眼疾,并可有效预防近视。此外,人戴上所述眼罩后睡眠,可帮助延长睡眠,提高睡眠质量。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
下面实施例中以1重量份代表1g。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种负离子内衬,原料组分包括:
电气石12重量份、远红外陶瓷粉18重量份、碳纤维1重量份、麦饭石5重量份、二氧化钛1重量份、氧化铈12重量份、聚碳酸酯5重量份、2重量份聚乳酸、6重量份聚乙内酯、2重量份邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、8重量份三聚氰胺、水80重量份。
进一步,本发明提供一种所述负离子内衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、碳纤维、麦饭石、二氧化钛、稀土氧化物、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别进行粉碎处理,粉碎后各物料的粒径均为200目,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后物料充分混合均匀,并在46℃进行加热处理30min;
(3)向步骤(2)加热后物料中依次加入水、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和三聚氰胺,在350rpm的搅拌条件下、60℃进行搅拌反应45min,得到浆料,备用;
(4)采用涂覆工艺将步骤(3)所述浆料涂覆在无纺布上,涂覆过程控制刮刀隔距1mm,生产车速8m/min,烘箱温度170℃,最终制得所述负离子内衬。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种负离子内衬,原料组分包括:
电气石18重量份、远红外陶瓷粉12重量份、碳纤维5重量份、麦饭石1重量份、二氧化钛5重量份、氧化钇8重量份、聚碳酸酯2重量份、6重量份聚乳酸、2重量份聚乙内酯、6重量份邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、2重量份三聚氰胺、水120重量份。
进一步,本发明提供一种所述负离子内衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、碳纤维、麦饭石、二氧化钛、稀土氧化物、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别进行粉碎处理,粉碎后各物料的粒径均为300目,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后物料充分混合均匀,并在55℃进行加热处理25min;
(3)向步骤(2)加热后物料中依次加入水、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和三聚氰胺,在450rpm的搅拌条件下、80℃进行搅拌反应40min,得到浆料,备用;
(4)采用涂覆工艺将步骤(3)所述浆料涂覆在无纺布上,涂覆过程控制刮刀隔距2mm,生产车速12m/min,烘箱温度180℃,最终制得所述负离子内衬。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种负离子内衬,原料组分包括:
电气石14重量份、远红外陶瓷粉16重量份、碳纤维2重量份、麦饭石4重量份、二氧化钛2重量份、氧化钕11重量份、聚碳酸酯4重量份、3重量份聚乳酸、4重量份聚乙内酯、3重量份邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、6重量份三聚氰胺、水90重量份。
进一步,本发明提供一种所述负离子内衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、碳纤维、麦饭石、二氧化钛、稀土氧化物、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别进行粉碎处理,粉碎后各物料的粒径均为250目,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后物料充分混合均匀,并在50℃进行加热处理28min;
(3)向步骤(2)加热后物料中依次加入水、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和三聚氰胺,在400rpm的搅拌条件下、70℃进行搅拌反应42min,得到浆料,备用;
(4)采用涂覆工艺将步骤(3)所述浆料涂覆在无纺布上,涂覆过程控制刮刀隔距1.5mm,生产车速10m/min,烘箱温度175℃,最终制得所述负离子内衬。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种负离子内衬,原料组分包括:
电气石16重量份、远红外陶瓷粉14重量份、碳纤维4重量份、麦饭石2重量份、二氧化钛4重量份、稀土氧化物9重量份、聚碳酸酯3重量份、4重量份聚乳酸、3重量份聚乙内酯、4重量份邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、4重量份三聚氰胺、水110重量份。
其中,所述稀土氧化物为氧化铈、氧化钇、氧化钕按照质量比1:1:1组成的混合物。
进一步,本发明提供一种所述负离子内衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、碳纤维、麦饭石、二氧化钛、稀土氧化物、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别进行粉碎处理,粉碎后各物料的粒径均为250目,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后物料充分混合均匀,并在50℃进行加热处理28min;
(3)向步骤(2)加热后物料中依次加入水、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和三聚氰胺,在400rpm的搅拌条件下、70℃进行搅拌反应42min,得到浆料,备用;
(4)采用涂覆工艺将步骤(3)所述浆料涂覆在无纺布上,涂覆过程控制刮刀隔距1.5mm,生产车速10m/min,烘箱温度175℃,最终制得所述负离子内衬。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种负离子内衬,原料组分包括:
电气石15重量份、远红外陶瓷粉15重量份、碳纤维3重量份、麦饭石3重量份、二氧化钛3重量份、稀土氧化物10重量份、聚碳酸酯3.5重量份、3.5重量份聚乳酸、3.5重量份聚乙内酯、3.5重量份邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、5重量份三聚氰胺、水100重量份。
其中,所述稀土氧化物为氧化铈、氧化钇、氧化钕按照质量比1:1:1组成的混合物。
进一步,本发明提供一种所述负离子内衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、碳纤维、麦饭石、二氧化钛、稀土氧化物、、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别进行粉碎处理,粉碎后各物料的粒径均为250目,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后物料充分混合均匀,并在50℃进行加热处理28min;
(3)向步骤(2)加热后物料中依次加入水、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和三聚氰胺,在400rpm的搅拌条件下、70℃进行搅拌反应42min,得到浆料,备用;
(4)采用涂覆工艺将步骤(3)所述浆料涂覆在无纺布上,涂覆过程控制刮刀隔距1.5mm,生产车速10m/min,烘箱温度175℃,最终制得所述负离子内衬。
实验例
实验对象:选取普通棉质眼罩内衬、普通橡胶眼罩内衬与本申请实施例5的眼罩内衬进行对比。
实验要求:上述的普通棉质眼罩内衬、普通橡胶眼罩内衬与本申请实施例5的负离子眼罩内衬材料厚度与大小一致。
实验结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明所述负离子眼罩能够产生负离子和远红外线,使用寿命更长,抗拉强度更高。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种负离子内衬,其特征在于,原料组分包括:
电气石12-18重量份、远红外陶瓷粉12-18重量份、碳纤维1-5重量份、麦饭石1-5重量份、二氧化钛1-5重量份、稀土氧化物8-12重量份、聚碳酸酯2-5重量份、2-6重量份聚乳酸、2-6重量份聚乙内酯、2-6重量份邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、2-8重量份三聚氰胺、水80-120重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负离子内衬,其特征在于,原料组分包括:
电气石14-16重量份、远红外陶瓷粉14-16重量份、碳纤维2-4重量份、麦饭石2-4重量份、二氧化钛2-4重量份、稀土氧化物9-11重量份、聚碳酸酯3-4重量份、3-4重量份聚乳酸、3-4重量份聚乙内酯、3-4重量份邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、4-6重量份三聚氰胺、水90-110重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的负离子内衬,其特征在于,原料组分包括:
电气石15重量份、远红外陶瓷粉15重量份、碳纤维3重量份、麦饭石3重量份、二氧化钛3重量份、稀土氧化物10重量份、聚碳酸酯3.5重量份、3.5重量份聚乳酸、3.5重量份聚乙内酯、3.5重量份邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、5重量份三聚氰胺、水100重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的负离子内衬,其特征在于,所述稀土氧化物为氧化铈、氧化钇、氧化钕中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述的负离子内衬的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将电气石、远红外陶瓷粉、碳纤维、麦饭石、二氧化钛、稀土氧化物、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别进行粉碎处理,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)粉碎后物料充分混合均匀,并进行加热处理;
(3)向步骤(2)加热后物料中依次加入水、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯和三聚氰胺,在搅拌条件下进行充分反应,得到浆料,备用;
(4)采用涂覆工艺将步骤(3)所述浆料涂覆在无纺布上,即得所述的负离子内衬。
6.根据权利要求4所述的负离子内衬的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,粉碎后各物料的粒径均为200-300目。
7.根据权利要求4所述的负离子内衬的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,进行所述加热处理的温度为46-55℃,进行所述加热处理的时间为25-30min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的负离子内衬的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,进行所述搅拌的速率为350-450rpm,进行所述搅拌的时间为40-45min;
进行所述反应的温度为60-80℃。
9.根据权利要求4所述的负离子内衬的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,涂覆过程控制刮刀隔距1-2mm,生产车速8-12m/min,烘箱温度170-180℃。
10.一种包括权利要求1-3任一项所述负离子内衬的眼罩。
