Abstract

本发明具体公开了一种新型瘰疠膏药的加工方法,属于中药外用制剂加工领域。一种新型瘰疠膏药是由如下重量份的原料加工而成:聚氯乙烯20克,苯二甲酸二丁酯100克,松香粉180克,氧化锌180克,中药提取物25.25克,本发明加工而成的膏药具有不污染衣物,贴后不滑动,可重复使用的良好效果,且产品较稳定,不易老化变脆,保存期较长,膏药用量小,使用方便,患者乐意接受。

一种新型瘰疠膏药的加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于外用中药制备技术,涉及一种新型瘰疠膏药的加工方法。
背景技术
淋巴结核在医学临床是一种难治的慢性疾病,由于没有确切疗效的治疗药物,一般需要漫长的治疗时间,中药膏药“瘰疠膏”作为消核去瘰外用贴膏剂,经临床应用,具有很好的治疗效果,但,仍需经漫长的治疗时间可取得较好的效果。现有文献介绍的“瘰疠膏”均以植物油、松香等为基质与药物混匀制成的膏药,由于松香的用量偏大,药物的成分偏小,导致其“瘰疠膏”的临床用药时间漫长,给病患带来了思想和经济上的负担。但就目前应用的黑膏药是外用中医药传统制备方法制得的。则是以油脂类和氧化铅等在一定条件下结合而成的一种铅硬膏,软化后,虽然具有一定弹性和粘性,但弹性不足,粘性过高。因此,增加弹性,释放降低粘性,是膏药制备中应寻求的方向。利用现代科学方法,对原有较好功效的松香膏药进行改进,制备一种新型膏药以减少膏药的硬度,减化使用中需再软化的过程,更利于贴敷是本发明的目的所在。
发明内容
为了克服以上的不足,本发明提供了一种不用油脂和大量松香作为基质加工成的瘰疠膏药。
本发明的目的是提供一种新型瘰疠膏药的加工方法。
为了实现本发明,具体采用了以下技术方案:
一种新型瘰疠膏药的加工方法,其特征是由以下重量份的原料聚氯乙烯20克,苯二甲酸二丁酯100克,松香粉180克,氧化锌180克,中药提取物25.25克按以下方法制得:称取聚氯乙烯粉,置于钳锅内,加入苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀,在直火上加热,并不断搅拌,待加热至102℃-105℃时,呈白色糊状体,再继续加热使温度升至138℃-142℃,并不断搅拌翻动物料,至逐渐呈透明粘稠体时,分次加入松香细粉(50目),边加边搅拌,使之成为黄色均一透明粘稠体后,适当降温,保持温度在115℃-118℃,分次加入氧化锌粉,充分搅拌,然后再加入中药提取物细粉,并充分搅拌使均匀,趁热定量摊涂于裱褙材料上,即得;所述的中药提取物由以下方法制得:将老鼠拉冬瓜125g,大飞扬草125g,旱莲草125g,千里光125g,蒲公英125g,金盏银盘64g分别打碎,称取各药,混匀,用中药材重量8倍含量浓度为67%v/v乙醇浸泡14天后,滤取浸泡液,回收乙醇得浓缩液,备用,将乙醇浸泡后的药渣加中药材重量10倍的纯净水,煎煮2.5小时,滤取煎煮液,然后再将药渣加入中药材重量5倍的纯净水,煎煮1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,将二次煎煮液合并,并入上述浓缩液,经过滤,浓缩,干燥至含水量小于5%,经粉碎过90目筛,即得中药提取物。
本发明中采用的所有中药原料均为符合标准的市售商品。
由于本发明采用了上述方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明是一种不采用油脂和氧化铅加工膏药的方法,节约了食用油脂,同时也不是采用大量松香与油脂制的松香膏药,本发明加工方法简单,操作方便,工艺易于掌握,可省略制备传统黑膏药基质时的“熬油”、“下丹”、“去火毒”等繁琐工艺,也避免了容易引起燃烧进而铅中毒等的危险。同时也避免了松香膏药带来的质地较硬的不足。本发明利用中药的提取物成分,使制备的膏药用量小,很容易经过贴敷达到吸收发挥治疗功效,使之达到消核去瘰的效果。
本发明的膏药与传统的黑膏药相比,具有贴前不需要软化,不同于利用植物油与松香为基质的松香膏药,松香膏药质地较硬,用时也尚需软化处理。本发明加工而成的膏药具有不污染衣物,贴后不滑动,可重复使用的良好效果,且产品较稳定,不易老化变脆,保存期较长。
本发明加工的膏药用量小。使用方便,每帖贴敷于患处,每五天换药一次,经数例患者比较使用,结果与本中药配方制备的“松香膏药”没有显著差异,均取得较好的临床治疗效果,且本发明膏药患者也乐意接受,能够显示出本发明膏药比其它如黑膏药和松香膏药有更好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1
瘰疠膏药的加工方法
称取原料聚氯乙烯粉20克置于钳锅内,加入苯二甲酸二丁酯100克,搅拌均匀,在直火上加热,并不断搅拌,待加热至102℃时,呈白色糊状体,再继续加热使温度升至138℃,并不断搅拌翻动物料,至逐渐呈透明粘稠体时,分次加入松香细粉180克,边加边搅拌,使之成为黄色均一透明粘稠体后,适当降温,保持温度在115℃,分次加入氧化锌粉180克,充分搅拌,然后再加入中药提取物细粉25.25克,并充分搅拌使均匀,趁热取量10克摊涂于裱褙材料上,即得;
其中中药提取物的制备方法如下:
将老鼠拉冬瓜125g,大飞扬草125g,旱莲草125g,千里光125g,蒲公英125g,金盏银盘64g分别打碎,称取各药,混匀,用5512g含量浓度为67%v/v乙醇浸泡14天后,滤取浸泡液,回收乙醇得浓缩液,备用,将乙醇浸泡后的药渣加6890g的纯净水,煎煮2.5小时,滤取煎煮液,然后再将药渣加入3445g的纯净水,煎煮1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,将二次煎煮液合并,并入上述浓缩液,经过滤,浓缩,干燥至含水量小于5%,经粉碎过90目筛,即得中药提取物。
实施例2
瘰疠膏药的加工方法

称取原料聚氯乙烯粉20克置于钳锅内,加入苯二甲酸二丁酯100克,搅拌均匀,在直火上加热,并不断搅拌,待加热至103℃时,呈白色糊状体,再继续加热使温度升至140℃,并不断搅拌翻动物料,至逐渐呈透明粘稠体时,分次加入松香细粉180克,边加边搅拌,使之成为黄色均一透明粘稠体后,适当降温,保持温度在116℃,分次加入氧化锌粉180克,充分搅拌,然后再加入中药提取物细粉25.25克,并充分搅拌使均匀,趁热取量10克摊涂于裱褙材料上,即得;
其中中药提取物的制备方法如下:
将老鼠拉冬瓜125g,大飞扬草125g,旱莲草125g,千里光125g,蒲公英125g,金盏银盘64g分别打碎,称取各药,混匀,用5512g含量浓度为67%v/v乙醇浸泡14天后,滤取浸泡液,回收乙醇得浓缩液,备用,将乙醇浸泡后的药渣加6890g的纯净水,煎煮2.5小时,滤取煎煮液,然后再将药渣3445g的纯净水,煎煮1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,将二次煎煮液合并,并入上述浓缩液,经过滤,浓缩,干燥至含水量小于5%,经粉碎过90目筛,即得中药提取物。
临床疗效:
采用本发明的瘰疠膏药贴敷治疗淋巴结核8例(其中颈淋巴结核6例,腋下淋巴结核2例),治愈5例,有效2例,无效1例,治愈率62.5%,有效25%,无效12.5%。
典型病例:尚某某,男,48岁,患颈淋巴结核4年,经多处治疗均无明显效果,长期服用抗结核药物雷米封片,利福平胶囊,无明显好转。患者于2016年6月开始采用贴敷本发明瘰疠膏药,每5天更换一帖,经六个月的贴敷治疗后痊愈。淋巴结体征消失,血项检查正常。随访至今未见复发。

Claims (1)

1.一种新型瘰疠膏药,其特征在于,它是由以下重量的原料加工而成:聚氯乙烯20克,苯二甲酸二丁酯100克,松香粉180克,氧化锌180克,中药提取物25.25克,其加工方法如下:称取聚氯乙烯粉,置于钳锅内,加入苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀,在直火上加热,并不断搅拌,待加热至102℃-105℃时,呈白色糊状体,再继续加热使温度升至138℃-142℃,并不断搅拌翻动物料,至逐渐呈透明粘稠体时,分次加入松香50目粉,边加边搅拌,使之成为黄色均一透明粘稠体后,适当降温,保持温度在115℃-118℃,分次加入氧化锌粉,充分搅拌,然后再加入中药提取物细粉,并充分搅拌使均匀,趁热定量摊涂于裱褙材料上,即得;所述的中药提取物由以下方法制得:将老鼠拉冬瓜125g,大飞扬草125g,旱莲草125g,千里光125g,蒲公英125g,金盏银盘64g分别打碎,称取各药,混匀,用中药材重量8倍含量浓度为67%v/v乙醇浸泡14天后,滤取浸泡液,回收乙醇得浓缩液,备用,将乙醇浸泡后的药渣加中药材重量10倍的纯净水,煎煮2.5小时,滤取煎煮液,然后再将药渣加入中药材重量5倍的纯净水,煎煮1.5小时,滤取煎煮液,将二次煎煮液合并,并入上述浓缩液,经过滤,浓缩,干燥至含水量小于5%,经粉碎过90目筛,即得中药提取物。
