一种手性吡咯并嘧啶化合物的制备方法及相关中间体。该方法使式A化合物与式6化合物或其盐反应得到式7化合物或式14化合物以及由式7化合物或式14化合物制备得到式Ⅰ化合物,以及所用中间体、中间体的制备方法和中间体在制备式Ⅰ化合物中的用途。所述制备方法具有步骤简短、高立体选择性、原子利用率高、反应条件温和、后处理简便的特点,避免使用价格昂贵的不对称反应催化剂,适合工业化生产。
