本发明涉及板材领域,具体涉及一种木材复合板。
技术背景
木质材料是一种性能优良的天然高分子材料,以其天然材料所具有的优势及自然、美丽的纹理在建筑装饰领域倍受青睐,是一种人类不可缺少的家居材料。但是木质材料存在着严重的火灾隐患,长期以来,其防火问题一直是建筑装饰领域亟待解决的重要问题。
近些年虽然出现一些防火的木板产品,但其或防火等级普遍偏低,不能实际解决防火问题;或使用含卤素阻燃剂,在阻燃过程中会释放氯气、溴气等有毒气体;或耗用大量优质木材,生产成本过高;或使用拼接木材,影响产品的美观性、耐摩擦性以及力学强度。进一步地,目前所出现的一些木材复合板在制作过程中使用大量不耐高温、不防水的胶黏剂,这些胶黏剂使用前期还会释放大量甲醛等有害气体;另外,一些木材复合板通过加入改性PVC和改性PVA等高分子材料提高复合板的阻燃性能,却使生产成本提高。
因此,亟待设计一种防火等级高、安全环保、使用强度高的木材复合板及其制作方法。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种木材复合板及其制作方法,使其具有防水、防虫、防火、绿色环保、生产成本低、强度高等优异性能。
一种木材复合板,其特征在于:包括阻燃层,所述阻燃层两侧面分别通过胶黏剂粘接有一层或多层木板;所述阻燃层厚度为2-30mm,并且所述阻燃层组成配比包括增强材料50-100kg、填充材料30-50kg、胶凝材料400-700kg;所述木板厚度为1-20mm,并且所述木板内部渗透有阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂。
进一步地,所述增强材料包括竹纤维和/或玻璃纤维。
进一步地,所述增强材料的直径为9-13μm。
进一步地,所述填充材料包含珍珠岩粉和/或蛭石粉。
进一步地,所述胶凝材料包括氯化镁、氧化镁或水泥中的任意一种或几种。
进一步地,所述胶黏剂为具有防水和耐高温性能的硅胶胶黏剂。
一种木材复合板的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)木板制备:
a、将木板原材料根据需求加工成厚度1-20mm的木板;
b、将木材阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂溶于水中,配制成混合水溶液;
c、将木板和步骤b中制得的混合水溶液置于浸渍罐中,进行浸渍处理;
d、将浸渍处理后的木板取出后置于高频干燥机或干燥窑中干燥;
(2)制作阻燃层:
a、按照阻燃层配比称取增强材料、填充材料、胶凝材料,备用;
b、将增强材料、填充材料、胶凝材料以及200-500L水加入到搅拌机中,搅拌10-20min,制成浆料;
c、将所述浆料倒入指定模具,置于冷压机中,设定压力在1-6KN范围之间,压制成厚度在2-30mm范围之间的阻燃层;
d、将所述阻燃层取出后经干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为60-70℃,干燥时间为6-8h;
(3)木材复合板组装
a、对阻燃层和木板的粘接面进行清洁处理,保证粘接面无油污、无尘土、无水;
b、向各粘接面均匀涂抹一层胶黏剂,并按照中间为阻燃层、阻燃层两侧均为一层或多层木板的顺序粘接成木材复合板;
c、将所述木材复合板放入冷压机,设定压力在3-5KN范围之间,进行压制;
d、将所述木材复合板取出后经过干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为55-60℃,干燥时间为9-12h。
e、干燥后去除毛边,切割,质检,打包入库。
进一步地,所述浸渍处理的具体步骤包括:
1)将清洁干燥的木板置于浸渍罐中,开启真空泵将浸渍罐抽成真空度为0.08-0.1MPa,静置15-25min后,加入所述混合水溶液;
2)开启压力泵,保持浸渍罐的压力为0.15-0.25MPa,静置55-65min,排出混合水溶液;
3)再次抽真空,使浸渍罐的真空度保持在0.08-0.1MPa范围之间,静置25-35min,取出。
进一步地,所述阻燃层同侧的多层木板粘接时,相邻两层木板纹理交错放置。
进一步地,所述木材阻燃剂为磷系阻燃剂;所述防虫防腐剂为环保型防虫防腐剂。
进一步地,所述木材阻燃剂和所述防虫防腐剂配置的混合水溶液中木材阻燃剂质量浓度为10%-20%,防虫防腐剂质量浓度为10%-20%。
进一步地,所述木材厚度为3-15mm。

有益效果:
本发明提供一种木材复合板,包括阻燃层和经阻燃处理的木板;采用无卤阻燃剂进行木板处理,阻燃性能优异,且不会向环境释放有毒气体;使用硅胶胶黏剂进行多层材料的粘结,无甲醛等有害气体释放、绿色环保,且具有耐高温、防水等优点;阻燃层采用竹纤维和/或玻璃纤维作为增强材料,珍珠岩粉和/或蛭石粉作为填充材料,氯化镁、氧化镁、水泥作为胶凝材料,使产品生产成本降低、阻燃性能优异、力学强度提高。另外,本发明木材复合板的制作方法进一步保证了产品的力学强度和阻燃效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种木材复合板,包括阻燃层1,阻燃层1阻燃层两侧面分别通过胶黏剂3粘接有一层木板2;阻燃层1厚度为3mm,并且阻燃层1组成以重量份数计算为增强材料:填充材料:胶凝材料为5:3:40。木板2厚度为3mm,并且木板2内部渗透有阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂。增强材料为竹纤维,其直径为9μm;填充材料为蛭石粉;胶凝材料为水泥;胶黏剂为具有防水和耐高温性能的硅胶胶黏剂。
采用竹纤维为增强材料使木材复合板的力学强度提高;采用蛭石粉作为填充材料,阻燃效果好且生产成本低;采用水泥作为胶凝材料,胶凝效果稳定且生产成本低;采用硅胶胶黏剂进行阻燃层与木板的粘结,具有耐高温性能和防水性能,并且使用过程不释放甲醛等有害气体,使木材复合板的阻燃效果稳定,防水性能优异,环保等级高。使用阻燃剂为磷系阻燃剂,高温条件下不会释放氯气、溴气等有毒气体;使用的防虫防腐剂为环保型防虫防腐剂,绿色无害。
进一步地,上述木材复合板的制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、木板制备:
a、将木板原材料加工成厚度为3mm的木板;
b、将木材阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂溶于水中,配制成质量浓度均为10%的混合水溶液;
c、将清洁干燥的木板置于浸渍罐中,开启真空泵将浸渍罐抽成真空度为0.08MPa,静置15min,以抽出木材细胞腔内的空气,造成负压,有利于阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂进入木材细胞内;待木材细胞腔内的空气抽出后加入混合水溶液;
d、开启压力泵,使浸渍罐的压力为0.15MPa,保持55min,使阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂充分进入木材细胞内部后,排出混合水溶液;
e、再次抽真空,使浸渍罐的真空度为0.08MPa,静置25min,以抽出木材细胞腔内多余的阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂;
f、将上述木板取出后置于高频干燥机或干燥窑中干燥,干燥温度60℃。
(2)、制作阻燃层:
a、按照阻燃层配比称取增强材料、填充材料、胶凝材料,备用;
b、将竹纤维50kg、蛭石粉30kg、水泥400kg、以及200L水加入搅拌机中,搅拌10min,使原料混合均匀,制成浆料;
c、将上述浆料倒入指定模具,置于冷压机中,设定压力为1KN,压制成厚度为3mm的阻燃层;
d、将上述阻燃层取出后经干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为60℃,干燥时间为6h。
(3)、木材复合板组装
a、对于阻燃层和木板的粘接面进行清洁处理,保证粘接面无油污、无尘土、无水,方便施胶,使各粘接面粘接的更加紧密;
b、向各粘接面均匀涂抹一层胶黏剂,并按照中间为阻燃层、阻燃层两侧均为一层木板的顺序粘接成木材复合板;
c、将上述木材复合板放入冷压机,设定压力为3KN,进行压制,使木材复合板结构稳定;
d、将上述木材复合板取出后经过干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为55℃,干燥时间为9h。
e、干燥后去除毛边,按照客户要求切割成相应尺寸;质检,打包入库。
实施例2
如图2所示,一种木材复合板,包括阻燃层1,阻燃层1两侧面分别依次粘接有木板2-1、木板2-2;阻燃层1与木板2-1间、木板2-1与木板2-2间通过硅胶胶黏剂3相粘接。阻燃层1厚度为15mm,并且阻燃层1组成以重量份数计算为增强材料:填充材料:胶凝材料为2:1:14。木板2厚度为15mm,并且木板2-1、木板2-2内部渗透有阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂。增强材料为玻璃纤维,其直径为13μm;填充材料为蛭石粉与珍珠岩粉的混合物;胶凝材料为水泥、氯化镁、氧化镁的混合物。
进一步地,上述木材复合板的制作方法包括以下步骤:
(2)、木板制备:
a、选择材质不同的木板原材料,分别加工成厚度为15mm的木板;
b、将木材阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂溶于水中,配制成质量浓度均为20%的混合水溶液;
c、将清洁干燥的木板置于浸渍罐中,开启真空泵将浸渍罐抽成真空度为0.1MPa,静置25min,以抽出木材细胞腔内的空气,造成负压,有利于阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂进入木材细胞内;待木材细胞腔内的空气抽出后加入混合水溶液;
d、开启压力泵,使浸渍罐的压力为0.25MPa,保持65min,使阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂充分进入木材细胞内部后,排出混合水溶液;
e、再次抽真空,使浸渍罐的真空度为0.1MPa,静置35min,以抽出木材细胞腔内多余的阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂;
f、将上述木板取出后置于高频干燥机或干燥窑中干燥,干燥温度60℃。
(2)、制作阻燃层:
a、按照阻燃层配比称取增强材料、填充材料、胶凝材料,备用;
b、将玻璃纤维100kg、蛭石粉20kg、珍珠岩粉30kg、水泥200kg、氯化镁200kg、氧化镁300kg以及500L水加入搅拌机中,搅拌20min,使原料混合均匀,制成浆料;
c、将上述浆料倒入指定模具,置于冷压机中,设定压力为6KN,压制成厚度为15mm的阻燃层;
d、将上述阻燃层取出后经干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为70℃,干燥时间为8h。
(3)、木材复合板组装
a、对于阻燃层和木板的粘接面进行清洁处理,保证粘接面无油污、无尘土、无水,方便施胶,使各粘接面粘接的更加紧密;
b、向各粘接面均匀涂抹一层胶黏剂,并按照中间为阻燃层、阻燃层两侧均为两层木板的顺序粘接成木材复合板;阻燃层同侧的两层木板粘接时,两层木板纹理交错放置;
c、将上述木材复合板放入冷压机,设定压力为5KN,进行压制,使木材复合板结构稳定;
d、将上述木材复合板取出后经过干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为60℃,干燥时间为12h。
e、干燥后去除毛边,按照客户要求切割成相应尺寸;质检,打包入库。
实施例3
一种木材复合板,包括阻燃层,阻燃层两侧面分别通过硅胶胶黏剂粘接有3层木板;阻燃层厚度为2mm,并且阻燃层组成以重量份数计算为增强材料:填充材料:胶凝材料为7:4:50。木板厚度为1mm,并且木板内部渗透有阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂。增强材料为玻璃纤维与竹纤维的混合物,其直径为10μm;填充材料为蛭石粉与珍珠岩粉的混合物;胶凝材料为水泥、氯化镁的混合物。
进一步地,上述木材复合板的制作方法包括以下步骤:
(2)、木板制备:
a、选择材质不同的木板原材料,分别加工成厚度为1mm的木板;
b、将木材阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂溶于水中,配制成质量浓度均为15%的混合水溶液;
c、将清洁干燥的木板置于浸渍罐中,开启真空泵将浸渍罐抽成真空度为0.09MPa,静置20min,以抽出木材细胞腔内的空气,造成负压,有利于阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂进入木材细胞内;待木材细胞腔内的空气抽出后加入混合水溶液;
d、开启压力泵,使浸渍罐的压力为0.2MPa,保持60min,使阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂充分进入木材细胞内部后,排出混合水溶液;
e、再次抽真空,使浸渍罐的真空度为0.09MPa,静置30min,以抽出木材细胞腔内多余的阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂;
f、将上述木板取出后置于高频干燥机或干燥窑中干燥,干燥温度60℃。
(2)、制作阻燃层:
a、按照阻燃层配比称取增强材料、填充材料、胶凝材料,备用;
b、将竹纤维20kg、玻璃纤维50kg、蛭石粉20kg、珍珠岩粉20kg、水泥300kg、氯化镁200kg以及300L水加入搅拌机中,搅拌15min,使原料混合均匀,制成浆料;
c、将上述浆料倒入指定模具,置于冷压机中,设定压力为2KN,压制成厚度为2mm的阻燃层;
d、将上述阻燃层取出后经干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为65℃,干燥时间为7h。
(3)、木材复合板组装
a、对于阻燃层和木板的粘接面进行清洁处理,保证粘接面无油污、无尘土、无水,方便施胶,使各粘接面粘接的更加紧密;
b、向各粘接面均匀涂抹一层胶黏剂,并按照中间为阻燃层、阻燃层两侧均为三层木板的顺序粘接成木材复合板;阻燃层同侧的三层木板粘接时,三层木板纹理交错放置;
c、将上述木材复合板放入冷压机,设定压力为4KN,进行压制,使木材复合板结构稳定;
d、将上述木材复合板取出后经过干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为58℃,干燥时间为10h。
e、干燥后去除毛边,按照客户要求切割成相应尺寸;质检,打包入库。
实施例4
一种木材复合板,包括阻燃层,阻燃层两侧面分别通过硅胶胶黏剂粘接有2层木板;阻燃层厚度为30mm,并且阻燃层组成以重量份数计算为增强材料:填充材料:胶凝材料为8:5:60。木板厚度为20mm,并且木板内部渗透有阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂。增强材料为玻璃纤维与竹纤维的混合物,其直径为12μm;填充材料为蛭石粉与珍珠岩粉的混合物;胶凝材料为水泥、氧化镁的混合物。
进一步地,上述木材复合板的制作方法包括以下步骤:
(2)、木板制备:
a、选择材质不同的木板原材料,分别加工成厚度为20mm的木板;
b、将木材阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂溶于水中,配制成质量浓度均为20%的混合水溶液;
c、将清洁干燥的木板置于浸渍罐中,开启真空泵将浸渍罐抽成真空度为0.1MPa,静置20min,以抽出木材细胞腔内的空气,造成负压,有利于阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂进入木材细胞内;待木材细胞腔内的空气抽出后加入混合水溶液;
d、开启压力泵,使浸渍罐的压力为0.2MPa,保持60min,使阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂充分进入木材细胞内部后,排出混合水溶液;
e、再次抽真空,使浸渍罐的真空度为0.1MPa,静置30min,以抽出木材细胞腔内多余的阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂;
f、将上述木板取出后置于高频干燥机或干燥窑中干燥,干燥温度60℃。
(2)、制作阻燃层:
a、按照阻燃层配比称取增强材料、填充材料、胶凝材料,备用;
b、将竹纤维30kg、玻璃纤维50kg、蛭石粉25kg、珍珠岩粉25kg、水泥300kg、氧化镁300kg以及300L水加入搅拌机中,搅拌15min,使原料混合均匀,制成浆料;
c、将上述浆料倒入指定模具,置于冷压机中,设定压力为5KN,压制成厚度为30mm的阻燃层;
d、将上述阻燃层取出后经干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为65℃,干燥时间为8h。
(3)、木材复合板组装
a、对于阻燃层和木板的粘接面进行清洁处理,保证粘接面无油污、无尘土、无水,方便施胶,使各粘接面粘接的更加紧密;
b、向各粘接面均匀涂抹一层胶黏剂,并按照中间为阻燃层、阻燃层两侧均为2层木板的顺序粘接成木材复合板;阻燃层同侧的2层木板粘接时,2层木板纹理交错放置;
c、将上述木材复合板放入冷压机,设定压力为5KN,进行压制,使木材复合板结构稳定;
d、将上述木材复合板取出后经过干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为60℃,干燥时间为10h。
e、干燥后去除毛边,按照客户要求切割成相应尺寸;质检,打包入库。
进一步地,以如下木材复合板为对比进行上述实施例中木材复合板阻燃性能、力学性能、环保性能和防水性能测试。
对比例1:同实施例1,硅胶胶黏剂替换为酚醛树脂胶黏剂;
对比例2:同实施例1,原料中增强材料替换为农作物秸秆;
对比例3:同实施例1,制作方法对木板阻燃处理替换为常规阻燃处理:加入阻燃剂、防虫防腐剂,在压力2.5MPa条件下浸泡3小时;
对比例4:同实施例1,无卤阻燃剂替换为卤素阻燃剂;
按照国标(GB/T 29407-2012)对上述产品进行测试,结果如表1所示。

由上可知,本发明绿色环保、阻燃性能优异、力学强度高、防水性能佳,适于推广使用。

Claims (10)

1.一种木材复合板,其特征在于:包括阻燃层,所述阻燃层两侧面分别通过胶黏剂粘接有一层或多层木板;所述阻燃层厚度为2-30mm,并且所述阻燃层组成配比包括增强材料50-100kg、填充材料30-50kg、胶凝材料400-700kg;所述木板厚度为1-20mm,并且所述木板内部渗透有阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材复合板,其特征在于:所述增强材料包括竹纤维和/或玻璃纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种木材复合板,其特征在于:所述增强材料的直径为9-13μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材复合板,其特征在于:所述填充材料包含珍珠岩粉和/或蛭石粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材复合板,其特征在于:所述胶凝材料包括氯化镁、氧化镁或水泥中的任意一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材复合板,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂为具有防水和耐高温性能的硅胶胶黏剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材复合板的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)木板制备:
a、将木板原材料根据需求加工成厚度1-20mm的木板;
b、将木材阻燃剂和防虫防腐剂溶于水中,配制成混合水溶液;
c、将木板和步骤b中制得的混合水溶液置于浸渍罐中,进行浸渍处理;
d、将浸渍处理后的木板取出后置于高频干燥机或干燥窑中干燥;
(2)制作阻燃层:
a、按照阻燃层配比称取增强材料、填充材料、胶凝材料,备用;
b、将增强材料、填充材料、胶凝材料以及200-500L水加入到搅拌机中,搅拌10-20min,制成浆料;
c、将所述浆料倒入指定模具,置于冷压机中,设定压力在1-6KN范围之间,压制成厚度在2-30mm范围之间的阻燃层;
d、将所述阻燃层取出后经干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为60-70℃,干燥时间为6-8h;
(3)木材复合板组装
a、对阻燃层和木板的粘接面进行清洁处理,保证粘接面无油污、无尘土、无水;
b、向各粘接面均匀涂抹一层胶黏剂,并按照中间为阻燃层、阻燃层两侧均为一层或多层木板的顺序粘接成木材复合板;
c、将所述木材复合板放入冷压机,设定压力在3-5KN范围之间,进行压制;
d、将所述木材复合板取出后经过干燥窑或高频干燥机干燥,干燥温度为55-60℃,干燥时间为9-12h。
e、干燥后去除毛边,切割,质检,打包入库。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种木材复合板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述浸渍处理的具体步骤包括:
1)将清洁干燥的木板置于浸渍罐中,开启真空泵将浸渍罐抽成真空度为0.08-0.1MPa,静置15-25min后,加入所述混合水溶液;
