Abstract
The invention discloses horizontal potato peeling equipment which comprises a frame, a lower half cylinder fixedly arranged on the frame and transversely arranged, an upper half cylinder spliced with the lower half cylinder to form a cylinder, a turning device positioned in the cylinder and used for driving potatoes to turn, a driving device used for driving the turning device to rotate, a feed inlet arranged at the top of one end of the cylinder, and a discharge outlet arranged at the side part of the other end of the cylinder, wherein a hairbrush is arranged on the inner wall surface of the cylinder. Specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the horizontal potato peeling device of the invention comprises a frame 10, a lower half cylinder 39 fixedly arranged on the frame 10 and transversely arranged, an upper half cylinder 31 spliced with the lower half cylinder 39 to form a cylinder 30, a turning device 60 positioned in the cylinder 30 and used for driving potatoes to turn, a driving device 80 used for driving the turning device 60 to rotate, a feed inlet 33 arranged at the top of one end of the cylinder, a discharge outlet 34 arranged at the side part of the other end of the cylinder, and a hairbrush 32 arranged on the inner wall surface of the cylinder 30. The turning device 60 is provided in the form of a windmill to simplify the construction of the peeling apparatus; the turning device 60 and the cylinder 30 are transversely arranged, so that the potatoes cannot sink and accumulate in the turning process, and the peeling degree of the potatoes is easy to achieve synchronization; the cylinder 30 split into upper and lower halves can be opened to facilitate cleaning the cylinder and turning the device, thereby avoiding the adhesion of the potato peel residue in the equipment to affect the subsequent peeling efficiency.
The height-adjustable foot support 11 is arranged below the support foot of the stand 10 and is used for adjusting the height of the support foot, so that the height-adjustable foot support can adapt to uneven ground, can also adjust a certain inclination angle of equipment, and is convenient for discharging.

More preferably, the feeding hopper 40 is arranged at the feeding hole 33, and the discharging hopper 70 is arranged at the discharging hole 34, so that the guiding of the material in and out is facilitated.
More preferably, the lower side of the cylinder 30 is provided with a water collecting tank 20, a water draining bucket 71 communicated with one end of the water collecting tank 20 and provided with a water outlet 72, the water draining bucket 71 is closely adjacent to the bottom side of the material discharging bucket 70, the material discharging bucket 70 is provided with a water leaking hole communicated with the water draining bucket 71, and water attached to the material flows down into the water draining bucket 71 through the water leaking hole 77 during discharging, so that the material and the water are separated, and the material is further filtered in the discharging process. In one driving mode, the driving device 80 includes a driven pulley 81 connected to the turning device 60 in a rotation-stopping driving manner, a driving pulley 82 connected to the driven pulley 81 in a transmission manner via a belt 83, and a motor 88 connected to the driving pulley 82 in a rotation-stopping driving manner via an output shaft 86. Gear or sprocket drives may also be used. The transmission part of the driving device is provided with a transmission protective cover 51 to separate the transmission assembly from the outside, so that the transmission assembly is protected from the outside, and meanwhile, accidental touching is avoided, and the personal safety is protected.
