一种双轴加湿搅拌机，包括机架、机壳、第一减速机、直齿轮箱和两根搅拌轴，机壳上端为开口，在开口两侧分别固设有一条翼板，还包括刮料机构，所述刮料机构包括驱动机构和一个与机壳内壁形状相匹配的刮料架，驱动机构用于驱动刮料架在机壳内移动，本发明用于解决现有搅拌机搅拌粉料时，粉料粘连机壳内壁而导致混合不均匀的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双轴加湿搅拌机。
背景技术
双轴加湿搅拌机可以用做养猪场的饲料调配，现有的饲料调配方法是将米糠、麸皮、啤酒糟、玉米粉、大豆粉，菜籽饼等一些粉料一起倒入到双轴加湿搅拌机中，然后再向搅拌机中加注热水，将其制备成半干饲料，但是在加水后，会因为一些粉料粘连在机壳内壁，不能参与到饲料搅拌，而导致最终的半干饲料混合不均匀；另一方面，现有的加水方式是采用喷淋的方式加水，这种加水方式需要长时间搅拌才能使上、下层饲料均匀受水，因为设备需要长时间运行，所以需要消耗了大量电能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种双轴加湿搅拌机，用于解决现有搅拌机搅拌粉料时，粉料粘连机壳内壁而导致混合不均匀的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种双轴加湿搅拌机，包括机架、机壳、第一减速机、直齿轮箱和两根搅拌轴，机壳上端为开口，在开口两侧分别固设有一条翼板，还包括刮料机构，所述刮料机构包括驱动机构和一个与机壳内壁形状相匹配的刮料架，驱动机构用于驱动刮料架在机壳内移动；
所述驱动机构包括设置在机壳内的底板和两条分别固定安装在机壳开口两侧翼板上的直齿条，在底板四角分别固定有一个支架，在各支架上均安装有一个滚轮，底板两侧滚轮分别压在两块翼板下端面上，在底板端面上安装有三轴伞齿轮箱、第二减速机和驱动电机，驱动电机通过第二减速机连接伞齿轮箱输入轴，在伞齿轮箱的两根输出轴上分别安装有一个行走齿轮，两个行走齿轮分别与底板两侧直齿条相啮合；在底板两端分别安装有一根支撑轴，在各根支撑轴上均轴连接有一个与直齿条相啮合的支撑齿轮；
刮料架包括两根固定在底板下端面上的弧形杆，两根弧形杆之间通过多根支撑杆连接。
在弧形杆外侧固定一条橡胶刮片，橡胶刮片外缘贴在机壳内壁面上。
所述搅拌轴包括空心轴，在空心轴上连接有多片叶片，空心轴一端与一个设置在机壳外的旋转接头连接，旋转接头出水口连通空心轴内部空腔，在各叶片内均设有与空心轴内部空腔相连通的出水孔。
本发明的有益效果是：在搅拌机启动后，可以利用驱动机构驱动刮料架在机壳内平移，利用平移的刮料架刮铲粘连在机壳内壁上的饲料，使粘连饲料能够参与到饲料混合中，从而使得饲料能够混合均匀；另一方面，可以将水由旋转接头灌入到空心轴中，空隙轴中的水随着叶片的旋转由出水孔喷出，实现在粉状饲料内部旋转加水，使得饲料能够均匀受水，提高了受水效率，降低了电能消耗。

具体实施方式
如图1到6所示，一种双轴加湿搅拌机，包括机架1、机壳2、第一减速机3、直齿轮箱4和两根搅拌轴7，机壳2上端为开口，在开口两侧分别固设有一条翼板21，还包括刮料机构，所述刮料机构包括驱动机构5和一个与机壳2内壁形状相匹配的刮料架6，驱动机构5用于驱动刮料架6在机壳2内移动；
所述驱动机构5包括设置在机壳2内的底板51和两条分别固定安装在机壳2开口两侧翼板21上的直齿条52，在底板51四角分别固定有一个支架58，在各支架58上均安装有一个滚轮59，底板51两侧滚轮59分别压在两块翼板21下端面上，在底板51端面上安装有三轴伞齿轮箱55、第二减速机54和驱动电机53，驱动电机53通过第二减速机54连接伞齿轮箱55输入轴，在伞齿轮箱55的两根输出轴56上分别安装有一个行走齿轮50，两个行走齿轮50分别与底板51两侧直齿条52相啮合；在底板51两端分别安装有一根支撑轴501，在各根支撑轴501上均轴连接有一个与直齿条52相啮合的支撑齿轮502；各根支撑轴501和伞齿轮箱55的两根输出轴56分别安装在四个轴承座57上；
刮料架6包括两根固定在底板51下端面上的弧形杆61，两根弧形杆61之间通过多根支撑杆63连接。
本发明的工作过程和工作原理为：当需要对粘连在机壳2内壁上的粉料进行铲动时，可以启动驱动电机53，驱动电机53通过第二减速机54驱动伞齿轮箱55两根输出轴56旋转，利用行走齿轮50驱动底板51平移，底板51带着刮料架6对粘连在机壳2内壁的粉料刮铲，刮铲出的粉料随着搅拌轴7的旋转与其他饲料进行混合，进而保证了饲料能够混合均匀。
在弧形杆61外侧固定一条橡胶刮片62，橡胶刮片62外缘贴在机壳2内壁面上。橡胶刮片62较为柔软，能够贴紧机壳2内壁，使刮料更加彻底。
所述搅拌轴7包括空心轴71，在空心轴71上连接有多片叶片72，空心轴71一端与一个设置在机壳2外的旋转接头8连接，旋转接头8出水口连通空心轴71内部空腔，在各叶片72内均设有与空心轴71内部空腔相连通的出水孔73。在使用时，可以由旋转接头8将水灌入到空心轴71中，空隙轴中的水随着叶片72的旋转由出水孔73喷出，实现在粉状饲料内部旋转加水，使得饲料能够均匀受水，提高了受水效率，降低了电能消耗。

1.一种双轴加湿搅拌机，包括机架（1）、机壳（2）、第一减速机（3）、直齿轮箱（4）和两根搅拌轴（7），机壳（2）上端为开口，在开口两侧分别固设有一条翼板（21），其特征在于：还包括刮料机构，所述刮料机构包括驱动机构（5）和一个与机壳（2）内壁形状相匹配的刮料架（6），驱动机构（5）用于驱动刮料架（6）在机壳（2）内移动；
所述驱动机构（5）包括设置在机壳（2）内的底板（51）和两条分别固定安装在机壳（2）开口两侧翼板（21）上的直齿条（52），在底板（51）四角分别固定有一个支架（58），在各支架（58）上均安装有一个滚轮（59），底板（51）两侧滚轮（59）分别压在两块翼板（21）下端面上，在底板（51）端面上安装有三轴伞齿轮箱（55）、第二减速机（54）和驱动电机（53），驱动电机（53）通过第二减速机（54）连接伞齿轮箱（55）输入轴，在伞齿轮箱（55）的两根输出轴（56）上分别安装有一个行走齿轮（50），两个行走齿轮（50）分别与底板（51）两侧直齿条（52）相啮合；在底板（51）两端分别安装有一根支撑轴（501），在各根支撑轴（501）上均轴连接有一个与直齿条（52）相啮合的支撑齿轮（502）；
刮料架（6）包括两根固定在底板（51）下端面上的弧形杆（61），两根弧形杆（61）之间通过多根支撑杆（63）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双轴加湿搅拌机，其特在于：在弧形杆（61）外侧固定一条橡胶刮片（62），橡胶刮片（62）外缘贴在机壳（2）内壁面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双轴加湿搅拌机，其特在于：所述搅拌轴（7）包括空心轴（71），在空心轴（71）上连接有多片叶片（72），空心轴（71）一端与一个设置在机壳（2）外的旋转接头（8）连接，旋转接头（8）出水口连通空心轴（71）内部空腔，在各叶片（72）内均设有与空心轴（71）内部空腔相连通的出水孔（73）。
