技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤纶油剂,属于化纤油剂领域。
背景技术
化纤油剂主要由表面活性剂复配而成,用于防止静电、提高纤维抱合力、改善手感及使用性能等,是纤维生产和加工过程中不可缺少的助剂之一,其主要作用是调节化学纤维的摩擦性能,防止或消除静电积累,赋予纤维平滑、集束、抗静电、柔软等性能,使化学纤维顺利通过纺丝、拉伸、加弹、纺纱及织造等工序。化纤油剂配方直接关系到印染质量。
化纤油剂根据需要的性能配置,比如抗飞溅涤纶油剂的主要成分包括平滑剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂,还可根据纤维的不同用途添加其他成分,如抗氧剂、防霉剂、防锈剂、消泡剂、与橡胶附着的促进剂、有机溶剂和水等以形成各种用途的油剂。
一般长丝油剂的主要作用是使上油后的纤维能顺利地进行卷绕,丝筒成型好,并且在拉伸工序中能减少毛丝断头并保证正常拉伸,这就要求长丝拉伸必须具有良好的抗静电性和适度的润湿性及纤维抱合性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种涤纶油剂,不易静电,不易断丝,油剂渗透快,附着性好,乳化快且充分,便于后续操作。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种涤纶油剂,按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 2-5份,
失水山梨醇单油酸酯 1-2份,
聚乙二醇1-2份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 0.2-0.8份,
油酸聚氧乙烯酯 0.2-0.7份,
油酸钾 2-3份,
抗飞溅剂 0.5-1.5份,
工业白油 82-92份。
在本发明的配方中,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚用作非离子表面活性剂。
失水山梨醇单油酸酯可做乳化剂、稳定剂、增稠剂和润滑剂。
聚乙二醇无毒、无刺激性,味微苦,具有良好的水溶性,并与许多有机物组份有良好的相溶性。它们具有优良的润滑性、保湿性、分散性、粘接剂、抗静电剂及柔软剂等。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐,醇醚磷酸酯钾盐具有阴离子亲水基团,还具有亲水性醚键结构,该产品具有三个特性:一是抗静电性,二是平滑性,三是亲水性。从应用性能分析,单酯组分起抗静电作用兼有集束性,而双酯组分主要起平滑作用,聚酯能提高单酯、双酯的互溶性。醇醚磷酸酯钾盐的主要特性为抗静电性,兼有平滑性,并具有颜色浅和可配伍的特点,可作为合成纤维油剂中抗静电组分。
油酸聚氧乙烯酯可做乳化剂和柔软剂。
油酸钾是一种钾类催化剂,可做乳化剂,润滑剂,纤维柔软剂和表面活性剂。
抗飞溅剂用于增加粘度,增加表面张力和附着程度。
工业白油无色、无荧光、透明油状液体,具有良好的氧化安定性、润滑性。
本发明进一步设置为,所述涤纶油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 3-4份,
失水山梨醇单油酸酯 1.5-2份,
聚乙二醇1.2-1.8份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 0.4-0.6份,
油酸聚氧乙烯酯 0.5-0.7份,
油酸钾 2.5-2.7份,
抗飞溅剂 0.8-1.1份,
工业白油 87-90份。
本发明进一步设置为,所述涤纶油剂还包括月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐4-7份。
本发明进一步设置为,所述涤纶油剂还包括十四烷基聚氧乙烯醚5-10份。
本发明进一步设置为,所述涤纶油剂还包括琥珀酸二辛脂磺酸钠3-6份。
本发明进一步设置为,所述涤纶油剂还包括三乙醇胺 0.4-0.8份。
本发明进一步设置为,所述抗飞溅剂按照质量份包括以下组成:高分子聚异丁烯2-7份,乙丙胶5-15份,工业白油40-55份。

抗飞溅剂按照质量份包括以下组成:高分子聚异丁烯2-7份,乙丙胶5-15份,工业白油40-55份。
本发明的涤纶油剂呈浅黄色,粘度为84-95mm2/s,乳化液的外观呈无色透明。使用本发明的油剂,涤纶纺丝不易产生静电现象,不易断丝,得到的产品性能好。涤纶油剂渗透到纺丝中的速度快,附着好,适合高速纺丝。且本发明的涤纶油剂乳化快且充分,纺丝制成后的乳化更易完成。
将本发明的涤纶油剂进行下列测试:
(1)发烟量:取10.0克于50毫升烧杯中,加热,观察连续冒烟时的温度及发烟量大小。测得发烟点在180℃以上。
(2)焦化量性能:取试样1.0毫升滴于45号钢试片上,放置于恒温箱中,升温至220℃下恒温3分钟,冷却至30℃,观察油剂的结焦性能。测得焦化性能优良。
(3)挥发量:取试样10克于100毫升烧杯中,放置于烘箱中,在250℃下恒温4小时,冷却至常温,称重并计算油剂的挥发量。挥发量60%-70%。
从以上的试验可看出,本发明的涤纶油剂发烟点高,挥发量较低,且乳化液呈无色透明,乳液分散相颗粒细腻稳定。
