Abstract
本发明涉及一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,属于纺织助剂技术领域。本发明首先将白油与季戊四醇油酸酯混合得混合油,将阿拉伯胶与去离子水混合加热后加入麦芽糊精搅拌,搅拌后加入混合油,分别进行乳化和均质,得到耐高温微胶囊化混合油,接着以聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯、月桂酰二乙醇胺等物质进行混合,得到复合乳化剂,将其与耐高温微胶囊化混合油混合,经超声乳化,得到乳化液,最后将其与苯甲酸钠等物质进行混合即可。本发明制备的涤纶纺丝油剂耐热性能好,发烟温度达到220~240℃,提高了油膜的平滑性,不易使纤维产生毛丝和断头现象,可广泛适用于涤纶纺丝领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,属于纺织助剂技术领域。
背景技术
我国将PET聚酯(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)丝织品的商品名叫做涤纶。涤纶纺丝在国内一般采用高速纺丝-拉伸加捻工艺,即预取向丝或部分取向丝和拉伸变形丝两步结合,简称POY–DTY工艺。为使涤纶POY有较高的取向度和结晶度,纺丝速度通常要在3000~4600m/min范围内,纺丝速度快了,生产效率也随之提高。涤纶POY高速纺丝要求所使用的纺丝油剂要有好的平滑性、集束性和抗静电性能,以保证丝束成形好、抱合适度、毛丝断头少。此外,后续的DTY工序要在190~210℃高温下进行,要求纺丝油剂既要具有足够好的耐温性能,又不易在热板上结焦。
由于有机硅高分子具有优良的防粘、隔离、润滑和耐高温性能,以有机硅为主要组分的有机硅油剂是现有涤纶纺丝油剂的主要选择。使用功能基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础的纺丝油剂有很多专利报道,目前广泛使用的涤纶纺丝油剂的主要成分一般都是氨基聚硅氧烷,它们以水乳液的形式被使用,包含适当的乳化剂和其它助剂。但是这些涤纶纺丝油剂都存在以下弊病:(1)油剂的耐热性较差,在高温高速纺丝过程中,大部分油剂挥发、分解,油膜强度降低,平滑性变差,进而产生毛丝和断头;(2)油剂的粘浓特性差,油剂的转相点粘度较大,引起张力剧烈波动,严重影响产品的品质;(3)在高速纺丝过程中,90或144根单丝在一定的抱合、拉伸及变形工艺下形成一根涤纶,油剂润湿性差,不能快速均匀地附着在纤维表面,使纤维之间的抱合性能差,纤维强力降低,进而影响牵伸和变形,增加废丝率。所以,研制出一种耐热性能好,油剂不易挥发,油膜性能高,湿润性好,特别适用于涤纶纺丝的纺丝油剂极为重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对传统的涤纶纺丝油剂耐热性能差,油剂挥发,油膜性能差,使得平滑性变差,产生毛丝和断头的问题,提供了一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)按质量比4:3,分别称取7号白油和季戊四醇油酸酯混合,得混合油,再按质量比1:10称取阿拉伯胶加入去离子水中,加热后混合搅拌,得阿拉伯胶溶液,加入麦芽糊精,并以1000~1200r/min转速搅拌混合后得混合液;
(2)将混合液移入乳化机中,并向乳化机中加入混合油,乳化后使用高压均质机进行均质,形成乳液,将乳液进行喷雾干燥,即可得到耐高温微胶囊化混合油,备用;
(3)按重量份数计,分别选取10~15份聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯、4~8份失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、3~5份月桂酰二乙醇胺、2~4份椰油酰二乙醇胺、10~20份乳化剂LAE-9和3~5份蓖麻油磺酸钠,搅拌混合后得复合乳化剂;
(4)按质量比1:3将步骤(2)备用的耐高温微胶囊化混合油和复合乳化剂混合,加入超声乳化仪中乳化,乳化结束后出料,得乳化液;
(5)按重量份数计,分别选取60~80份乳化液、3~5份正十四烷基磺酸钠、3~4份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3~5份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、3~5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3~5份聚乙二醇和1~3份苯甲酸钠,快速搅拌后即可得到涤纶纺丝油剂。
步骤(1)中所述的加热温度为60~70℃。
步骤(1)中所述的麦芽糊精质量为阿拉伯胶溶液质量的5~7%。
步骤(2)中所述的混合油质量为混合液质量的1.2~1.5倍。
步骤(2)中所述的乳化机的乳化转速为3000~5000r/min,乳化时间为5~10min。
步骤(2)中所述的高压均质机的压力为10000~15000ps,均质时间为30~60s。
步骤(4)中所述的超声乳化的频率为10~12KHz,超声乳化时间为3~5min。
步骤(5)中所述的快速搅拌转速为1000~1200r/min,搅拌时间为30~50min。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明首先将白油与季戊四醇油酸酯混合得混合油,将阿拉伯胶与去离子
水混合加热后加入麦芽糊精搅拌,搅拌后加入混合油,分别进行乳化和均质,得到耐高温微胶囊化混合油,将耐高温微胶囊化混合油和复合乳化剂混合,乳化后得乳化液,该乳化剂可以在化学纤维表面形成一层油膜,油膜中的亲水基体会吸附空气中的水分,从而在纤维表面形成连续的水膜,减少了因摩擦所产生的静电荷积聚,不致发生绕皮圈、罗拉、锡林等不良现象,减少了毛丝及断头的产生,保证纤维产品的质量;
(2)本发明制备得到的乳化液该乳化剂可以在化学纤维表面形成一层油膜,油
膜隔离纤维可对纤维产生一定的亲和力,油膜使纤维存在一定的集束性而不致于散乱,还能赋予纤维一定的平滑性,使纤维在摩擦过程中不受到损伤,并具有良好的手感,在纺丝时能顺利通过卷绕、拉伸、干燥等操作工序,还可以消除纺织加工过程中的静电作用。本发明制备的涤纶纺丝油剂耐热性能好,发烟温度达到220~240℃,提高了油膜的平滑性,不易使纤维产生毛丝和断头现象,制备的涤纶纺丝油剂使得涤纶集束性佳,卷绕成型良好,含油均匀,可广泛适用于涤纶纺丝领域。
具体实施方式

将本发明制备的涤纶纺丝油剂添加至纺丝液中,添加的量为纺丝液质量的8%,对其进行搅拌混合均匀,得到混合纺丝液,再将混合纺丝液置于纺丝机中进行涤纶纺丝,控制纺丝速度为1.5km/min,拉伸卷绕速度为4.5km/min,第一热辊温度为100℃,第二热辊温度为135℃。经检测,本发明制备的涤纶纺丝油剂耐热性能好,发烟温度达到240℃,提高了油膜的平滑性,不易使纤维产生毛丝和断头现象。
实例2

将本发明制备的涤纶纺丝油剂添加至纺丝液中,添加的量为纺丝液质量的6%,对其进行搅拌混合均匀,得到混合纺丝液,再将混合纺丝液置于纺丝机中进行涤纶纺丝,控制纺丝速度为1.4km/min,拉伸卷绕速度为4.3km/min,第一热辊温度为95℃,第二热辊温度为130℃。经检测,本发明制备的涤纶纺丝油剂耐热性能好,发烟温度达到230℃,提高了油膜的平滑性,不易使纤维产生毛丝和断头现象。
Claims (8)
1.一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)按质量比4:3,分别称取7号白油和季戊四醇油酸酯混合,得混合油,再按质量比1:10称取阿拉伯胶加入去离子水中,加热后混合搅拌,得阿拉伯胶溶液,加入麦芽糊精,并以1000~1200r/min转速搅拌混合后得混合液;
(2)将混合液移入乳化机中,并向乳化机中加入混合油,乳化后使用高压均质机进行均质,形成乳液,将乳液进行喷雾干燥,即可得到耐高温微胶囊化混合油,备用;
(3)按重量份数计,分别选取10~15份聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯、4~8份失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、3~5份月桂酰二乙醇胺、2~4份椰油酰二乙醇胺、10~20份乳化剂LAE-9和3~5份蓖麻油磺酸钠,搅拌混合后得复合乳化剂;
(4)按质量比1:3将步骤(2)备用的耐高温微胶囊化混合油和复合乳化剂混合,加入超声乳化仪中乳化,乳化结束后出料,得乳化液;
(5)按重量份数计,分别选取60~80份乳化液、3~5份正十四烷基磺酸钠、3~4份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3~5份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、3~5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3~5份聚乙二醇和1~3份苯甲酸钠,快速搅拌后即可得到涤纶纺丝油剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的加热温度为60~70℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的麦芽糊精质量为阿拉伯胶溶液质量的5~7%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的混合油质量为混合液质量的1.2~1.5倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的乳化机的乳化转速为3000~5000r/min,乳化时间为5~10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的高压均质机的压力为10000~15000ps,均质时间为30~60s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述的超声乳化的频率为10~12KHz,超声乳化时间为3~5min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述的快速搅拌转速为1000~1200r/min,搅拌时间为30~50min。
