Abstract
本发明公开了一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,包括如下重量份原料组成:季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚10~30份、油酸甘油脂10~15份、烷基醚磷酸脂1~10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10~20份、乳化剂1~10份、苯扎溴铵15~20份、酸脂钾盐5~15份、聚醚5~10份、丙二醇醚1~5份,所述乳化剂为脂肪酸单甘油酯,所述酸脂钾盐为聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐。本发明中,制成的油剂原料具有在自然条件下稳定性好,同时其使用的纺织品在自然环境中降解后,在土壤中可以受微生物以及自然环境条件降解,对环境造成新的污染很小,更加绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明属于油剂技术领域,具体为一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
化学纤维在纺丝和纺织加工过程中因不断摩擦而产生静电,必须使用助剂以防止或消除静电积累,同时赋于纤维以柔软、平滑等特性,使其顺利通过后道工序。这种助剂统称为化学纤维油剂。化学纤维油剂应具备以下的特性:平滑、抗静电、有集束或抱合等作用;热稳定性好,挥发性低;对金属无腐蚀作用;可洗性好,不影响纤维色泽;无臭无刺激性,在规定的贮藏条件下不分层、不腐败变质;调配与使用方便,原料易得,成本适宜等。
涤纶短纤维是一种疏水性的高分子化合物,在涤纶的纺丝以及后加工生产中,纤维丝束之间的摩擦力以及丝束与机械设备的摩擦将产生静电,导致丝束绕辊,毛丝,松散等问题,因此,在涤纶的纺丝工艺中,纤维的上油是必不可少和非常重要的,现有的涤纶纤维油剂针对纺速越来越快的高速化纺织加工中,油剂对纺丝卷和加热器均匀较大的污染影响,同时由于纺织速度提升,纺丝摩擦力增大,现有油剂与不断发展的纺织技术表现出越来越明显的不足,同时现有油剂的原料或制备时,或多或少存在一定的毒性,这不利于工人的身体健康,且制成的油剂在使用后,其布料成品被自然丢弃后,油剂受自然处理速度极其缓慢,很容易污染环境,因此我们提出一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决现有油剂对高速纺织技术表现效果不足,对纺丝的保护以及效果提升有限,且油剂不够环保绿色的问题,提供一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,包括如下重量份原料组成:季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚10~30份、油酸甘油脂10~15份、烷基醚磷酸脂1~10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10~20份、乳化剂1~10份、苯扎溴铵15~20份、酸脂钾盐5~15份、聚醚5~10份、丙二醇醚1~5份。
其中,所述乳化剂为脂肪酸单甘油酯。
其中,所述酸脂钾盐为聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐。
其中,所述的一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:称取上述重量份的季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚、油酸甘油脂、乳化剂、酸脂钾盐、聚醚原料,分别倒入反应釜中,进行搅拌混合,并升温至47°;
步骤2:停止升温,然后将入烷基醚磷酸脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、酸脂钾盐、丙二醇醚,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌完成后进行加压至一倍大气压,并适均搅拌;
步骤3:静置12min后边搅拌边加入聚醚,然后减至0.5倍大气压,并升温至87°持续搅拌30min;
步骤4:开盖进行降温减压,然后进行包装即可完成制备。
其中,所述步骤3中在搅拌时使用超声波在超声波照射环境下进行搅拌破乳均散。
其中,所述步骤4中在开盖降温减压后,再往返来回搅拌2min,油剂稀黏不稠,挑起时自然均匀下流,无气泡无疙瘩即可。
其中,步骤4中在包装时,事先抽真空然后采用充氮气进行包装。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,油剂的各组成原料均不具有毒性,在配置混合时也不产生有毒性气体或废弃物,从而保障了工人的身体健康,绿色环保。
2、本发明中,制成的油剂原料具有在自然条件下稳定性好,同时其使用的纺织品在自然环境中降解后,在土壤中可以受微生物以及自然环境条件降解,对环境造成新的污染很小,更加绿色环保。
3、本发明中,制成的油剂与现有使用的纺织染料均可相容,使用时不受染料的限制,同时在高速生产纺丝时,不会出现纺丝“蜘蛛网”的情况,更不会被纺丝甩出,集束性好,抱合力高,抗静电性能强。

实施例一,一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,包括如下重量份原料组成:季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚10份、油酸甘油脂15份、烷基醚磷酸脂1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份、乳化剂1份、苯扎溴铵20份、酸脂钾盐5份、聚醚10份、丙二醇醚1份。
乳化剂为脂肪酸单甘油酯;
酸脂钾盐为聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐;
一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:称取上述重量份的季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚、油酸甘油脂、乳化剂、酸脂钾盐、聚醚原料,分别倒入反应釜中,进行搅拌混合,并升温至45°;
步骤2:停止升温,然后将入烷基醚磷酸脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、酸脂钾盐、丙二醇醚,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌完成后进行加压至一倍大气压,并适均搅拌;
步骤3:静置10min后边搅拌边加入聚醚,然后减至0.5倍大气压,并升温至80°持续搅拌30min;
步骤4:开盖进行降温减压,然后进行包装即可完成制备。
实施例二,一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,包括如下重量份原料组成:季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚30份、油酸甘油脂10份、烷基醚磷酸脂10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、乳化剂10份、苯扎溴铵15份、酸脂钾盐15份、聚醚5份、丙二醇醚5份。
乳化剂为脂肪酸单甘油酯;
酸脂钾盐为聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐;
一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:称取上述重量份的季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚、油酸甘油脂、乳化剂、酸脂钾盐、聚醚原料,分别倒入反应釜中,进行搅拌混合,并升温至48°;
步骤2:停止升温,然后将入烷基醚磷酸脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、酸脂钾盐、丙二醇醚,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌完成后进行加压至一倍大气压,并适均搅拌;
步骤3:静置15min后边搅拌边加入聚醚,然后减至0.5倍大气压,并升温至90°持续搅拌30min;
步骤4:开盖进行降温减压,然后进行包装即可完成制备。
实施例三,一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,包括如下重量份原料组成:季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚20份、油酸甘油脂12份、烷基醚磷酸脂4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚17份、乳化剂5.5份、苯扎溴铵16份、酸脂钾盐7份、聚醚8份、丙二醇醚3.8份。
乳化剂为脂肪酸单甘油酯;
酸脂钾盐为聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐;
一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:称取上述重量份的季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚、油酸甘油脂、乳化剂、酸脂钾盐、聚醚原料,分别倒入反应釜中,进行搅拌混合,并升温至47°;
步骤2:停止升温,然后将入烷基醚磷酸脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、酸脂钾盐、丙二醇醚,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌完成后进行加压至一倍大气压,并适均搅拌;
步骤3:静置12min后边搅拌边加入聚醚,然后减至0.5倍大气压,并升温至87°持续搅拌30min;
步骤4:开盖进行降温减压,然后进行包装即可完成制备。
实施例四,一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,包括如下重量份原料组成:季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚、油酸甘油脂、烷基醚磷酸脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乳化剂、苯扎溴铵、酸脂钾盐、聚醚、丙二醇醚。

酸脂钾盐为聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐;

步骤3:静置11min后边搅拌边加入聚醚,然后减至0.5倍大气压,并升温至82°持续搅拌30min,并使用超声波在超声波照射环境下进行破乳均散;
步骤4:开盖进行降温减压,然后进行包装即可完成制备。
实施例五,一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,包括如下重量份原料组成:季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚、油酸甘油脂、烷基醚磷酸脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乳化剂、苯扎溴铵、酸脂钾盐、聚醚、丙二醇醚。
乳化剂为脂肪酸单甘油酯;
酸脂钾盐为聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐;
一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:称取上述重量份的季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚、油酸甘油脂、乳化剂、酸脂钾盐、聚醚原料,分别倒入反应釜中,进行搅拌混合,并升温至45°;
步骤2:停止升温,然后将入烷基醚磷酸脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、酸脂钾盐、丙二醇醚,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌完成后进行加压至一倍大气压,并适均搅拌;
步骤3:静置10min后边搅拌边加入聚醚,然后减至0.5倍大气压,并升温至90°持续搅拌30min,并使用超声波在超声波照射环境下进行破乳均散;
步骤4:开盖进行降温减压,然后往返来回搅拌2min,油剂稀黏不稠,挑起时自然均匀下流,无气泡无疙瘩即可,最后进行包装即可完成制备。

1.一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份原料组成:季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚10~30份、油酸甘油脂10~15份、烷基醚磷酸脂1~10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10~20份、乳化剂1~10份、苯扎溴铵15~20份、酸脂钾盐5~15份、聚醚5~10份、丙二醇醚1~5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为脂肪酸单甘油酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂,其特征在于,所述酸脂钾盐为聚氧乙烯烷基磷酸酯钾盐。
4.如权利要求1~3任一所述的一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:称取上述重量份的季戊四醇聚氧丙烯醚、油酸甘油脂、乳化剂、酸脂钾盐、聚醚原料,分别倒入反应釜中,进行搅拌混合,并升温至47°;
步骤2:停止升温,然后将入烷基醚磷酸脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、酸脂钾盐、丙二醇醚,再次进行搅拌混合,搅拌完成后进行加压至一倍大气压,并适均搅拌;
步骤3:静置12min后边搅拌边加入聚醚,然后减至0.5倍大气压,并升温至87°持续搅拌30min;
步骤4:开盖进行降温减压,然后进行包装即可完成制备。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中在搅拌时使用超声波在超声波照射环境下进行搅拌破乳均散。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4中在开盖降温减压后,再往返来回搅拌2min,油剂稀黏不稠,挑起时自然均匀下流,无气泡无疙瘩即可。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种涤纶纤维织造用绿色油剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4中在包装时,事先抽真空然后采用充氮气进行包装。
