一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,按照质量份包括以下组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5‑7份,癸二酸二辛酯8‑11份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐1‑3份,聚乙二醇油脂酸3‑5份,仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚8‑10份,辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐4‑6份,抗飞溅剂0.5‑1.5份,化妆级白油88‑92份。本发明具有以下有益效果:(1)本发明的油剂能很好的散热耐热性,适合高速纺丝。(2)本发明的油剂能很好的平滑性,纤维和各接触物体的摩擦系数小,能减少纺丝因摩擦造成的损伤、断头,保持纺丝张力稳定。(3)本发明的油剂能很好的抗静电性、集束性、耐磨性和乳化稳定性。

Description

一种锦纶纺丝用油剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,属于化纤油剂领域。
背景技术
锦纶油剂应该具有如下性能和作用:(1)平滑性:在纺丝卷绕过程中,使丝条能顺利而平整地绕到丝筒上,减少设备和纤维之间的摩擦;另一方面,在拉伸时,应能使丝条顺利地从丝筒上退绕下来,不发生乱丝现象;同时,能使牵伸均匀进行,使牵伸丝的新表面得到保护。(2)抗静电性:锦纶在纺丝生产过程中,由于丝条与金属导辊表面摩擦,以及丝条之间在运动中进行摩擦易产生静电现象,因此造成纤维蓬松、毛丝、断头、缠绕罗拉、粘附设备等现象。油剂中的抗静电剂便可中和纤维上的静电并帮助导电,其次,油剂还能增强纤维的润滑性,吸湿性,减少静电产生。(3)集束性:在卷绕的拉伸过程中,油剂能使丝条具有适合的粘性,增加纤维之间的抱合力,使多根纤维集束在一起,共同经受拉伸,以获得良好的拉伸效果。(4)耐高温性能:锦纶在拉伸后有同步的热辊高稳定型,因此要求油剂要有优良的耐热性和稳定性,即油剂在高温下不分解、不冒烟、不滴油、不结焦。(5)润湿渗透性:锦纶在高速纺过程中,锦纶丝束与油剂接触时间极短,为保证在接触的瞬间油剂分子能均匀地附着在纤维上,并在高速拉伸纤维表面积迅速增大时,油剂能均匀迅速地附着和扩散在纤维上。这就要求纺丝油剂对纤维的润湿速度要快,具有良好的润湿性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,具有良好的润湿性、耐热性、集束性、抗静电性能和乳化效果。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5-7份,
癸二酸二辛酯8-11份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 1-3份,
聚乙二醇油脂酸 3-5份,
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 8-10份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 4-6份,
抗飞溅剂 0.5-1.5份,
化妆级白油 88-92份。
在本发明的配方中,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚用作非离子表面活性剂。
癸二酸二辛酯可增加油剂的耐热性和平滑性。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐,醇醚磷酸酯钾盐具有阴离子亲水基团,还具有亲水性醚键结构,该产品具有三个特性:一是抗静电性,二是平滑性,三是亲水性。从应用性能分析,单酯组分起抗静电作用兼有集束性,而双酯组分主要起平滑作用,聚酯能提高单酯、双酯的互溶性。醇醚磷酸酯钾盐的主要特性为抗静电性,兼有平滑性,并具有颜色浅和可配伍的特点,可作为合成纤维油剂中抗静电组分。
聚乙二醇油脂酸溶于油剂中,具有乳化、增溶、柔软、抗静电等性能。
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚具有很好的乳化作用,还能增加平滑性。
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐作为阴离子表面活性剂。
抗飞溅剂用于增加粘度,增加表面张力和附着程度。
化妆级白油是深度精制后的矿物油。白油无色、无味、化学惰性、光安定性能好。
本发明进一步设置为,所述油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5.6-6份,
癸二酸二辛酯9-10份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 1.8-2.4份,
聚乙二醇油脂酸 4.1-4.6份,
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 8.5-9.5份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 4.8-5.4份,
抗飞溅剂 0.8-1.2份,
化妆级白油 89-91份。
本发明进一步设置为,所述油剂还包括2-3质量份甘油三油脂酸酯。
本发明进一步设置为,所述油剂还包括0.5-0.9质量份石油磺酸钠。
本发明进一步设置为,所述油剂还包括0.5-0.9质量份甲醛。
本发明进一步设置为,所述抗飞溅剂按照质量份包括以下组成:高分子聚异丁烯8-12份,乙丙胶5-15份,化妆级白油72-84份。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的油剂能很好的散热耐热性,适合高速纺丝。
(2)本发明的油剂能很好的平滑性,纤维和各接触物体的摩擦系数小,能减少纺丝因摩擦造成的损伤、断头,保持纺丝张力稳定。
(3)本发明的油剂能很好的抗静电性、集束性、耐磨性和乳化稳定性。

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5份,
癸二酸二辛酯11份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 1.3份,
聚乙二醇油脂酸 5份,
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 9份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 4份,
抗飞溅剂 1份,
化妆级白油 88份。
抗飞溅剂按照质量份包括以下组成:高分子聚异丁烯10份,乙丙胶12份,化妆级白油84份。
实施例2
一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 7份,
癸二酸二辛酯8份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 1份,
聚乙二醇油脂酸 3.4份,
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 9.3份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 4.2份,
抗飞溅剂 1.5份,
化妆级白油 89份。
锦纶油剂还包括2质量份甘油三油脂酸酯。
抗飞溅剂按照质量份包括以下组成:高分子聚异丁烯8份,乙丙胶5份,化妆级白油72份。

一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 6份,
癸二酸二辛酯9份,

仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 8份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 4.8份,
抗飞溅剂 0.5份,
化妆级白油 90份。
锦纶油剂还包括0.5质量份石油磺酸钠。
锦纶油剂还包括0.5质量份甲醛。
抗飞溅剂按照质量份包括以下组成:高分子聚异丁烯12份,乙丙胶8份,化妆级白油78份。

一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5.5份,
癸二酸二辛酯9.8份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐3份,
聚乙二醇油脂酸4份,
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 10份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 5.2份,
抗飞溅剂 0.8份,
化妆级白油 70份。
锦纶油剂还包括3质量份甘油三油脂酸酯。
锦纶油剂还包括0.9质量份石油磺酸钠。
锦纶油剂还包括0.7质量份甲醛。
抗飞溅剂按照质量份包括以下组成:高分子聚异丁烯9份,乙丙胶10份,化妆级白油91份。
实施例5
一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 6.5份,
癸二酸二辛酯10.7份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 1.9份,
聚乙二醇油脂酸 4.4份,
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 8.5份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 6份,
抗飞溅剂1.2份,
化妆级白油 75份。
锦纶油剂还包括2.5质量份甘油三油脂酸酯。
锦纶油剂还包括0.7质量份石油磺酸钠。
锦纶油剂还包括0.9质量份甲醛。
抗飞溅剂按照质量份包括以下组成:高分子聚异丁烯11份,乙丙胶15份,化妆级白油92份。
将本发明的油剂进行试验,测得其表面张力小于29cm/dyn,润湿性能优良。
测得纺丝与陶瓷的动摩擦系数为0.42以下,静摩擦系数为1.36以下,纺丝与金属的动摩擦系数为1.41以下,静摩擦系数为2.00以下,纺丝与纺丝的动摩擦系数为0.04以下,静摩擦系数为1.93以下,动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数均不高,纺丝张力平稳,能保证生产过程中不会产生过多毛丝和断头。
通过四球式油膜强度仪测定得到油剂的油膜强度为70千克以上,说明油剂的耐磨性好。
在温度13℃,湿度50%条件下,测得油剂的比电阻为1.5*1010-2.3*1010欧姆,该油剂的抗静电性能,可满足纺丝工艺生产要求。

1.一种锦纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5-7份,
癸二酸二辛酯8-11份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 1-3份,
聚乙二醇油脂酸 3-5份,
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 8-10份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 4-6份,
抗飞溅剂 0.5-1.5份,
化妆级白油 88-92份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5.6-6份,
癸二酸二辛酯9-10份,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯钾盐 1.8-2.4份,
聚乙二醇油脂酸 4.1-4.6份,
仲烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚 8.5-9.5份,
辛醇磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐 4.8-5.4份,
抗飞溅剂 0.8-1.2份,
化妆级白油 89-91份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶纺丝用油剂,其特征在于,所述油剂还包括0.5-0.9质量份甲醛。
