Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保涤纶FDY油剂,所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:环烷基矿物油89‑94份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3.5‑5份,聚异丁烯0.5‑2.5份,异十三醇磷酸酯0.5‑1份,聚乙二醇单油酸酯1.5‑3份。本发明所提供的弹性纤维有着优越弹性,并且其滞后损失率大大小于聚氨酯弹性纤维,而且此种环保涤纶FDY油剂可以根据涤纶刚性结构体的含有量来调节应力,即可以用作应力要求较低的卫生用品,又可以用作高应力要求的工况等,具有极其广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺丝油剂领域,具体涉及一种涤纶FDY油剂。
背景技术
我国化纤行业高速发展,涤纶FDY产量逐步增加,对FDY油剂的需求,无论是品种或者数量都越来越多,对油剂的质量要求也越来越高。为了确保化纤生产的顺利进行,在纤维加工过程中必须加入纺丝油剂,从而在纤维的表面均匀地涂上一层特殊的油膜,调节纤维的摩擦特性,赋予纤维良好的抱合性、平滑性和抗静电性,使化学纤维能顺利通过纺丝、拉伸、加弹纺纱、织造等工序。
现有的国产FDY油剂普遍存在耐热性差,结焦严重,易产生过大烟雾的问题;稳定性差,容易腐败,可能会堵塞管道,导致上油不均匀,对化纤的生产造成较大的影响。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种性能稳定,可纺性好,生物降解性好,能满足涤纶纤维高速纺丝工艺要求,有效提高涤纶纺丝质量。为达到上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
技术方案是,设计一种环保涤纶FDY油剂,由复合抗氧剂、抗静电剂,平滑剂、环保乳化剂、消泡剂和防腐剂组成,各组分的重量百分比为:复合抗氧剂0.5-1%,抗静电剂0.5-2%,平滑剂77-85%,环保乳化剂8-12%,消泡剂0.05-0.1%,防腐剂5-8%;
所述的复合抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的混合物;
亚磷酸酯抗氧剂具有良好的色泽保护能力,能提高聚合物的加工温度,与受阻酚抗氧剂有协同效果。
所述的复合抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐和异构醇磷酸酯钾盐中的至少一种;
本发明采用的抗静电剂具有优良的抗静电性、平滑性、柔软性,可提高纤维的吸湿性,能较好的调整纤维之间的动摩擦系数。
所述的平滑剂为精制环烷基型矿物油、甘油三油酸酯和硬脂酸异辛酯中的一种以上混合物;
本发明采用的精制环烷基型矿物油,含有大量的饱和环状碳链结构分子,挥发性低,抗氧化安定性好,稳定性高。可以增强油膜强度,保护纤维表面;
所述的环保乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯月桂酸脂和失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的两种以上混合物;
所述的消泡剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷;
本发明采用的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷表面张力低、润湿和铺展性好、热稳定性优越、乳化作用强、配伍性能好等优点,并具有发泡、稳泡和抑泡作用,且温和、无刺激、无毒、无副作用。
所述的防腐剂为咪唑类化合物;
一种制备上述环保涤纶FDY油剂的方法,包括如下步骤:
按重量百分比称取抗静电剂,环保乳化剂加入到反应釜中,加热温度为65-80℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;
再将准确称量的平滑剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5-2小时;
然后将准确称量的复合抗氧剂、消泡剂和防腐剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得涤纶FDY油剂。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
本实施例各组分的重量百分比为:复合抗氧剂0.5%,其中亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的比例为1:1;抗静电剂1%,为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐;平滑剂78.45%,其中精制环烷基型矿物油和甘油三油酸酯的比例为3:2;环保乳化剂9%,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5%;消泡剂0.05%;防腐剂6%;
制备方法:按重量百分比称取抗静电剂,环保乳化剂加入到反应釜中,加热温度为75℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;再将准确称量的平滑剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌2小时;然后将准确称量的复合抗氧剂、消泡剂和防腐剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得涤纶FDY油剂。
实施例2
本实施例各组分的重量百分比为:复合抗氧剂1%,其中亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的比例为1:1;抗静电剂2%,为异构醇磷酸酯钾盐;平滑剂83.9%,其中精制环烷基型矿物油和硬脂酸异辛酯的比例为2:1;环保乳化剂8%,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯4%,聚氧乙烯月桂酸脂2%;消泡剂0.1%;防腐剂5%;
制备方法:按重量百分比称取抗静电剂,环保乳化剂加入到反应釜中,加热温度为65℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;再将准确称量的平滑剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌2小时;然后将准确称量的复合抗氧剂、消泡剂和防腐剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得涤纶FDY油剂。
实施例3
本实施例各组分的重量百分比为:复合抗氧剂0.8%,其中亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的比例为1:1;抗静电剂1.5%,为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐;平滑剂79.15%,其中精制环烷基型矿物油和甘油三油酸酯的比例为1:1;环保乳化剂11%,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5%,失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3%;消泡剂0.05%;防腐剂7.5%;
制备方法:按重量百分比称取抗静电剂,环保乳化剂加入到反应釜中,加热温度为70℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;再将准确称量的平滑剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌1.5小时;然后将准确称量的复合抗氧剂、消泡剂和防腐剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得涤纶FDY油剂。
实施例4
本实施例各组分的重量百分比为:复合抗氧剂1%,其中亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的比例为1:1;抗静电剂1%,为异构醇磷酸酯钾盐;平滑剂79.15%,其中精制环烷基型矿物油和甘油三油酸酯的比例为2:3;环保乳化剂10%,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%,失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯4%;消泡剂0.05%;防腐剂6.5%;
制备方法:按重量百分比称取抗静电剂,环保乳化剂加入到反应釜中,加热温度为80℃,搅拌0.5小时,使各组分充分融合;再将准确称量的平滑剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌1小时;然后将准确称量的复合抗氧剂、消泡剂和防腐剂加入到反应釜中,搅拌0.5小时后,冷却,过滤,出料,包装即制得涤纶FDY油剂。

1.一种环保涤纶FDY油剂,其特征在于:所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:复合抗氧剂、抗静电剂,平滑剂、环保乳化剂、消泡剂和防腐剂组成,各组分的重量百分比为:复合抗氧剂0.5-1%,抗静电剂0.5-2%,平滑剂77-85%,环保乳化剂8-12%,消泡剂0.05-0.1%,防腐剂5-8%。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂,其特征在于,所述的复合抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂中的一种或多种;所述的抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐和异构醇磷酸酯钾盐中的一种或者多种;所述的平滑剂为精制环烷基型矿物油、硬脂酸异辛酯、甘油三油酸酯中的一种或者多种;所述的环保乳化剂中包含脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯中的一种或者多种。
3.如权利要求2所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂,其特征在于,所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:所述的复合抗氧剂0.5%,其中亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的比例为1:1;所述的抗静电剂质量分数为1%;所述的平滑剂78.45%,其中所述的精制环烷基型矿物油和所述的甘油三油酸酯的比例为3:2;所述的环保乳化剂9%,所述的环保乳化剂中所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%,所述的聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5%;所述的消泡剂0.05%;所述的防腐剂6%。
4.如权利要求2所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂,其特征在于,所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:复合抗氧剂1%,其中亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的比例为1:1;所述的抗静电剂2%;所述的平滑剂83.9%,其中所述的精制环烷基型矿物油和所述的硬脂酸异辛酯的比例为2:1;所述的环保乳化剂8%,其中所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯4%,所述的聚氧乙烯月桂酸脂2%;所述的消泡剂0.1%;所述的防腐剂5%。
5.如权利要求2所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂,其特征在于,所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:所述的复合抗氧剂0.8%,其中所述的亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和所述的酚类抗氧剂的比例为1:1;所述的抗静电剂1.5%,为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐;所述的平滑剂79.15%,其中所述的精制环烷基型矿物油和所述的甘油三油酸酯的比例为1:1;所述的环保乳化剂11%,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,所述的聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯5%,所述的失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3%;所述的消泡剂0.05%;所述的防腐剂7.5%。
6.如权利要求2所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂,其特征在于,所述的环保涤纶FDY油剂按照质量份包括以下组成:复合抗氧剂1%,其中亚磷酸酯抗氧剂和酚类抗氧剂的比例为1:1;所述的抗静电剂1%,为异构醇磷酸酯钾盐;所述的平滑剂79.15%,其中所述的精制环烷基型矿物油和所述的甘油三油酸酯的比例为2:3;所述的环保乳化剂10%,其中所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%,所述的失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯4%;所述的消泡剂0.05%;所述的防腐剂6.5%。
