Abstract
一种圆盘式刀库,有刀库架,刀库架上有刀具储放装置,刀具储放装置有水平的圆盘,圆盘的外圆周有沿圆周均布的刀具座,刀具储放装置连有驱动装置,刀具座是夹持式刀具座,夹持式刀具座有左、右夹瓣,左、右夹瓣的前段是圆弧段,左、右夹瓣的后段是安装柄,安装柄铰接在圆盘的外圆周,左、右夹瓣圆弧段的的凹口相对,左、右夹瓣的安装柄之间有弹簧,驱动装置是伺服电机,伺服电机在圆盘的下方,伺服电机的轴线与圆盘所在平面垂直,伺服电机的轴线通过圆盘中心。本发明刀具储放装置的驱动装置是伺服电机,用程序指令可以很快、很准确地把下一工序需要的刀具准确地送到换刀位置,使换刀时间较短;刀具座是夹持式刀具座,对刀具的握裹较稳。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械加工中心的圆盘式刀库,特别是一种机械加工中心圆盘式刀库的刀具储放装置的驱动装置和刀具座。
背景技术
机械加工中心是由机械切削设备与数控系统组成的高效自动化机床。机械加工中心特别适于加工复杂形状的工件,可对一次装夹后的工件进行多工序加工。机械加工中心在对复杂形状工件加工时需要有多种刀具,机械加工中心有刀库,刀库有可分别储放多把刀具的刀具储放装置,刀具储放装置上有刀具座,刀具储放装置连有驱动装置。
刀具储放装置上有序地储放多把刀具。机械加工中心在对工件的切削加工过程中,按加工工艺在不同的工序中选用不同的刀具。当用前一工序需要的刀具对工件加工完毕后,数控加工程序会给刀具储放装置的驱动装置下达指令,驱动装置会驱动刀具储放装置运动,把下一工序需要的刀具自动送到换刀位置,用换刀装置把前一工序需要的刀具从机械加工中心的刀具轴上取下来放到刀具储放装置上,再把下一工序需要的刀具从刀具储放装置上取下来卡装到机械加工中心的刀具轴上。
机械加工中心的刀库有多种,圆盘式刀库是其中的一种刀库。
圆盘式刀库有刀库架,刀库架上有刀具储放装置,刀具储放装置连有驱动装置,刀具储放装置有水平的圆盘,圆盘的外圆周有沿圆周均布的刀具座。
现有技术中,圆盘式刀库的刀具储放装置的驱动装置是电机,电机在圆盘的下方,电机的轴线与圆盘所在平面垂直,电机的轴线通过圆盘中心,刀具座是塑料材料的圆环。
使用前,把按加工工艺的要求所需要的多把刀具有序地储放在刀具储放装置的刀具座上。
使用时,用电机驱动刀具储放装置旋转,把把下一工序需要的刀具自动送到换刀位置。
这种圆盘式刀库有如下不足:
1.刀具储放装置的驱动装置是电机,电机在旋转中很难把下一工序需要的刀具准确地送到换刀位置,为了能把下一工序需要的刀具准确地送到换刀位置,电机需要配合有刀具位置识别装置,在电机带动刀具储放装置旋转时,用刀具位置识别装置逐一地识别一些刀具座,再发出电机开关信号,把下一工序需要的刀具送到换刀位置,在换刀时逐一地识别刀具座,使换刀时间较长,
2.刀具座是塑料材料的圆环,刀具座对刀具的握裹不稳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足,提出一种换刀时间较短、刀具座对刀具的握裹较稳的机械加工中心的圆盘式刀库。
本发明是用如下方法实现的。
机械加工中心的圆盘式刀库有刀库架,刀库架上有刀具储放装置,刀具储放装置有水平的圆盘,圆盘的外圆周有沿圆周均布的刀具座,刀具储放装置连有驱动装置,
刀具座是夹持式刀具座,夹持式刀具座有左、右夹瓣,左、右夹瓣的前段是圆弧段,左、右夹瓣的后段是安装柄,安装柄铰接在圆盘的外圆周,左、右夹瓣圆弧段的的凹口相对,左、右夹瓣的安装柄之间有弹簧,
驱动装置是伺服电机,伺服电机在圆盘的下方,伺服电机的轴线与圆盘所在平面垂直,伺服电机的轴线通过圆盘中心。
本发明刀具储放装置的驱动装置是伺服电机,用程序指令可以很快、很准确地把下一工序需要的刀具准确地送到换刀位置,使换刀时间较短;刀具座是夹持式刀具座,刀具座对刀具的握裹较稳。

图1~图4中,机械加工中心的圆盘式刀库有刀库架1,刀库架上有刀具储放装置2,刀具储放装置有水平的圆盘3,圆盘的外圆周有沿圆周均布的刀具座4,刀具储放装置连有驱动装置5,
刀具座是夹持式刀具座,夹持式刀具座有左、右夹瓣6、7,左、右夹瓣的前段是圆弧段8,左、右夹瓣的后段是安装柄9,安装柄铰接在圆盘的外圆周,左、右夹瓣圆弧段的的凹口相对,左、右夹瓣的安装柄之间有弹簧10,
驱动装置是伺服电机11,伺服电机在圆盘的下方,伺服电机的轴线与圆盘所在平面垂直,伺服电机的轴线通过圆盘中心。

1.一种圆盘式刀库,有刀库架,刀库架上有刀具储放装置,刀具储放装置有水平的圆盘,圆盘的外圆周有沿圆周均布的刀具座,刀具储放装置连有驱动装置,其特征在于:
刀具座是夹持式刀具座,夹持式刀具座有左、右夹瓣,左、右夹瓣的前段是圆弧段,左、右夹瓣的后段是安装柄,安装柄铰接在圆盘的外圆周,左、右夹瓣圆弧段的的凹口相对,左、右夹瓣的安装柄之间有弹簧,
驱动装置是伺服电机,伺服电机在圆盘的下方,伺服电机的轴线与圆盘所在平面垂直,伺服电机的轴线通过圆盘中心。
