黑藜麦,口感偏甜,不仅仅是富含人类需求的各类营养物质,更难得的是,藜麦做为植物却具有接近人体氨基酸组成的优质蛋白质。
黑松子又名松实、果松子、海松子,是松科植物红松等的种子,是常见的坚果之一。富含脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物等。是重要的中药,久食健身心,滋润皮肤,延年益寿,也有很高的食疗价值。
黑枸杞有补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳,治肝肾阴亏,治腰膝酸软,治头晕目眩,治目昏多泪,治虚劳咳嗽,治消渴,治遗精。
黑桑葚干性微寒,入心、肝、肾经,为滋补强壮、养心益智佳果。具有补血滋阴,生津止渴,润肠燥等功效,主治阴血不足而致的头晕目眩,耳鸣心悸,烦躁失眠,腰膝酸软,须发早白,消渴口干,大便干结等症。
核桃仁药性:甘,温。归肾经、肺、大肠经。功效:补肾温肺,润肠通便。药物应用:1.肾阳虚衰,腰痛脚弱,小便频数。2.肺肾不足,虚寒喘咳,肺虚久咳、气喘。3.肠燥便秘。
黑小麦的蛋白质含量基本在17-20%之间,而且黑小麦蛋白质质量更优良、氨基酸种类更齐全、比例模式也明显优于普通小麦,同时其氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸含量均比普通小麦更高,在人体所需的八种必须氨基酸中,黑小麦都远高于普通小麦,低者高于约30%,而高者则高出近110%,尤其是苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、赖氨酸和酪氨酸含量远远超过普通小麦。
圆葱又名洋葱,性微寒,味甘,有润肠,理气和胃,健脾进食,发散风寒的作用。
根据上述的组分以及配伍原理分析,本发明公开以下实施例,
实施例:
本实施例中粗粮营养粉的组成物为:黑大豆,黑芝麻,黑藜麦,黑松子,黑枸杞、黑桑葚干,核桃仁,黑小麦,圆葱。
粗粮营养粉制作方法是:每份按照500g为标准,选取黑大豆10份,黑芝麻10份,黑藜麦10份,黑松子10份,黑枸杞10份,黑桑葚干10份,核桃仁10份,黑小麦10份,圆葱20份,粉碎研磨成目数细度为100目以上的粉,将冷粉碎研磨好的黑大豆粉,黑芝麻粉,黑藜麦粉,黑松子粉,黑枸杞粉,黑桑葚干粉,核桃仁粉,黑小麦粉,圆葱粉,按照1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1:2比例混合,制作完成。

Claims (3)
1.一种粗粮营养粉及其制作方法,其特征在于,包括下列重量比的原料制成:黑大豆5-10份,黑芝麻5-10份,黑藜麦5-10份,黑松子5-10份,黑枸杞5-10份,黑桑葚干5-10份,核桃仁5-10份,黑小麦5-10份,圆葱15-25份;
制作方法,将研磨好的黑大豆粉,黑芝麻粉,黑藜麦粉,黑松子粉,黑枸杞粉,黑桑葚干粉,核桃仁粉,黑小麦粉,圆葱粉按照比例混合,营养粉制作完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗粮营养粉其及制作方法,其特征在于:黑大豆,黑芝麻,黑藜麦,黑松子,黑枸杞,黑桑葚干,核桃仁,黑小麦,圆葱粉碎研磨成目数细度为100目以上的混合粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗粮营养粉及其制作方法,其特征在于:黑大豆,黑芝麻,黑藜麦,黑松子,黑枸杞,黑桑葚干,核桃仁,黑小麦,圆葱的重量比为1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1:2。
