技术领域
本发明属于改善心理状态技术领域,具体涉及一种缓解心理压力的组合物及其口服制剂。
背景技术
心理压力是个体在生活实践中对压力事件反映而形成的一种特别紧张的综合性心理状态,即个体心理真正意识到了压力存在而无法摆脱时形成的带有紧张情绪的心理状态,而应激则是心理压力的特殊表现形态。社会生活中处处存在着压力,学生有学习压力、职员有工作压力、领导有管理压力、公司有风险压力等,就连家庭主妇都有抚养孩子、照顾和管理家庭的压力。人们生活在一个处处充满压力的社会中,若是压力恰到好处则会促进个体健康成长,若是压力过大则会阻碍个体成长,甚至危害到个体的心理健康。这就需要我们关注个体的心理压力,寻找缓解心理压力的方法。
传统的关于心理压力的技术领域,主要侧重于监测或评估心理压力,表现为心理压力的测试装置以及心理压力的评估装置,关于心理减压的产品是通过外部感官来达到缓解心理压力的目的,例如,按摩器通过按摩身体部位使得身体达到放松状态;减压键盘通过人的手指不断的按击键盘,从而通过宣泄装置或心理减压调节器等把压力转移,达到释放压力的目的。即传统的关于心理压力技术领域,主要立足于心理学的角度,阐述如何监测、评估和释放压力。
然而,心理压力是外部环境变化和机体内部状态所造成的人的生理变化和情绪波动,仅仅通过外部感官的宣泄装置或心理调节器往往并不能有效地缓解心理压力,如何更为有效地从生理角度缓解心理压力是本领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对如何更为有效地从生理角度缓解心理压力的问题,提供一种缓解心理压力的组合物及其口服制剂。
本发明提供的一种缓解心理压力的组合物,所述缓解心理压力的组合物包括以下重量份数的成分:
50份~70份Omega-3脂肪酸、20份~40份色氨酸、20份~40份叶酸、0.4份~0.6份维生素C、0.02份~0.04份维生素B1、0.025份~0.055份维生素B6,0.025份~0.055份镁、0.025份~0.055份锌。
在其中一个实施例中,所述缓解心理压力的组合物还包括500份~700份香蕉提取物。
在其中一个实施例中,所述缓解心理压力的组合物还包括400份~600份奇亚籽提取物。
本发明还提供了一种如上所述的缓解心理压力的组合物的口服制剂,所述口服制剂含有调味剂和/或辅料。
在其中一个实施例中,所述口服制剂为液体饮料,每百份所述口服制剂含有0.009份~0.146份所述缓解心理压力的组合物。
在其中一个实施例中,每百份所述口服制剂包括7.4份~11.7份的所述调味剂以及余量的水,所述调味剂包括以下重量份数的原料:
4份~6份白砂糖、3份~5份葡萄糖浆、0.30份~0.50份柠檬酸、0.04份~0。06份苹果酸、0.06份~0.08份柠檬酸钠、0.02份~0.04份氯化钾。
在其中一个实施例中,所述口服制剂为粉剂,每百份所述粉剂含有0.09份~1.46份所述缓解心理压力的组合物,所述粉剂服用时以5~15倍粉剂的水冲服。
在其中一个实施例中,所述口服制剂为胶囊剂或片剂,每粒所述胶囊剂或片剂含有9mg~500mg的所述缓解心理压力的组合物,所述胶囊剂或片剂的服用量以所述缓解心理压力的组合物计,每次不超过800mg。
上述缓解心理压力的组合物,从生理角度出发,通过多种原料的组合配比,可以促进人体合成5-羟色胺,5-羟色胺作为神经递质,可以有效地进行神经调节,缓解心理压力,从而实现从生理途径有效地缓解心理压力。进一步地,人体的5-羟色胺虽然可以通过口服加以补充,然而一方面口服容易导致5-羟色胺过过量,另一方面口服5-羟色胺可能产生依赖性或5-羟色胺综合征,本发明的缓解心理压力的组合物,通过口服促进人体合成5-羟色胺,实现间接补充人体的5-羟色胺,基于人体的自我调节能力不会产生5-羟色胺过量的危险,而且避免产生依赖性或5-羟色胺综合征,提高了通过补充5-羟色胺进行神经调节、缓解心理压力的安全性。

5-羟色胺(5-HT),又名血清素,是一种抑制性神经递质,广泛存在于哺乳动物组织中,特别在大脑皮层及神经突触内含量很高。5-HT作为神经递质,几乎影响到大脑活动的每一个方面,如情绪调节、记忆处理、认知加工等。人体的5-羟色胺虽然可以通过口服加以补充,然而口服容易导致5-羟色胺过过量,且口服5-羟色胺可能产生依赖性或5-羟色胺综合征,本发明的缓解心理压力的组合物,从促进人体5-羟色胺的合成入手,通过外部元素的摄入,促进人体合成5-羟色胺,实现间接补充人体的5-羟色胺,基于人体的自我调节能力不会产生5-羟色胺过量的危险,而且避免产生依赖性或5-羟色胺综合征,提高了通过补充5-羟色胺进行神经调节、从生理途径达到缓解心理压力的作用,并且提高了补充5-羟色胺的安全性。
本发明的缓解心理压力的组合物,通过特定的原料组合和配比,以色氨酸作为生成5-羟色胺的主要,其余原料促进色氨酸在人体内转变为5-羟色胺,从而实现各原料协同发挥作用。
其中,色氨酸主要存在于高等植物。Omega-3脂肪酸主要存在于深海鱼类中。叶酸广泛存在于动植物类食品中,尤以酵母、肝及绿叶蔬菜中含量比较多。维生素C的主要来源为新鲜的蔬菜水果,蔬菜中,辣椒、茼蒿、苦瓜、豆角、菠菜、土豆、韭菜等中含量丰富;水果中,酸枣、鲜枣、草莓、柑橘、柠檬等中含量最多;在动物的内脏中也含有少量的维生素C。维生素B1被称为精神性的维生素,这是因为维生素B1对神经组织和精神状态有良好的影响,富含维生素B1的食物有酵母、米糠、全麦、燕麦、花生、猪肉、大多数种类的蔬菜、麦麸、牛奶。维生素B6是机体内许多重要酶系统的辅酶,参与氨基酸的脱羧作用、色氨酸的合成、含硫氨基酸的代谢和不饱和脂肪酸的代谢等生理过程,富含维生素B6的食物有啤酒酵母、小麦麸、麦芽、动物肝脏与肾脏、大豆、美国甜瓜(cantaloupe)、甘蓝菜、废糖蜜(从原料中提炼砂糖时所剩的糖蜜)、糙米、蛋、燕麦、花生、胡桃。镁主要存在于幼嫩器官和组织中,植物成熟时则集中于种子;整粒的种子、未经碾磨的谷物、青叶蔬菜、豆类和坚果是日常镁最为丰富的来源。锌主要存在于海产品、动物内脏、瘦肉、猪肝、鱼类、蛋黄等,其中以牡蛎含锌最为高;据化验,动物性食品含锌量普遍较多,每一百克动物性食品中大约含锌3mg~5mg,并且动物性蛋白质分解后所产生的氨基酸还能促进锌的吸收;植物性食品中锌较少,每一百克植物性食品中大约含锌1毫克,各种植物性食物中含锌量比较高的有豆类、花生、小米、萝卜、大白菜等;通过对海刺参的研究发现,海刺参中含有丰富的微量元素,锌就是其中之一。另外,竹笋、笋瓜、南瓜、西葫芦等蔬菜中被证实含有丰富各类以上元素,且苦荞麦中含有丰富的蛋白质可以起到抗疲劳、提高运动能力的作用。
本发明缓解心理压力的组合物含有的各营养物质,来自于日常食用的各种食物,安全性高,并且虽然都能从日常食用的水产、肉、蔬菜或水果中获取,但是很难通过食用各种水产、肉、蔬菜和水果达到本发明缓解心理压力的组合物中各营养物质的配比,并且要达到本发明的不补充量,需要食用超大量的各种食物,这是人体所不能承受的。而本发明通过将各种提纯的营养物质组合配比,即能使配比合理,又能便于补充。
可选地,本发明的上述成分均提取于动物或植物,是纯天然物质原料,满足现代人追求天然的心理需求,进而能够有助于缓解心理压力。
作为一种可选实施方式,该缓解心理压力的组合物还包括500份~700份香蕉提取物。香蕉提取物不仅含有色氨酸有助于促进人体合成5-羟色胺,还含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、粗纤纤维、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、硫胺素烟酸、维生素C、维生素E、钾等营养物质,通过添加香蕉提取物,能够丰富色氨酸的来源,并且通过补充碳水化合物,进一步提高促进5-羟色胺的合成能力。此外,还能使该缓解心理压力的组合物具有香蕉风味,改善该缓解心理压力的组合物的口感。
作为一种可选实施方式,该缓解心理压力的组合物还包括400份~600份奇亚籽提取物。奇亚籽富含人体必需脂肪酸α-亚麻酸,多种抗氧化活性成分,是天然omega-3脂肪酸的来源,通过添加奇亚籽提取物,能够进一步丰富omega-3脂肪酸的来源。
本发明还提供了一种上述的缓解心理压力的组合物的口服制剂,该口服制剂含有调味剂和/或辅料。本发明缓解心理压力的组合物含有的各营养物质,来自于日常食用的各种食物,安全性高,并且虽然都能从日常食用的水产、肉、蔬菜或水果中获取,但是很难通过食用各种水产、肉、蔬菜和水果达到本发明缓解心理压力的组合物中各营养物质的配比,并且要达到本发明的不补充量,需要食用超大量的各种食物,这是人体所不能承受的。而本发明通过将各种提纯的营养物质组合配比,使各营养物质配比合理,进一步通过添加适量的调味剂和/或辅料,制成便于服用的口服制剂,不仅口感好,且能够有效缓解心理压力,并且能够提高补充5-羟色胺的便利性。
作为一种可选实施方式,本发明的缓解心理压力的组合物应用于保健食品、特殊膳食食品或普通食品。该缓解心理压力的组合物不仅能够促进5-羟色胺的合成,并且该组合物本身含有的各种成分也是人体所必须的营养元素,在促进人体中5-羟色胺合成的同时,也能够补充一定的营养物质,达到综合补充营养和缓解心理压力的目的。
作为一种可选实施方式,口服制剂为液体饮料,每百份口服制剂含有0.009份~0.146份缓解心理压力的组合物。饮水是人们每天都需要的,并且据研究发现人们饮水的动作也能一定程度地缓解心理压力,本实施例的口服制剂为液体饮料,能够使人们在补水的同时摄入缓解心理压力的组合物,综合提高缓解心理压力的能力。
进一步可选地,每百份口服制剂包括7.4份~11.7份的调味剂以及余量的水,调味剂包括以下重量份数的原料:4份~6份白砂糖、3份~5份葡萄糖浆、0.30份~0.50份柠檬酸、0.04份~0。06份苹果酸、0.06份~0.08份柠檬酸钠、0.02份~0.04份氯化钾。上述调味剂能够使制得的液体饮料口感酸甜,满足服用者的口感需求,克服服用者服用药物的心理顾虑。
作为一种可选实施方式,口服制剂为粉剂,每百份粉剂含有0.09份~1.46份缓解心理压力的组合物,粉剂服用时以5~15倍粉剂的水冲服。可选地,所述粉剂可以采用豆浆粉、奶粉、芝麻糊粉等日常冲服的粉剂作为主料,辅以缓解心理压力的组合物能够使服用者在饮食的同时补充该缓解心理压力的组合物,能够使服用者在轻松的饮食环境下摄入缓解心理压力的组合物。
作为一种可选实施方式,口服制剂为胶囊剂或片剂,每粒胶囊剂或片剂含有9mg~500mg的缓解心理压力的组合物,胶囊剂或片剂的服用量以缓解心理压力的组合物计,每次不超过800mg。当人们具有心理压力时,往往希望能够快速缓解心理压力,本发明通过将缓解心理压力的组合物制成方便服用的胶囊剂或片剂,便于需要缓解心理压力的人们服用,提高了口服制剂服用的便利性。
实施例1
将0.4g维生素C、0.02g维生素B1、0.025g维生素B6、0.098g氯化镁(含镁0.025g)、0.174g葡萄糖酸锌(含锌0.025g)混合均匀制得第一混合物。
将50g Omega-3脂肪酸、20g色氨酸以及20g叶酸混合均匀,分批次加入第一混合物混合均匀,制得第二混合物。
将500g香蕉提取物、400奇亚籽提取物混合均匀,分批次加入第二混合物混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的组合物。
将40kg白砂糖、30kg葡萄糖浆、3000g柠檬酸、400g苹果酸、600g柠檬酸钠、200g氯化钾以及990.71g缓解心理压力的组合物加入926.8kg水中混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的液体饮料。
取20只健康小鼠进行效果对照试验,均分为实验组A和对照组B。首先利用ELLSA试剂盒测定实验组A和对照组B的受试小鼠血清中的5-羟色胺含量,使实验组A的小鼠服用本发明实施例1制得缓解心理压力的组合物的制剂,使对照组B服用不含有缓解心理压力的组合物的空白制剂,1小时后分别测定实验组A和对照组B的小鼠血清中的5-羟色胺含量,小鼠血清中的5-羟色胺含量变化值如表1所示。
实施例2
将0.5g维生素C、0.03g维生素B1、0.04g维生素B6、0.157g氯化镁(含镁0.04g)、0.278g葡萄糖酸锌(含锌0.04g)混合均匀制得第一混合物。
将60g Omega-3脂肪酸、30g色氨酸以及30g叶酸混合均匀,分批次加入第一混合物混合均匀,制得第二混合物。
将600g香蕉提取物、500奇亚籽提取物混合均匀,分批次加入第二混合物混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的组合物。
将50kg白砂糖、40kg葡萄糖浆、4000g柠檬酸、500g苹果酸、700g柠檬酸钠、300g氯化钾以及1221.01g缓解心理压力的组合物加入903.3kg水中混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的液体饮料。
采用与实施例1相同的方法进行效果对照试验,试验结果如表1所示。
实施例3
将0.6g维生素C、0.04g维生素B1、0.055g维生素B6、0.216g氯化镁(含镁0.055g)、0.382g葡萄糖酸锌(含锌0.055g)混合均匀制得第一混合物。
将70g Omega-3脂肪酸、40g色氨酸以及40g叶酸混合均匀,分批次加入第一混合物混合均匀,制得第二混合物。
将700g香蕉提取物、600奇亚籽提取物混合均匀,分批次加入第二混合物混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的组合物。
将60kg白砂糖、50kg葡萄糖浆、5000g柠檬酸、600g苹果酸、800g柠檬酸钠、400g氯化钾以及1451.29g缓解心理压力的组合物加入881.7kg水中混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的液体饮料。
采用与实施例1相同的方法进行效果对照试验,试验结果如表1所示。
实施例4
将0.5g维生素C、0.03g维生素B1、0.04g维生素B6、0.157g氯化镁(含镁0.04g)、0.278g葡萄糖酸锌(含锌0.04g)混合均匀制得第一混合物。
将60g Omega-3脂肪酸、30g色氨酸以及30g叶酸混合均匀,分批次加入第一混合物混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的组合物。
将50kg白砂糖、40kg葡萄糖浆、4000g柠檬酸、500g苹果酸、700g柠檬酸钠、300g氯化钾以及121.01g缓解心理压力的组合物加入904.4kg水中混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的液体饮料。
采用与实施例1相同的方法进行效果对照试验,试验结果如表1所示。
实施例5
将0.5g维生素C、0.03g维生素B1、0.04g维生素B6、0.157g氯化镁(含镁0.04g)、0.278g葡萄糖酸锌(含锌0.04g)混合均匀制得第一混合物。
将60g Omega-3脂肪酸、30g色氨酸以及30g叶酸混合均匀,分批次加入第一混合物混合均匀,制得第二混合物。
将600g香蕉提取物、500奇亚籽提取物混合均匀,分批次加入第二混合物混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的组合物并造粒。
将25kg白砂糖、20kg葡萄糖浆、2000g柠檬酸、250g苹果酸、350g柠檬酸钠、150g氯化钾以及1221.01g缓解心理压力的组合物分批次加入90.33kg奶粉中混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的粉剂。
采用与实施例1相同的方法进行效果对照试验,试验5结果如表1所示。
实施例6
将0.5g维生素C、0.03g维生素B1、0.04g维生素B6、0.157g氯化镁(含镁0.04g)、0.278g葡萄糖酸锌(含锌0.04g)混合均匀制得第一混合物。
将60g Omega-3脂肪酸、30g色氨酸以及30g叶酸混合均匀,分批次加入第一混合物混合均匀,制得第二混合物。
将600g香蕉提取物、500奇亚籽提取物混合均匀,分批次加入第二混合物混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的组合物。
将1221.01g缓解心理压力的组合物与适量的植物油混合压制成设计规格的胶囊,制得缓解心理压力的胶囊剂。
采用与实施例1相同的方法进行效果对照试验,试验结果如表1所示。
实施例7
将0.5g维生素C、0.03g维生素B1、0.04g维生素B6、0.157g氯化镁(含镁0.04g)、0.278g葡萄糖酸锌(含锌0.04g)混合均匀制得第一混合物。
将60g Omega-3脂肪酸、30g色氨酸以及30g叶酸混合均匀,分批次加入第一混合物混合均匀,制得第二混合物。
将600g香蕉提取物、500奇亚籽提取物混合均匀,分批次加入第二混合物混合均匀,制得缓解心理压力的组合物。
将1221.01g缓解心理压力的组合物与适量的辅料混合压制成设计规格的片剂,制得缓解心理压力的片剂。
采用与实施例1相同的方法进行效果对照试验,试验结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明的缓解心理压力的组合物制剂能够明显提升了实验组A小鼠血清中的5-羟色胺,而对照组B小鼠血清中的5-羟色胺含量基本没变化,说明本发明的缓解心理压力的组合物制剂能够明显促进5-羟色胺的合成,以提高体内5-羟色胺的含量,从而基于5-羟色胺的神经及生理机能的调节作用,达到减压的目的。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
Claims (8)
1.一种缓解心理压力的组合物,其特征在于,所述缓解心理压力的组合物包括以下重量份数的成分:
50份~70份Omega-3脂肪酸、20份~40份色氨酸、20份~40份叶酸、0.4份~0.6份维生素C、0.02份~0.04份维生素B1、0.025份~0.055份维生素B6,0.025份~0.055份镁、0.025份~0.055份锌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解心理压力的组合物,其特征在于,所述缓解心理压力的组合物还包括500份~700份香蕉提取物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓解心理压力的组合物,其特征在于,所述缓解心理压力的组合物还包括400份~600份奇亚籽提取物。
4.一种如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的缓解心理压力的组合物的口服制剂,其特征在于,所述口服制剂含有调味剂和/或辅料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的口服制剂,其特征在于,所述口服制剂为液体饮料,每百份所述口服制剂含有0.009份~0.146份所述缓解心理压力的组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的口服制剂,其特征在于,每百份所述口服制剂包括7.4份~11.7份的所述调味剂以及余量的水,所述调味剂包括以下重量份数的原料:
4份~6份白砂糖、3份~5份葡萄糖浆、0.30份~0.50份柠檬酸、0.04份~0。06份苹果酸、0.06份~0.08份柠檬酸钠、0.02份~0.04份氯化钾。
7.根据权利要求4所述的口服制剂,其特征在于,所述口服制剂为粉剂,每百份所述粉剂含有0.09份~1.46份所述缓解心理压力的组合物,所述粉剂服用时以5~15倍粉剂的水冲服。
8.根据权利要求4所述的口服制剂,其特征在于,所述口服制剂为胶囊剂或片剂,每粒所述胶囊剂或片剂含有9mg~500mg的所述缓解心理压力的组合物,所述胶囊剂或片剂的服用量以所述缓解心理压力的组合物计,每次不超过800mg。
