本发明涉及一种六鲭谷王馔膳食,属于食品及加工技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,心血管疾病的发病率逐步升高。已成为人类生命致残的“头号杀手”。在中国每万例死亡中就有2例死于心血管疾病。根据中国心血管疾病报告显示,中国心血管疾病(CVD)患病人数约2.9亿(其中包括冠心病、心衰、风心病、先心病及脑卒中)心血管病仍高于肿瘤和其他疾病,占居民疾病死亡率构成40%以上。而全球约有1730万人死于心脑血管疾病,而中国约有300万人死于心脑血管疾病。已成为人类重大的公共卫生问题。
然而,引起心脑血管疾病的因素主要在于因高血压、高血脂和高胆固醇等引起,另一方面,经世界医学界和营养学界科学研究证明,一些食物中具有抗氧化因子,能在一定程度上遏制心血管疾病的发生率和死亡病例;同时,可治高血脂、高血压、血清胆固醇及血糖叶高引起冠心病、心衰竭、心肌梗死、脑卒中及脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病,经临床应用,具有很好改善和康复作用。这就使研究人员通过膳食的搭配来改善这些疾病的发生,然而,针对如何将食物中进行组合搭配使达到共同协同作用以实现食疗功效以针对因高血脂、高血压、高胆固醇等引起的冠心病相关报道并不多见。
本发明经过大量的研究考证鳄鱼肉具有较高的营养价值,用作滋补的膳食,但是,现有的大多是采用鳄鱼肉的提取物作为膳食或滋补品的成分,采用提取物这样并不能更全面的利用鳄鱼肉的营养价值和发挥最大的功效,如中国专利授权专利(公告号:CN103416768B)公开的一种滋阴补肾的鳄鱼肉组合物,就是采用鳄鱼提取物作为主要成分之一并结合葛根、玛咖等共同作用以达到滋阴补肾的功效,且现有的也并没有公开如何通过膳食搭配的方式将鳄鱼肉应用在防治心血管疾病方面的应用。
发明内容
本发明针对以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,提出一种六鲭谷王馔膳食,解决的问题是如何提供一种兼具防治因高血脂、高血压和/或高胆固醇引起心血管疾病的食疗功能。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的,一种六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分搭配食用:
鳄鱼肉:40~60;鹅肝:10~30;兔肉:10~20;菌类食材料:40~60;防腐剂:5~8;谷王馔:90~110;所述谷王馔主要由麦粉和氨基酸钠盐组成。
通过采用鳄鱼肉、鹅肝、兔肉、菌类食材料和谷王馔麦粉及氨基酸钠盐各成分之间的整体搭配协同作用,能够使起到较好的抗氧化食疗的功效。更具体的说,通过各成分的协同作用,能够促使抑制人体自由基产生,达到“双向调节”目的,既能清除动脉壁上堆积胆固醇,又能抑制“坏胆固醇”摄入;同时,能够增加“好胆固醇”含量,有效防止血栓的形成;另一方面,可调节人体内电解质平衡,调节高血脂,高血压等血管张力,维持恢复中枢神经和血管系统完整。实现冠心病、心力衰竭、心肌梗死、脑卒中及动脉粥样硬化等食疗功效,有效降低或遏制心血管疾病的发生率和死亡率。通过选用鳄鱼肉作为其中的搭配材料,具有滋心润肺,补气养心、改善和提高人体血红蛋白功能;能够用于对预防或治疗冠心病等心脑血管疾病的功效。同时,鳄鱼肉中含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,且又含有血红蛋白的氨基酸链存在着非常奇特的结构及较高优质蛋白和不饱和脂肪酸、维他命及多种矿物质微量元素等成分,有利于为人体提供有益的营养成分,且也有助于抑制人体自由基的产生,同时,鳄鱼肉本身是一种低脂肪、低胆固酸和骨胶源含量高的鱼肉类,具有很高的药食同源两用的价值;而通过配合鹅肝能够使具有增加体内酶活性,调节钙、磷代谢,实现有效降低胆固醇、软化血管、补血活性的功效,有效起到防治心血管疾病的功效,以及配合食用兔肉和菌类食材能够起到较好的预防或治疗高血脂、高血压和高胆固醇等引心的冠心病等心血管疾病。同时,鹅肝含有丰富的碳水化合物,优质蛋白和不饱和脂肪酸以及铜、钾、磷、铁等矿物微量元素以及富含三酰甘油、卵磷脂、胱氧核糖等营养素,具有很高的药用价值,而兔肉也含有优质蛋白很高,而且脂肪和胆固醇很低,又含有卵磷脂及人体必需的最易缺的赖氨酸和包氨酸,多种维生素及微量矿物质元素营养成份。能够很好的保持人体内营养元素均衡的效果。对于上述各食材通常一般的烹饪方式加工成熟食均能够保持各成分营养价值和功效的效果。

在上述六鲭谷王馔膳食中,作为优选,所述菌类食材选自竹荪和鸡枞菌中的一种或两种。通过这两种菌的协同作用,能够使具有活血祛病、滋阴养血、减少腹壁脂肪的堆积;特别是对高血脂、高血压、高胆固醇引起的冠心病、动脉粥样硬化等疾病有很好食疗效果;并具有调节血压和血管张力及遏制心脑心管病的发病率之功效。作为更进一步优选,所述菌类食材为竹荪和鸡枞菌两种,所述竹荪:鸡枞菌的质量比为1:1.5~3.0。
在上述六鲭谷王馔膳食中,作为优选,所述防腐剂选自乳酸链球菌素和海藻酸钠中的一种或两种。采用天然食品添加剂海澡酸钠,不仅能够起到对食品或食疗食品基材的防腐功效,且又是一种天然纤维素;具体独特的营养素,可减缓脂肪糖和胆盐的吸收,降低血清和肝脏中的胆固酸血中甘油三脂。
在上述六鲭谷王馔膳食中,作为优选,所述氨基酸钠盐占谷王馔的质量的0.5%~2.0%。能够有效的调节体内的氨基酸含量,具有较好的调节血脂、血压的功效。

1.本发明的膳食中各成分之间能够起到较好的协同作用,起到较好的抗氧化食疗的功效。能够促使抑制人体自由基产生,达到“双向调节”目的,且能够有效防止血栓的形成;实现有效降低或遏制心血管疾病的发生率和死亡率,具有较好的药食同源的食疗效果。
2.通过采用鳄鱼肉配合食用兔肉和菌类食材能够起到较好的协同预防或治疗高血脂、高血压和高胆固醇等引心的冠心病等心血管疾病。
3.通过采用竹荪和鸡枞菌能够使具有活血祛病、滋阴养血、减少腹壁脂肪的堆积;并具有调节血压和血管张力及遏制心脑心管病的发病率之功效。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明,但是本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
本实施例中六鲭谷王馔膳食主要包括以下重量份的食材搭配:
鳄鱼肉:50克;鹅肝:20克;兔肉:15克;鹿胎:15克,竹荪:15克;鸡枞菌35克;谷王馔100克;乳酸链球菌素3克;以及海藻酸钠5克。其中谷王馔由65克的裸燕麦粉和34.5克的红秃头小麦粉及0.5克氨基酸低钠盐制成。
本实施例的鳄鱼肉、鹅肝、兔肉、鹿胎以及竹荪、鸡枞菌按照一般的食材烹任至熟食后即可,而谷王馔在食用时可以将其加少量水加工成糕点,通过蒸气烹饪蒸熟后食用。
实施例2
本实施例中六鲭谷王馔膳食主要包括以下重量份的食材搭配:
鳄鱼肉:40克;鹅肝:30克;兔肉:10克;鹿胎:20克,竹荪:20克;鸡枞菌30克;谷王馔110克;乳酸链球菌素1克;以及海藻酸钠5克。其中谷王馔由79克的裸燕麦粉和30克的红秃头小麦粉及1克氨基酸低钠盐制成。
本实施例中的鳄鱼肉可以通过以下烹饪至熟食:
选取冰鲜的鳄鱼肉75克;辅料猪瘦肉36克,灵芝10克;党参10克,山药15克,黑枸杞15克,陈皮一片、生姜5片,调料八角、蒜泥、绍酒、低钠盐、酱油、生抽和糖各适量,这里调料的用量根据各人口味可进行适当调节。搭配时取上述搭配相应量的鳄鱼肉即可。
做法:将选取的冰鲜鳄鱼肉进行洗净切成鱼片备用,再将猪瘦肉切成肉丝下锅炒出油取出备用,然后,在锅内注入亚麻籽油烧热至七成热,先放调料灵芝、党参、山药、黑枸杞、陈皮、八角爆炝至香,再放鳄鱼肉片块和已去油的猪瘦肉略炒,放清水适量翻炒断生,再加入姜、蒜丝、低钠盐、纯酒、米醋、鱼露、豆瓣酱和五香粉等调味品炒入味,起锅沥干汤汁即可,可以进一步的进行真空包装。
上述鹅肝烹调技术方法:
取鹅肝洗净,切成片小块,再用开水焯氽后待用,锅内注入少量亚麻籽油烧热,放入姜、蒜末、胡椒炒香,再放鹅肝翻炒,添加、绍酒、低钠盐、米醋、鱼露、鸡酱、五香粉和鸡精等调味品炒入味至熟即可。
上述兔肉的烹调加工方法:
将选取的兔肉料理干净,切块丁,置盘中,加八角、陈皮、花椒、低钠盐、白酒、米醋腌渍15分钟捞出待用,锅内注入亚麻籽油烧热,先放姜、蒜、花椒、八角、陈皮爆香后,放兔肉丁块,然后加清水适量烧热后,再添加低钠盐、绍酒、米醋中、五香粉、豆蔻、鸡精等翻炒至熟,捞出锅即可。
鹿胎烹饪技术加工方法:
将梅花鹿的鹿胎盘混合体用清水浸泡1小时,再用沸水焯透去腥,切成薄片备用,在锅内注入亚麻籽油烧热,放姜、蒜末、爆香,添加红参、当归、小回香、八角、绍酒和米醋等调味品旺火翻炒,再放切片的鹿胎片条,翻炒,并添加氨基酸低钠盐、美极鲜酱油、五香粉和鸡精等以及适量清水烧至入味至熟即可出锅。
竹荪及鸡枞菌的烹饪加工方法:
将竹荪及鸡枞菌食材进行泡发料理,再用水焯水处理,切成丝条,锅注亚麻籽油烧热,放菌类食材煸炒,逐渐添加鸡汤汁,蚝油,低钠盐、胡椒粉、鱼露、虾子酱和鸡精等调料适量及清水少许,再炒至汤汁将尽收汁即可起锅。
将裸燕麦粉和红秃头小麦粉分别进行筛滤去杂、按设计配方(65:35)的重量比搭配成复合麦粉以少量的氨基酸钠盐1重量份;再将麦粉放入盘内,逐渐加清水适量用手搅拌均匀成湿粉质堆叠让麦粉吸收水份待用;蒸桶中凸底铺上蒸巾放置沸水大锅中,将湿复合麦粉倒入蒸桶里经旺火蒸气熟化处理,待麦粉蒸热,出桶倒入专用制备糕机中进行自动滚捣成粉团经制糕机制作糕品,待糕品凉却晾干切成糕丝即成品。
然后,按照上述六鲭谷王馔膳食各成分的用量配比进行搭配并添加防腐剂进行装袋,其中,将谷王馔进行单独包装,各自进行杀菌处理后,真空密封包装。还可以将鳄鱼肉、鹅肝、兔肉、鹿胎、竹荪、鸡枞菌和相应的天然防腐剂按照上述各成分的用量搭配比量一并包装在一起均可。
本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食在食用时,将相应的包装拆开,取出食物,先将谷王馔的食材做成糕丝放入食用碗中,用开水泡软,再放六鲭谷王馔进行加热后作为浇头即可食用。
实施例3
本实施例中六鲭谷王馔膳食主要包括以下重量份的食材搭配:
鳄鱼肉:60克;鹅肝:10克;兔肉:20克;鹿胎:10克,竹荪:15克;鸡枞菌25克;谷王馔91克;乳酸链球菌素1克;以及海藻酸钠4克。其中谷王馔由60克的裸燕麦粉和30克的红秃头小麦粉及1克氨基酸低钠盐制成。
本实施例中的各食材的具体加工方法可以采用与实施例2中基本相同的方法烹饪至熟,并进行真空包装,这里不再赘述。
实施例4
本实施例中六鲭谷王馔膳食主要包括以下重量份的食材搭配:
鳄鱼肉:55克;鹅肝:25克;兔肉:13克;鹿胎:15克,竹荪:10克;鸡枞菌30克;谷王馔100克;乳酸链球菌素1克;以及海藻酸钠5克。其中谷王馔由70克的裸燕麦粉和29克的红秃头小麦粉及1克氨基酸低钠盐制成。
本实施例中的各食材的具体加工方法可以采用与实施例2中基本相同的方法烹饪至熟,并进行真空包装,这里不再赘述。
实施例5
本实施例中六鲭谷王馔膳食主要包括以下重量份的食材搭配:
鳄鱼肉:58克;鹅肝:27克;兔肉:16克;鹿胎:18克,竹荪:15克;鸡枞菌45克;谷王馔100克;乳酸链球菌素2克;以及海藻酸钠6克。其中谷王馔由60克的裸燕麦粉39克的红秃头小麦粉及1克氨基酸低钠盐制成。
本实施例中的各食材的具体加工方法可以采用与实施例2中基本相同的方法烹饪至熟,并进行真空包装,这里不再赘述。
这里谷王馔中的麦粉可以使仅采用裸燕麦粉或红秃头小麦粉其中单一的麦粉代替。
随机选取上述实施例2得到的相应六鲭谷王馔膳食进行具体的功效试验,具体如下所示:
选取临床上患有因高血脂引发的冠心病患者进行周期性验证,选取男性12人,女性12人,年龄在35-45岁之间。使选取上述患者进行食物疗法,连续食用本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食3个月(以每两天食用一次)后,选取的上述患者均能够得以无损伤的康复,血脂的各项指标均能够恢复到正常值范围,且也未出现脑溢血、心肌梗死等病例心血管疾病。说明本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食具有能够防治因高血脂引起的心血管疾病,且3个月后继续连续食用(以每两天食用一次)3个月,血脂等各项指标均能够保持在正常值范围内,基本不会出现较大的波动现象;且体质明显增强,身体健康。
随机选取上述实施例3得到的相应六鲭谷王馔膳食进行具体的功效试验,具体如下所示:
选取临床上患有因高血压引发的冠心病患者进行周期性验证,选取男性12人,女性12人,年龄在35-45岁之间。使选取上述患者进行食物疗法,连续食用本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食3个月(以每两天食用一次)后,选取的上述患者男性有11人和女性12人均能够得以无损伤的康复,血压的各项指标均能够恢复到正常值范围,且也未出现脑溢血、心肌梗死等病例心血管疾病。且上述其中1位男性患者在相应的3个月周期内其高血压现象也有所好转,说明本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食具有能够防治因高血压引起的心血管疾病,且上述达到正常范围内的11位男性和12位女性患者在3个月后继续连续食用(以每两天食用一次)3个月,血脂等各项指标均能够保持在正常值范围内,基本不会出现较大的波动现象,另一位男性患者在这3个月后也能够使血压达到正常范围内;且体质明显增强,身体健康。
随机选取上述实施例4得到的相应六鲭谷王馔膳食进行具体的功效试验,具体如下所示:
选取临床上患有因高胆固醇引发的冠心病患者进行周期性验证,选取男性12人,女性12人,年龄在35-45岁之间。使选取上述患者进行食物疗法,连续食用本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食3个月(以每两天食用一次)后,选取的上述患者均能够得以无损伤的康复,胆固醇的各项指标均能够恢复到正常值范围,且也未出现脑溢血、心肌梗死等病例心血管疾病。说明本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食具有能够防治因高胆固醇引起的心血管疾病,且3个月后继续连续食用(以每两天食用一次)3个月,胆固醇等各项指标均能够保持在正常值范围内,基本不会出现较大的波动现象;且体质明显增强,身体健康。
随机选取上述实施例2得到的相应六鲭谷王馔膳食进行具体的功效试验,具体如下所示。
选取临床上患有因高血压、高血脂和高胆固醇并发症引发的冠心病患者进行周期性验证,选取男性12人,女性12人,年龄在35-45岁之间。使选取上述患者进行食物疗法,连续食用本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食3个月(以每两天食用一次)后,选取的上述患者均能够得以无损伤的康复,血压、血脂和胆固醇的各项指标均能够恢复到正常值范围,且也未出现脑溢血、心肌梗死等病例心血管疾病。说明本发明的六鲭谷王馔膳食具有能够防治因高血压、高血脂和高胆固醇并发症引起的心血管疾病,且3个月后继续连续食用(以每两天食用一次)3个月,血压、血脂和胆固醇等各项指标均能够保持在正常值范围内,基本不会出现较大的波动现象;且体质明显增强,身体健康。

Claims (10)
1.一种六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分搭配食用:
鳄鱼肉:40~60;鹅肝:10~30;兔肉:10~20;菌类食材料:40~60;防腐剂:5~8;谷王馔:90~110;所述谷王馔主要由麦粉和氨基酸钠盐组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,该膳食还包括10~20重量份的鹿胎。
3.根据权利要求1所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,所述麦粉为裸燕麦粉和红秃头小麦粉的混合物,所述红秃头小麦粉:裸燕麦粉的质量比为1:1.5~2.0。
4.根据权利要求1所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,所述菌类食材选自竹荪和鸡枞菌中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求4所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,所述菌类食材为竹荪和鸡枞菌两种,所述竹荪:鸡枞菌的质量比为1:1.5~3.0。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自乳酸链球菌素和海藻酸钠中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,所述氨基酸钠盐占谷王馔的质量的0.5%~2.0%。
8.根据权利要求2所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,所述鳄鱼肉、鹅肝、兔肉和鹿胎各自独立的加工成熟食后,杀菌并进行真空包装。
9.根据权利要求8所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,所述鳄鱼肉在加工成熟食的过程中还添加有辅料,所述辅料选自猪瘦肉、灵芝、党参和黑枸杞中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述六鲭谷王馔膳食,其特征在于,所述菌类食材预先经过烹饪至熟食后进行真空包装。
