技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节血脂异常的绿色保健食品。
背景技术
血脂是指血浆中的胆固醇、甘油三酯(triglyceide,TG)和类脂如磷脂等的总称。与临床密切相关的血脂主要是胆固醇和甘油三酯,其他还有游离脂肪酸和磷脂等。在人体内胆固醇主要以游离胆固醇及胆固醇酯形式存在。甘油三酯是甘油分子中的三个羟基被脂肪酸酯化而形成。循环血液中的胆固醇和甘油三酯必须与特殊的蛋白质即载脂蛋白结合形成脂蛋白,才能被运输至组织进行代谢。
由于血脂异常与饮食和生活方式有密切关系,所以饮食治疗和改善生活方式是血脂异常治疗的基础措施。无论是否进行药物调脂治疗都必须坚持控制饮食和改善生活方式。根据血脂异常的类型及治疗需要达到的目的,选择合适的调脂药物。需要定期进行调脂疗效和药物不良反应的监测。
