本发明公开了一种橡胶防老剂ZMMBI预分散母胶粒及其制备方法,按重量份数计,该母胶粒的组成为:2‑硫醇基甲基苯并咪唑锌盐68~71份,橡胶载体11~16份,EVA树脂2~4份,烃类石蜡固体1~3份,硬脂酸单甘油酯1~3份,戊二酸二乙酯1~2份,石蜡油6~10份。本发明将ZMMBI制备为预分散母胶粒形式,ZMMBI在该母胶粒中分散均匀,在后续橡胶混炼过程中,可有效缩短橡胶混炼时间,不会产生粉尘污染问题,大幅改善工作环境,保护工人健康;本发明制备方法通过两次预混大幅提高各原料的分散度,确保经密炼、挤出得到的母胶粒的成分均匀,使ZMMBI在母胶粒中分散均匀,避免其团聚或结团现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶助剂及其制备技术领域,具体涉及一种橡胶防老剂ZMMBI预分散母胶粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
2-硫醇基甲基苯并咪唑锌盐(即ZMMBI)的分子式为C16H14N4S2Zn,CAS号为61617-00-3,可用作天然胶、通用合成胶及胶乳的防老剂和促进剂。ZMMBI主要用作其他防老剂的协同剂,是非污染性防老剂品种之一,在性能上和防老剂MBZ相似,与促进剂M、DM一起使用时,具有抑制有害金属的加速老化作用,通常用于透明橡胶制品、浅色和艳色橡胶制品。
与大多数粉末状的防老剂和促进剂一样,ZMMBI若直接投料至橡胶中混炼,存在加料速度慢、混炼时间长、粉尘污染大和分散性差的问题,影响橡胶的生产效率和品质。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种橡胶防老剂ZMMBI预分散母胶粒及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:橡胶防老剂ZMMBI预分散母胶粒,按重量份数计,该母胶粒的组成为:2-硫醇基甲基苯并咪唑锌盐68~71份,橡胶载体11~16份,EVA树脂2~4份,烃类石蜡固体1~3份,硬脂酸单甘油酯1~3份,戊二酸二乙酯1~2份,石蜡油6~10份。
作为优选,所述的橡胶载体为三元乙丙橡胶、二元乙丙橡胶、EVM橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶和氯醇橡胶中的一种或几种。
作为优选,按重量份数计,该母胶粒的组成为:2-硫醇基甲基苯并咪唑锌盐68份,橡胶载体13份,EVA树脂3份,烃类石蜡固体3份,硬脂酸单甘油酯2份,戊二酸二乙酯1份,石蜡油10份。

上述橡胶防老剂ZMMBI预分散母胶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比准确称取制备母胶粒所需各原料,其中橡胶载体预先制成片状;
(2)将2-硫醇基甲基苯并咪唑锌盐、橡胶载体、EVA树脂、石蜡油充分混合,得到第一预混物;
(3)将烃类石蜡固体、硬脂酸单甘油酯和戊二酸二乙酯混合均匀后投入步骤(2)得到的第一预混物中,充分搅拌,得到第二预混物,将第二预混物分四次投入密炼机中,在温度78~82℃、转速55~65rpm条件下混炼3~7分钟,得到胶料;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的胶料投入挤出机中,控制主机给定转速为115~120r/min,该挤出机的温控区域从进料口到出料口依次分为七段,其中第一段的温度为40~45℃,第二段至第七段的温度为65~70℃,最终挤制得到橡胶防老剂ZMMBI预分散母胶粒。
作为优选,步骤(4)中,将步骤(3)中得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,最终经80目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,即得到橡胶防老剂ZMMBI预分散母胶粒。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明以橡胶为载体,将2-硫醇基甲基苯并咪唑锌盐(即ZMMBI)制备为预分散母胶粒形式,在后续橡胶混炼过程中,可有效缩短橡胶混炼时间,不会产生粉尘污染问题,大幅改善工作环境,保护工人健康;
2、本发明中,烃类石蜡固体和硬脂酸单甘油酯作为分散剂使用,可起到协同促分散作用,提高ZMMBI在母胶粒中的分散性,使ZMMBI后续在橡胶制品中分散均匀,保证橡胶制品的成品率和品质;
3、本发明中,EVA树脂、戊二酸二乙酯和石蜡油作为增塑剂使用,可提高母胶粒胶液的流动性,从而进一步提高ZMMBI在母胶粒中的分散性,并使挤制得到的母胶粒表面平滑,大小均匀,便于后续配料称重;
4、本发明母胶粒50℃的门尼粘度ML(1+4)可低至60.8,该较低的门尼粘度可确保ZMMBI在母胶粒中得到均匀分散;
5、本发明制备方法,在密炼前对原料进行两次预混,首先将2-硫醇基甲基苯并咪唑锌盐、橡胶载体、EVA树脂、石蜡油充分混合,得到第一预混物,再将烃类石蜡固体、硬脂酸单甘油酯和戊二酸二乙酯混合均匀后投入第一预混物中,充分搅拌,得到第二预混物,该两次预混可大幅提高各原料的分散度,确保经密炼、挤出得到的母胶粒的成分均匀,使ZMMBI在母胶粒中分散均匀,避免其团聚或结团现象。
