技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶促进剂及其制备技术领域,具体是一种橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
ETU,即N,N-亚乙基硫脲,是一种白色粉末,相对密度1.42~1.43,溶于乙醇、甲醇、乙二醇和吡啶,微溶于水,不溶于丙酮、甲苯和汽油,味苦,具有中等毒性,经常接触可致癌,熔点190~204 ℃,可燃,其粉尘与空气形成的混合物易爆炸。ETU可用作氯丁橡胶、CSM橡胶、CPE橡胶等各种橡胶的促进剂,提高硫化胶的耐老化性能和力学性能。ETU可使氯丁橡胶快速硫化而焦烧安全,对于其它二烯类橡胶的低硫或无硫硫化可用作活化剂和副促进剂。
在橡胶混炼过程中,若直接添加ETU,不可避免产品粉尘污染的问题,操作工吸入ETU粉尘后嘴中会出现苦味,具有一定的毒性,影响身体健康;此外,ETU在室温下易结块、粘团,在橡胶制品中还存在分散不均匀的问题,影响橡胶制品的外观和性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒及其制备方法,该橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒便于保存、运输和称量,可保证ETU的原有活性,并解决ETU直接投放至橡胶中混炼存在的易团聚、分散不均匀的问题,同时可解决ETU粉尘污染问题,避免操作工因吸入ETU粉尘而导致的健康问题;且该母胶粒带有颜色,方便物料标识和管理,避免操作工在后续橡胶制品混炼加料时的误投料,并且色母粒的使用,不影响后续制备的橡胶制品的颜色。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒,按重量份数计,该母胶粒的组成为:N,N-亚乙基硫脲72~82份,橡胶载体8~16份,EVA树脂2~4份,环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯1~3份,饱和脂肪酸锌2~4份,环烷油1~8份,色母粒1~3份。
优选地,所述的橡胶载体为三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶和氯醇橡胶中的一种或两种。
优选地,所述的橡胶载体为三元乙丙橡胶和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶的重量比为(1~3):(1~2)。
优选地,所述的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶中醋酸乙烯酯的重量百分含量为45~75 %。
优选地,所述的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶中醋酸乙烯酯的重量百分含量为48~58 %。

上述橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比准确称取制备母胶粒所需各原料;
2)向密炼机中投入橡胶载体和EVA树脂,在温度为75~80 ℃、转速为50~55 r/min的条件下混炼5~10 min;
3)向密炼机中投入环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯和饱和脂肪酸锌,在温度为75~80 ℃、转速为50~55 r/min的条件下继续混炼3~7 min;
4)向密炼机中投入N,N-亚乙基硫脲、环烷油和色母粒,在温度为58~68 ℃、转速为48~52 r/min的条件下混炼1~6 min,得到胶料;
5)将得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,在料筒温度为20~50 ℃、螺杆转速为15~35 r/min的条件下挤出、造粒,即得到橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒。
优选地,步骤5)中,将得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,经100目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,即得到橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒。母胶粒造粒的同时经100目的滤网进行过滤,可确保最终得到的母胶粒中不含有灰尘和杂质,在后续制造橡胶挤出制品时不会产生堵塞滤网现象,以降低废品率,提高生产效率。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:(1)本发明通过将N,N-亚乙基硫脲以一定配比添加到橡胶载体中,同时添加一定量的EVA树脂、环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯、饱和脂肪酸锌、环烷油和色母粒,制备得到橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒,可保证ETU的原有活性,其在50℃温度下具有较低的门尼粘度,50 ℃的门尼粘度ML(1+4)在50左右,可改善ETU在橡胶胶料中的分散质量,解决ETU直接投放至橡胶中混炼存在的易团聚、分散不均匀的问题,同时可解决ETU粉尘污染问题,避免操作工因吸入ETU粉尘而导致的健康问题;(2)本发明橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒的配料中含有色母粒,实际生产中可根据需要选择不同颜色的色母粒,赋予最终制备得到的母胶粒特定颜色,方便物料标识和管理,避免操作工在后续橡胶制品混炼加料时的误投料,并且色母粒的使用,不影响后续制备的橡胶制品的颜色;(3)本发明橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒室温下不结块,便于保存、运输和称量,且不影响ETU作为促进剂的功能的发挥,确保橡胶制品的外观和品质;(4)本发明橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒的制备方法简便、可操作性强,首先在密炼机中对原料进行低温混炼,再将胶料在挤出机中挤出造粒,且在挤出造粒的同时严格控制料筒温度和螺杆转速,并进一步地在挤出造粒过程中采用100目的过滤网对胶料进行过滤,确保挤出造粒时杂质和灰尘被过滤掉,使最终制备得到的橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒组份均匀,后续应用中可提高橡胶制品的品质,提高其成品率。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一的橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒的组成为:N,N-亚乙基硫脲80份,三元乙丙橡胶5份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶5份,EVA树脂3份,环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯2份,饱和脂肪酸锌2份,环烷油2份,色母粒1份,该母胶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比准确称取制备母胶粒所需各原料;
2)向密炼机中投入三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶和EVA树脂,在温度为80 ℃、转速为55 r/min的条件下混炼8 min;
3)向密炼机中投入环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯和饱和脂肪酸锌,在温度为80 ℃、转速为55r/min的条件下继续混炼5 min;
4)向密炼机中投入N,N-亚乙基硫脲、环烷油和色母粒,在温度为65 ℃、转速为50 r/min的条件下混炼5 min,得到胶料;
5)将得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,在料筒温度为30 ℃、螺杆转速为25 r/min的条件下挤出并经100目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,即得到橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒ETU-80GE F140。该橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒ETU-80GE F140为白色颗粒,20 ℃的密度为1.15 g/cm3,50℃的门尼粘度ML(1+4)为50.0。
实施例二的橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒的组成为:N,N-亚乙基硫脲75份,三元乙丙橡胶8份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶5份,EVA树脂2份,环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯1份,饱和脂肪酸锌3份,环烷油4份,色母粒2份,该母胶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比准确称取制备母胶粒所需各原料;
2)向密炼机中投入三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶和EVA树脂,在温度为78 ℃、转速为50 r/min的条件下混炼6 min;
3)向密炼机中投入环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯和饱和脂肪酸锌,在温度为78 ℃、转速为50r/min的条件下继续混炼5 min;
4)向密炼机中投入N,N-亚乙基硫脲、环烷油和色母粒,在温度为60 ℃、转速为48 r/min的条件下混炼3 min,得到胶料;
5)将得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,在料筒温度为36 ℃、螺杆转速为30 r/min的条件下挤出并经100目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,即得到橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒ETU-75GE F140。该橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒ETU-75GE F140为白色颗粒,20 ℃的密度为1.12 g/cm3,50℃的门尼粘度ML(1+4)为50.3。
实施例三的橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒的组成为:N,N-亚乙基硫脲75份,丁腈橡胶7份,EVA树脂3份,环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯3份,饱和脂肪酸锌4份,环烷油5份,色母粒3份,该母胶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比准确称取制备母胶粒所需各原料;
2)向密炼机中投入丁腈橡胶和EVA树脂,在温度为75 ℃、转速为52 r/min的条件下混炼9 min;
3)向密炼机中投入环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯和饱和脂肪酸锌,在温度为75 ℃、转速为52r/min的条件下继续混炼4 min;
4)向密炼机中投入N,N-亚乙基硫脲、环烷油和色母粒,在温度为62 ℃、转速为51 r/min的条件下混炼6 min,得到胶料;
5)将得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,在料筒温度为20 ℃、螺杆转速为35 r/min的条件下挤出并经100目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,即得到橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒ETU-75GN F140。该橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒ETU-75GN F140为白色颗粒,20 ℃的密度为1.18 g/cm3,50℃的门尼粘度ML(1+4)为49.9。

8.根据权利要求2所述的橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒,其特征在于,该母胶粒的组成为:N,N-亚乙基硫脲75份,丁腈橡胶7份,EVA树脂3份,环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯3份,饱和脂肪酸锌4份,环烷油5份,色母粒3份。
9.权利要求1~8中任一项所述的橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比准确称取制备母胶粒所需各原料;
2)向密炼机中投入橡胶载体和EVA树脂,在温度为75~80 ℃、转速为50~55 r/min的条件下混炼5~10 min;
3)向密炼机中投入环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯和饱和脂肪酸锌,在温度为75~80 ℃、转速为50~55 r/min的条件下继续混炼3~7 min;
4)向密炼机中投入N,N-亚乙基硫脲、环烷油和色母粒,在温度为58~68 ℃、转速为48~52 r/min的条件下混炼1~6 min,得到胶料;
5)将得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,在料筒温度为20~50 ℃、螺杆转速为15~35 r/min的条件下挤出、造粒,即得到橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒。
10.根据权利要求9所述的橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5)中,将得到的胶料喂料至挤出机,经100目的滤网过滤后挤出切粒,即得到橡胶促进剂ETU预分散母胶粒。
