本发明是关于显示装置的技术领域,特别是车用显示装置。
背景技术
长久以来,如何增进行车安全一直是个重要的议题。随着车辆数量不断增加,不幸地,行车意外事故的数量也随之增加。其中一项重要、且一直未被有效处理的原因是,车辆驾驶员之间对于即将发生、或可预见的危险事件仅能以传统的简单方式互相警示、提醒,例如打开方向灯、刹车灯、或者按喇叭,诸如此类简单的方式来维护行车安全。
然而,这些方式对于不遵守交通规则的驾驶员不适用,没有办法有效地避免危险事故的发生。举例而言,有些驾驶员对于其他驾驶员无礼的驾驶行为,容忍度较低,容易失去理智或者突然地情绪化而做出危险驾驶行为。这类情绪问题,可称之为「马路上的愤怒」,在日趋拥挤的各式道路上,对于行车安全的威胁越来越严重。「马路上的愤怒」在此用以泛指驾驶员在遇到各式各样的交通状况,在心理上所产生的负面情绪及反应,特别是感到挫折、愤怒、或无助。
若能提供给驾驶员在行车环境中对于各种行车状况一种额外的控制方式,可以用以抑制或抵抗「马路上的愤怒」此种负面情绪。针对额外的控制方式而言,如果能增加本车驾驶员与其他车辆驾驶员之间的沟通方式,降低沟通难度,提高沟通资讯量,就可以使驾驶员的心理状态保持平稳,同时抑制负面情绪,进而消弥挫折、愤怒、或无助的情绪。具体而言,若能在驾驶员之间提供一种沟通方式,单是只具备「请」、「谢谢」、「我很抱歉」这类简单的的讯息,就可以大大增强驾驶员本人的自我效能感、自我控制力、情绪趋于乐观、以及归属感,进而增进行车安全。
因此,市场上存在一种需求,若有一种装置可以在驾驶员之间传递简单但对于心理状态有益的资讯,且不致影响发送资讯和接收资讯的驾驶员的注意力,就可以降低「马路上的愤怒」此种负面情绪,并提升整体行车环境安全。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种显示装置,可将车内驾驶员或乘客的指令显示为一资讯,进而将该资讯传递给车外行人或其他车辆驾驶员。
为了达成上述目的,本发明提供的显示装置包含有:一壳体;一固定部,设于所述壳体,可将所述显示装置固定在汽车内部;一通讯单元,设于所述壳体,用以接收车内乘客或驾驶员的指令;一处理器,设于所述壳体,用以将所述指令转换为一资讯;一显示部,设于所述壳体,具有一显示层,可显示所述资讯给车外行人或其他车辆驾驶员;一电源管理部,设于所述壳体,用以储存电能及提供电能供所述显示装置运转。
较佳地,所述电源管理部还具有一发电单元,且所述发电单元与所述显示层迭合。

请参阅图1,本发明一较佳实施例的显示装置1设于一汽车100车内的使用示意图。如图所示,所述显示装置1可设于汽车挡风玻璃200,依车内乘客或驾驶员的控制,朝车外显示一特定资讯,藉此作为车内乘客或本车驾驶员与资讯接收者,例如后方驾驶员或车外行人的沟通媒介工具;并且,本较佳实施例可显示资讯的同时接收太阳光,进行太阳能发电,以维持持续使用。
请参阅图2及图3,分别是所述显示装置1处于一收折状态及一使用状态的立体视图。所述显示装置1主要包含有一壳体10、一摇臂14、一固定部20、及一显示部30。所述壳体10具有一顶盖11及一侧盖12,分别具有一枢接部16,所述顶盖11连接于所述固定部20,所述侧盖12连接于所述显示部30。所述摇臂14的两端各具有一枢转部15,枢设于所述顶盖11及所述侧盖12的枢接部16之间,使得所述固定部20可相对于所述显示部30位于一收折位置及一使用位置;所述固定部20具有一吸附元件21,在本较佳实施例中,所述吸附元件21为一大致呈圆形的吸盘。当所述显示装置1处于收折状态时,所述固定部20的的吸附元件21贴合于所述显示部30,使得整体显示装置1的外观大致呈一球体;当所述显示装置1处于使用位置时,所述吸附元件21可依据所欲贴合的表面相对于所述显示部30处于0度到180度之间的夹角,此时,所述显示部30所显露出来的是本较佳实施例的电源管理部50的一大致呈圆形的发电单元52,所要显示的资讯可穿透所述发电单元52传递而出,换言之,所述发电单52元具有一定程度的透光性,细节容后详述。藉此,使用者可任意调整显示部30相对于吸附元件21所贴合表面的角度,例如前挡风玻璃、侧挡风玻璃、或者后挡风玻璃,以使用者认为恰当的位置呈现相关资讯。
图4是本发明较佳实施例的处于所述收折状态时的零件爆炸图,图中主要包含所述顶盖11、所述侧盖12、所述摇臂14、所述固定部20、所述显示部30、一控制电路板40、一电源管理部50、一电源钮13、以及将所述零组件固定于所述壳体内部的结构件17。如图所示,本较佳实施例的主要零组件如固定部20、显示部30大致是以垂直于所述吸附元件21、所述发电单元52的圆形平面的轴向堆叠组装而成,值得一提的是,所述电源管理部50的发电单元52位于所述显示部30的轴向最外侧,叠合在一显示层的外侧,需要特别说明的是,在本发明中,所述发电单元52叠合在所述显示层,不仅仅是部分重叠,而是连所述显示层能够显示资讯的部分亦被所述发电单元52覆盖,换言之,所述发电单元52与所述显示层完全重叠。在收折状态时,所述发电单元52与所述固定部20的吸附单元21贴合;在使用状态时,所述发电单元52面向资讯接收者,所述显示层所发出的光可穿过发电单元52,传递给资讯接收者。
所述控制电路板40为一系统芯片(System on chip),设有一处理器及一通讯单元(图中未示),所述通讯单元可接受一代表车内乘客或驾驶员所发出的指令的讯号,并将此讯号传递给所述处理器,进而将所述指令转换为所述资讯,显示在所述显示部30。所述资讯包含一表情资讯(Emoji)60、一动画、或者一文字资讯。
所述固定部20具有若干结构件17及所述吸附元件21,如上所述,所述吸附元件21大致呈圆形,且藉由所述结构件17固设于所述顶盖11。在所述显示装置1处于收折位置时,所述吸附元件21贴合于所述显示部30,且其圆心大致与所述发电单元52的圆心合。
请参考图4及图5,所述显示部30包含一大致呈圆形的LED(Light-EmittingDiode)印刷电路板31、一LED点矩阵32、及一导光元件33。在本较佳实施例中,所述显示层为所述LED点矩阵32,为一由RGB LED灯泡所组成的23乘23的LED阵列,设于所述LED印刷电路板31,且与所述控制电路板40电性连接,并由电源管理部50供给电源进而发亮;所述导光元件33的尺寸与外型与所述LED印刷电路板31大致一致,且具有数量对应于LED点矩阵32灯泡数量的开孔34,所述导光元件33贴附于所述LED印刷电路板31,所述各开孔34用以限制每颗LED灯泡32的灯光大致朝向一特定方向射出,在本较佳实施例中,灯光大致是以与LED印刷电路板31垂直的方向射出。在其他可能的实施例中,本领域技术人员亦可使用LCD(Liquid-Crystal Display)显示单元或者OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode)显示单元取代LED点矩阵32。
如图4及图5所示,所述电源管理部50与所述控制电路板40电性连接,包含一电池51及一发电单元52,在本较佳实施例中,所述电池51为一可进行充、放电的锂电池,所含有的电能供所述显示装置1使用;所述发电单元52则为一太阳能板,与所述电池51电性连接,如本领域技术人员所知,当所述太阳能板接收太阳光照射时,可将光能转换成电能,并将电能储存于所述电池51。所述发电单元52的尺寸与外型与所述导光元件33、所述LED印刷电路板31大致相同,所述发电单元52贴附于所述导光元件。此外,所述LED印刷电路板31、所述导光元件33、以及所述发电单元52的圆心大致重叠。
进一步而言,本较佳实施例为了使叠合于所述发电单元52底下的LED点矩阵32所显示的资讯可穿透而出,所述发电单元52为一薄膜式太阳能板,本身即具备一定程度的光线穿透率,在本实施例中,所述穿透率大致为34%。然而,为了使所述LED点矩阵32透出的光量更多、显示效果更好,本较佳实施例的发电单元52具有一透光部53,当LED点矩阵32发光时,经由所述透光部53穿射而出的光线为100%强度,不受任何遮蔽。如图6所示,在本实施例中,透过激光进一步加工所述薄膜式太阳能板,在所述薄膜式太阳能板上烧灼出多个长形缝隙形成所述透光部53,前总面积约占整体薄膜式太阳能板面积的50%,如此一来,在强化显示效果的同时,亦可保有相当的发电能力。值得一提的是,所述透光部53也可以是数量对应于所述LED点矩阵43的多个镂空圆孔或其他形状的孔洞,此外,本领域技术人员若将LED点矩阵32取代为LCD显示单元或OLED显示单元,亦可利用本发明中对于发电单元52的处理方式,在将发电单元52直接叠合于显示层上时,还能保有显示效果。此外,透光部53相对于发电单元52的面积比例是随着显示层的亮度而成反比,亦即,若显示层的亮度越高,则所需的透光部53面积就越小,亦可达到所需的显示效果,甚至,可完全不需要透光部,仅靠发电单元52本身所具有的穿透率即可。
本较佳实施例的显示装置1还包含了一感光部(图中未示),用以感测环境光强度,可将环境光强度讯号传递给所述处理器,进而控制所述显示部30的显示亮度,举例而言,当感光部感测到后方车辆车灯照射强度高时,所述处理器可相应地提高所述显示部30的显示亮度,以使后方驾驶员可清晰地辨别所述显示部30所显示的资讯。
请参阅图6,图中显示了本发明较佳实施例的系统方块图。所述通讯单元与所述处理器40及所述电源管理部50电性连接,在本较佳实施例中,所述通讯单元为一蓝牙芯片模组,可透过习知的蓝牙通讯协定,例如蓝牙4.0或其他蓝牙通讯技术协定,与一使用者(例如驾驶员)的智能手机70连线配对,进行资料传输。进一步而言,当所述通讯单元与所述智能手机70完成配对后,使用者即可透过智能手机70输入一指令,例如一语音指令、一触控指令、一面部表情或者一手势,接着将该指令传输到所述通讯单元,当所述通讯单元接受到该指令后,将指令传送到所述处理器40,透过所述处理器40将所述指令转换为一控制讯号,并藉此控制显示部30显示一对应于所述指令的资讯。
此外,本较佳实施例可经由网路连线进行固件升级(FOTA,Firmware Over-the-Air);并且可经由网路连线,下载更多的表情资讯或表情动画,并将此类资料储存一储存装置41,例如SD卡。
本较佳实施例除了可藉由所述发电单元52接收太阳能80进行发电,将电能储存于所述电池51之外,亦设有一USB插槽90,可经由连接USB线材对所述电池51进行充电,本领域技术人员均可理解此技术,且USB插槽90非为本发明特点,因此不加赘述。

Claims (9)

1.一种显示装置,用于接收指令,并将该指令显示为一资讯,进而使车外行人或其他车辆驾驶员接收到该资讯,该显示装置包含:
一壳体;
一显示部,连接于所述壳体,具有一显示层,以显示所述资讯;
一固定部,设于所述壳体,用以将所述显示装置固定在汽车,其中,所述固定部具有一吸附元件,设置于一使用位置及一收折位置,当所述吸附元件位于所述使用位置时,所述吸附元件用于吸附于所述汽车的挡风玻璃;当所述吸附元件位于所述收折位置时,所述吸附元件贴合于所述显示部;
一通讯单元,设于所述壳体,用以接受所述指令;
一处理器,设于所述壳体,用以将所述指令转换为所述资讯,且所述资讯包含一表情资讯;
一电源管理部,设于所述壳体,用以储存电能及提供电能供所述显示装置运转;所述电源管理部具有一发电单元,所述发电单元与所述显示部的显示层叠合;其中所述发电单元为一太阳能板,具有一透光部,所述太阳能板与所述显示层叠合,所述显示层所发射的光线能够穿透所述透光部。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述透光部的面积与所述显示层的亮度大致成反比。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述太阳能板的透光部面积约占所述太阳能板总面积的一半。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述透光部为数量对应于LED灯泡数量的多个开孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述透光部为多个长形缝隙。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,所述显示部还包含一导光元件,设于所述显示层与所述发电单元之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述通讯单元所接收的指令为一语音指令。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,所述显示装置还包含一感光部,用以感测环境光强度,并借 此调整所述显示层的显示亮度。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述发电单元与所述显示部的显示层完全重叠。
