现有的具有仿天然牛皮手感的面料时,在生产过程中,需要对面料进行碱减量处理,使得面料具有仿牛皮的效果。由于使用碱对面料处理,使得生产过程由于含碱污水的排放而造成污染。

本发明的目的是提供一种环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺,使得仿牛皮面料的生产过程环保,做到纺织面料的清洁环保生产。

本发明所涉及的一种环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、表面层的制备:利用经编机织造的环保麂皮面料,经由拉毛、染色、烘干、磨毛、梳毛、定型、印花、烫金工艺制备而成环保麂皮绒面料;
S2、底层的制备:利用高速经编机编织经编面料,并对底层经编面料进行染色、拉毛和定型工艺制备而成经编绒布;
S3、复合:采用油胶复合工艺将底层与表面层复合;
S4、水洗:将步骤S3制备的复合面料进行水洗处理并烘干。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤S1中,表面层的制备包括如下步骤:
S1.1、织造:采用186针、32寸的高速经编机进行织造,第一把梳栉所使用的原料为50D/24F的涤纶FDY,第二把梳栉所使用的为75D/288F的全涤复合网络丝,总头纹数为680根*8盘头,织造完成后白坯分两幅,织造的下机密度为25密/cm,白坯的克重为200克/平方米,白坯门幅为160cm;

S1.3、染色:染色温度为125-130℃,染色压力为3-4kg,染色时间为4小时;

实施例一
本实施例所涉及的一种环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、表面层的制备:利用KARL-MAYER高速经编机织造的环保麂皮面料,经由拉毛、染色、烘干、磨毛、梳毛、定型、印花、烫金工艺制备而成环保麂皮绒面料。所染的颜色和印花的花型、烫金工艺所选取的花型纹路均根据实际需要。烫金工艺所选取的花型纹路为仿小牛皮纹路。
S2、底层的制备:利用KARL-MAYER高速经编机编织经编面料,并对底层经编面料进行染色、拉毛和定型工艺制备而成经编绒布。
S3、复合:采用油胶复合工艺将底层与表面层复合。油胶复合工艺中所采用的胶水为膜量为45的PU树脂复合胶。油胶复合的温度为100℃,复合的速度为35米每分钟。本实施例中表面层环保麂皮面料的光面一侧与底层经编拉毛绒布的绒面一侧相粘合。
S4、水洗:将步骤S3制备的复合面料进行水洗处理并烘干。水洗烘干中水洗的时间为15分钟,烘干温度为80-90℃,烘干时间为30-40分钟,优选的,烘干温度为85℃,烘干时间为35min。

S1.9、烫金:选取烫金的花型,利用花型深度为0.15mm的凹版印刷辊,将膜量为50的PU树脂转移至厚度为0.22mm的BOPP离型膜上,再通过温度为110℃的热压辊将离型膜与仿麂皮面料贴合,使得离型膜上PU树脂转移至仿麂皮面料上。
步骤S2制备中间层包括如下步骤:
S2.1、编织:采用KARL-MAYER型号为186英寸32针的高速经编机,第一把梳栉使用50D/24F 涤纶FDY、第二把梳栉使用75D/72F 涤纶复合网络丝作为原料,总头纹数为680根*8盘头,织造密度为23密/cm,白坯克重为150克每平方米,门幅为160cm。
S2.2、染色:经编坯布在125-130℃、压力为3-4kg的压力条件下进行染色,染色时间为4小时。
S2.3、烘干定型:定型温度为165℃,定型速度为35-40米每分钟。
S2.4、拉毛:采用三台拉毛机边机对步骤S2.3所纺织的白坯布进行拉毛处理,拉毛速度为25米每分钟。
S2.5、成品定型:定型温度165℃,定型速度为35-40米每分钟,制备成克重为150克每平方米,门幅为155cm。
实施例二
本实施例所涉及的环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺与实施例一的区别在于,在底层经编绒布通过油胶复合工艺与表面层仿麂皮绒面料复合之前,先通过PU树脂与一加强层复合,所使用的复合层为克重为5克每平方米的尼龙网格布。

Claims (5)

1.一种环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、表面层的制备:利用经编机织造的环保麂皮面料,经由拉毛、染色、烘干、磨毛、梳毛、定型、印花、烫金工艺制备而成环保麂皮绒面料;
S2、底层的制备:利用高速经编机编织经编面料,并对底层经编面料进行染色、拉毛和定型工艺制备而成经编绒布;
S3、复合:采用油胶复合工艺将底层与表面层复合;
S4、水洗:将步骤S3制备的复合面料进行水洗处理并烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中,表面层的制备包括如下步骤:
S1.1、织造:采用186针、32寸的高速经编机进行织造,第一把梳栉所使用的原料为50D/24F的涤纶FDY,第二把梳栉所使用的为75D/288F的全涤复合网络丝,总头纹数为680根*8盘头,织造完成后白坯分两幅,织造的下机密度为25密/cm,白坯的克重为200克/平方米,白坯门幅为160cm;
S1.2、拉毛:将步骤S1.1所制得的白坯在三台连机的拉毛设备上进行拉毛,拉毛速度为25m/min;
S1.3、染色:染色温度为125-130℃,染色压力为3-4kg,染色时间为4小时;
S1.4、烘干:将染色后的面料在160℃条件下烘干,烘干的速度为35-40米每分钟;
S1.5、磨毛:磨毛速度为30米每分钟,磨毛机中第一辊筒和第二辊筒的表面为180目金刚砂,第三辊筒和第四辊筒的表面为200目金刚砂;
S1.6、梳毛:采用毛长为2cm的软毛刷,梳毛速度为30米每分钟;
S1.7、定型:定型温度为165℃,定型的速度为35-40米每分钟,定型后的面料克重为200克每平方米,门幅为155cm;
S1.8、印花:采用转移印花工艺,对定型后的面料进行印花处理,采用高色牢度的分散油墨,转移印花的温度为210℃,印花速度为40米每分钟;
S1.9、烫金:选取烫金的花型,利用花型深度为0.15mm的凹版印刷辊,将膜量为50的PU树脂转移至厚度为0.22mm的BOPP离型膜上,再通过温度为110℃的热压辊将离型膜于仿麂皮面料贴合,使得离型膜上PU树脂转移至仿麂皮面料上。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2制备中间层包括如下步骤:

4.如权利要求1所述的环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述的复合工艺是采用油胶复合将步骤S1和步骤S2制备的表面层面料和底层面料进行复合;油胶复合中所使用的胶水为膜量为45的PU树脂复合胶;复合工艺时的温度为100℃,复合的速度为35米每分钟。
5.如权利要求1所述的环保仿小牛皮面料生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中,所述的水洗的时间为15分钟,水洗后的烘干温度为80-90℃,烘干时间为30-40min。
